The gentlemen came out to repair a bent pipe for my water hose to my backyard. They were onsite within 30 minutes and were able to make the repair within 45 minutes. They were amazing. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will absolutely know who to call.

Tried to get a gas shutoff valve installed, wanted more than double the price I paid another pro, save your money and look elsewhere.

Jeff's charged me $5k to upgrade and replace my water heater. They said they were going to run the exhaust pipe in the wall. They didn't. They could have at least sealed the dry wall. I've used them a couple of times and every time they get sloppier and do a worse job. I can not recommend

Called on a Saturday, they called me back within 15 minutes of opening and were on site that same day before 11am. They repaired the pipe and did an excellent job. No leaks, sturdy install and cosmetics are great too. Would definitely recommend.

Esta persona es una estafadora!  If I could give Eric 0 stars, I would.  After telling me on the phone that he would check the garbage disposal at my rental house and give me a free cost estimate before doing any work, he called me saying that he has already fixed the problem and that the bill was $95.  When I asked him why he proceeded without first sending me the estimate and asking for my approval, he accused my tenant of authorizing him to do the fix, believing that she doesn't speak English and/or that she wouldn't hear him.  Unfortunately for him, my tenant heard him speaking to me on the phone and called me right away, explaining that he never asked her anything and that all he did was tighten a loose screw on the garbage disposal, which took him no longer than 5 minutes.  Before stepping out and calling me, he also tried to get paid by my tenant, asking her $75 (instead of the $95 he asked me).  When I called him back and confronted him, he made more accusations against my tenant, saying that there were bones in the food disposal and that he would send me the pictures he took with his phone to prove it.  Obviously, he never sent me any picture and he stopped answering the phone after that.  Reporting this scammer to the Business Bureau.

Absolute nightmare working with Thrive for my upstairs air conditioning which stopped cooling. Even worse working through my home warranty company. After placing a service request on or about July 9, a technician came by and did a temporary repair. He advised that he'd need to order some parts and would return when he got them. On Friday, July 23, I received a text message that they were picking up the parts and would like to install them the following Monday. I replied the same day saying that Monday would be fine. Monday came around and no technician, no call, no text message. By Aug 30, still no response from them after repeated calls and text messages. Cancelled Thrive through my warranty company. Total failure by this business.

We contracted with Affordable Plumbing to install a new heating and air conditioning system in December.  Appointments were made and rarely kept.  Now it has been more than three weeks since the electrical work for the A/C was finished and we are still waiting for the installation to be completed.  When my daughter got a new system from another company, they only took two days to install the furnace and A/C.

I scheduled this handyman service to come to my home at 9am 5/6/22 for a number of small repairs, I'm still waiting, it now 10 am, I've called left messages, nothing.
