Best Water Heater Installation in El Paso TX

Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Truly Outstanding. I discovered a leak at about 9:30 AM and called for help. They were able to get Jesse and his helper out here in about a half an hour. It only took an hour and a half to determine cause, repair, and clean up afterwards. Extremely professional, explained everything as they went and just a truly top notch job.
I have called them for a similar problem last March, but my review is missing. They did an outstanding job then as well, which is why I knew who to call. Can't say enough about Jesse being a real credit to your organization. Keep up the terrific customer service. Thank you,

Juan responded quickly to my message on yelp. I sent him pics of the bathroom sink faucet I needed replaced & he sent me a free estimate. When he came to install it I needed 2 extra parts & he was able to get them & install them the same morning. It took about an hour. & a half total & he cleaned up after. 2 thumbs up

I reached out and they responded within a few hours and came the next day to provide the estimate.  They offered to do the Replacment that same day but scheduled for the following day.  They communicated when they were on there way and worked cleanly and efficiently.  They disinfected the area they worked in before leaving and the final priced matched the estimate exactly not a penny more.

They are good but SOOPER expensive. I bought a faucet and just needed it replaced... they were there 28 minutes and charged OVER $250. They were very professional and did a great job but very pricy

Rafael was great! Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the job cleanly.  Nice guy, too. Highly recommended!

I called them because I had seen their trucks in our area. We had a garbage disposal that had something stuck in it, so it wasn't working. He came and fixed it, but it had reached it's maximum age and I didn't want to call them again in a few months. He offered to replace, although he had fixed it, and we decided we would replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price that he charged for both fixing it and replacing it. I will definitely call them from now on.

We had all of our toilets overflowing and backed up into the showers and none of the amateur measures worked. I called the usual popular plumbing companies and even though I told them I had an emergency due to my folks being in their 90's, no one would come until the next day.

I called Ralph from the Yelp app and he was here in 30 minutes, just like he said he would be. 15 minutes later, he had everything ship shape.  He was super reasonable with his price and very professional  

I have a new plumber and will be telling my friends and family about him.

Horrible service and expensive. I called because my rental homes dishwasher was leaking. It's a brand new dishwasher never used in new and all they did is connect a hose that took 5 minutes to charge me a 100$. Definelty will never use them again. Use reliable plumbing there awesome

I never write these but I had to share my experience with Nacho and Sons and their bad service. Nacho and Son installed a new water heater. I've had it less than a year and I called them because the pilot light doesn't stay on. After reviewing for 10 minutes,  they told me I had to call the water heater company and order the part. I was in disbelief. Why did I, the customer have to call to get the replacement part. Then they informed me they would be charging me to install the part once it was sent to me. I asked why if It was still under warranty. They told me it wasn't their fault the part went out.  I asked so it's my fault the part is defective? Unbelievable! I will never use them again. They do not honor their warranty. I don't recommend them at all!!!  If there was lower rating than 1 star I would give them a zero.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and  suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?

I'll go out of my way to not work with this contractor again. Failed to not show up at least 3 times. Was referred to this contractor by my home warranty company. Waited over 4 weeks without a heater during the holiday season (December to January) waiting for them to come out and diagnosis issue. Was finally able to have ticket reassigned after being stood up 3 times.
