Arrived on time, went immediately to work identifying the problem(s). Gave me costs as they went along and then tested and checked their work. Thank you ever so much to this local business. Ignacio and his team from One Call Plumbing did an excellent job with stucco repairs on our home. Our Realtor recommend him, so we reached out to him and he was able to come out and do an estimate very quickly. We are out of state, so he took pictures of each problem area for us and explained over the phone the multi-step stucco repair process. We were also able to adjust the cost based on how extensive we wanted repairs to be. Ignacio was very flexible with us, and once we gave the go ahead his team completed the work that week. He sent us pictures of the completed repairs and the work looked great. We had a very good experience with Ignacio and One Call Plumbing, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everything they touched had to be repaired again, paid for a PLUMBER, then they sent his SON, area he worked on still functioning poorly. My luck with this company marginal at BEST!

Very pleased!  Called on Thursday late afternoon, they came out Friday afternoon as scheduled.  They did not over charge!  We had just been gauged by another service at our own home and we were leary because this house belongs to our son who moved to Austin and we needed to get the central A/C fixed fast for renters coming in - during  100+ temps when Im sure they are crazy busy.  Fernando came in and worked quickly, ran down to the plumbing store to get a part before they closed. I was expecting a huge bill and for 2 hours plus parts it was under $200 with a 30 day labor warrantly.  Fernando was a huge help and a great guy.  I highly recommend him and Sun City Plumbing and Heating and will only call them from now on.

Needed to extend a tub faucet spout quickly. He was very responsive, showed up within a hour and got the job done properly. Only 4 stars as he left a small burn mark on my new tub where he probably dropped the hot copper pipe but that is nothing a light sanding and polishing won't fix. I will likely use him again to help relocate plumbing for new vanity in near future.

James was sent out to help me with kitchen draining issue. He was courteous and professional. I later ran the dishwasher, and discovered that that caused an issue as well. They came back out did not charge me for their time and fix the problem.

Never return calls. Left several messages. Might have gone out of business. Plumber had recommended them but hadn't used in a while and wasn't sure what happened to them

I had first thought that this would be a good business since he responded to my Yelp request pretty quickly as well as the subsequent texts.  We set an appointment for 10 am today (7 Jan 2022).  At 9:55 he sent a text saying that he was on his way. At 9:59 he sent another text saying that he was leaving in 20 mins along with a google map screenshot showing it would be a 20 min drive. At 11:37 he had still not shown up. Even if he had headed to my location at 10:20, a 20 min drive would have him arriving at 10:40, with an additional 20 mins for traffic it would be 11:00.  So at that 11:37, I messaged him to disregard coming.  That is just bad business in my opinion.  If I am paying my hard earned money, the least he could do is to be on time.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and  suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?

This business was contracted with our home warranty company. (A H S) they are total scammers. They gladly took our money set up an appointment ( without contacting us) no showed and will not answer their phones. We are now fighting with our warranty company to get a new vendor and our money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We contracted with Affordable Plumbing to install a new heating and air conditioning system in December.  Appointments were made and rarely kept.  Now it has been more than three weeks since the electrical work for the A/C was finished and we are still waiting for the installation to be completed.  When my daughter got a new system from another company, they only took two days to install the furnace and A/C.
