Called Rocky's Plumbing due to a gas leak and they were at my home within a few hours and repaired the leak immediately. Prompt and efficient service! I highly recommend them .

I am visiting my mom and found she had dripping faucets.  Called early in the morning and spoke with Jeff - he was super nice and professional.  He sent Jesse out the same morning and Jesse came prepared, because Jeff had me send over some pictures of the faucet in advance so Jesse had everything he needed to do the job.  Jesse was also super nice and professional and very fast.  Would definitely hire again (and ask for Jesse) and recommend to others in the area.

Never return calls. Left several messages. Might have gone out of business. Plumber had recommended them but hadn't used in a while and wasn't sure what happened to them

I had first thought that this would be a good business since he responded to my Yelp request pretty quickly as well as the subsequent texts.  We set an appointment for 10 am today (7 Jan 2022).  At 9:55 he sent a text saying that he was on his way. At 9:59 he sent another text saying that he was leaving in 20 mins along with a google map screenshot showing it would be a 20 min drive. At 11:37 he had still not shown up. Even if he had headed to my location at 10:20, a 20 min drive would have him arriving at 10:40, with an additional 20 mins for traffic it would be 11:00.  So at that 11:37, I messaged him to disregard coming.  That is just bad business in my opinion.  If I am paying my hard earned money, the least he could do is to be on time.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and  suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?

I'll go out of my way to not work with this contractor again. Failed to not show up at least 3 times. Was referred to this contractor by my home warranty company. Waited over 4 weeks without a heater during the holiday season (December to January) waiting for them to come out and diagnosis issue. Was finally able to have ticket reassigned after being stood up 3 times.

Gaby is wonderful. Affordable Plumbing and their employees go way beyond the norm. The cost was half what a nationally known plumbing company was going to charge me. Gaby was on time and most of all he was kind.  They installed a dishwasher that Lowe's installers had told me was not up to code which was not right. It just was a different system than they were used to. Affordable plumbing understood the system had no problem with it and was able to install the dishwasher with no issues that along with my gas range.  I'm giving them more business because now I trust them. They will always be my go to plumbing company.
