Best Pipe Installation in El Paso TX
Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Juan responded quickly to my message on yelp. I sent him pics of the bathroom sink faucet I needed replaced & he sent me a free estimate. When he came to install it I needed 2 extra parts & he was able to get them & install them the same morning. It took about an hour. & a half total & he cleaned up after. 2 thumbs up

They are good but SOOPER expensive. I bought a faucet and just needed it replaced... they were there 28 minutes and charged OVER $250. They were very professional and did a great job but very pricy

Needed to extend a tub faucet spout quickly. He was very responsive, showed up within a hour and got the job done properly. Only 4 stars as he left a small burn mark on my new tub where he probably dropped the hot copper pipe but that is nothing a light sanding and polishing won't fix. I will likely use him again to help relocate plumbing for new vanity in near future.

Jeff's Westside Plumbing is very fast and very efficient.
I just moved into my new home, and right away I found a leak (every new homeowners nightmare!). The leak was outside under the driveway. I had seen Jeff's trucks all around town, so I decided to call them. It was around noon and the lady on the phone said they would stop by between 3 and 5. It was much quicker than that, and they called in advance to let me know they were on their way. The workers were very pleasant. They told me I had to contact a leak detection company first, since the leak was underground and then they would come back and fix it. So, after the leak detection guys went on Saturday morning I called Jeff's; however, on Saturdays they work on overtime hours, so they advised me to turn my water off when I wasn't using it and scheduled an appointment on Monday morning. They arrived at my house at around 11 am, and by a little after noon had repaired the leak. They were very fast, and they aren't too expensive either. Very professional.
The only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they said they would bill me, and yet they called me a couple of hours later to ask for my credit card information. I wanted to pay out of my checking account, which the lady said they could pick up a check later, but she was very adamant in me paying at the moment (which I understand). Other than that, it was a fantastic job.

I had first thought that this would be a good business since he responded to my Yelp request pretty quickly as well as the subsequent texts. We set an appointment for 10 am today (7 Jan 2022). At 9:55 he sent a text saying that he was on his way. At 9:59 he sent another text saying that he was leaving in 20 mins along with a google map screenshot showing it would be a 20 min drive. At 11:37 he had still not shown up. Even if he had headed to my location at 10:20, a 20 min drive would have him arriving at 10:40, with an additional 20 mins for traffic it would be 11:00. So at that 11:37, I messaged him to disregard coming. That is just bad business in my opinion. If I am paying my hard earned money, the least he could do is to be on time.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?

The initial work was great specially since it was an emergency leak. But he had to make two holes in the wall which he said the repair was going to be at no extra charge and said to come repair them 4 days later. A few minutes after our previously scheduled time, he texted me and asked to reschedule for a few days later. I was ok with it. Then I have tried to contact them to confirm our rescheduled time via text and calls with no response. Will definetlu not be doing business with these guys again.

Called to make an appointment for a leaky water heater, they gave me a date and time, I planned my day around this appointment, canceling and rescheduling things that I needed to do that day. The appointment time was 3:00 pm, I waited and waited until 3:45 and then called to see where they were, the lady who answered the phone told me she didn't know where they were and I asked if she could find out what the heck was going on and she said that she didn't understand why I was angry, to which I said why make appointments if you can't keep them, she told me to find someone else and hung up on me! So I did, and I will never recommend this business to anyone!
