Burton Repair was outstanding! I have used their services twice and both times they were friendly, clean, and professional.  They worked with me to keep the cost down, by advising me on supplying my own materials so all I paid was labor cost!  I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. If I needed any future work done they will be my first call.

We bought a new dish washer and attempted to install ourselves. We quickly realized we needed some help. We had the old washer taken out and we needed it installed that day. After calling a couple local plumbers and being told they can't make it the same day, we found Courtesy Flush and Theo said he could make that evening. He showed up and the install went smoothly. Very nice guy who obviously takes pride in his work.
He will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

After wasting all day waiting for the other guys, the other guys called at 3:00 p.m. stating they were too busy and had to reschedule. Apparently, my business isn't as important. It was worse than waiting for the cable guy! I told them not to bother and I would not be rescheduling. My time is important too. I should have called Blake's in the first place. Lesson learned! I called Blake, an actual appointment was made, and he was there exactly when he said he would be.

I have an old, 1952 home with surprises every time you install something or look behind a wall. This time it was a bathroom vanity and 'interesting' plumbing. Blake had all the tools and knowledge necessary to tackle the beast. You have to be a clever plumber in these kinds of homes. He'd been down this road before! He got right to work and made it happen. Now I have a happy husband (he tried the install first time), a vanity that doesn't leak, and a good looking bathroom!

Not only was the job done well, but Blake also cleaned up after himself and was a super nice guy! Coming from a family of small business owners, I always appreciate hard-working, honest and friendly proprietors. They are hard to come by anymore.

I had roots in my sewer line that caused drain problems for a couple years.  I own a small power drain snake but could not get it to clear with 75 feet of cable.  I called Chugach and made an appointment for the next day.  I was informed that they had two appointments before me and would call when they were done with those.  By noon, I had not heard anything and called to get a status update.  Chugach said they were tied up with a problem but hoped to be out soon.  Less than an hour later I received a phone call and was told someone was on the way.  I learned that Chugach was still busy so they took the time to contact another business and had them come out to make sure I was taken care of.  The respondent was polite and efficient.  My drain was free of roots in about 30 minutes.  I was charged the quoted rate for one hour and provided with good advice on how to help keep my lines free and flowing.  I rarely see a company like Chugach make sure I was taken care of, even at the loss of their personal business.  No reschedule and no excuses, just a happy customer.  For this courtesy and concern, they have earned my future business and I give top ratings to Chugach.  They were less expensive than other snaking services and used the correct equipment to clear, not just unclog my lines unlike my previous choices even though they had told me I had root problems.  I am very pleased.

Dealing with the joys of owning an older home.  This time it was the kitchen faucet and a mixer valve issue resulting in noisy toilets.  Keegan and Robert came out and installed a fantastic new faucet and quickly addressed the mixer valve.  Glad the old faucet wore out!  They were on time, explained what was going on with the toilet noise, and provided two options to address the mixer valve in the future, plus an estimate.  Also, called ahead to let me know when they would be at the house.
Everything done in less time than I expected and the kitchen left nice and clean.
Curtis is great to work with as well for annual furnace maintenance and carbon monoxide checks.  Very thorough.

We called because we had flooding in our garage with a busted pipe. He showed up three hours late but with the weather the way it was we figured he had a lot going on. The guy that came out with him was in some kind of state that caused him to say back and forth, his eyes were glazed over and they kept rolling back. I was concerned at this point but Dillon said he was a good guy who couldn't be understood so well because of his accent. They fixed the busted pipe, got the heat running and told us they would be back later this evening. We texted and called no answer. The next day we called someone else to finish the job so the water could be restored. Later that afternoon Dillon called to apologize about not getting in touch. Apparently he left his phone in someone's house and had no way to contact anyone. It sounded plausible and we asked him to install a new heater in our garage. We gave him a cashier's check for the full amount as the contract laid out we had to pay 60 percent in advance and all we had was the check. He said he would pick up the heater and be right back. Nobody showed up. He didn't answer any calls but eventually texted that they delivered the wrong unit and he was trying to fix the problem. We told him that we observe Sabbath and if he couldn't finish before Saturday we'd have to wait until Sabbath was over. Saturday came and went without hearing from him. On Monday he texted and said he'd be out to install the heater. Nobody showed. Tuesday another text that he was coming to install the heater. That was the last I heard from him. The check has been cashed. Please guard yourself against this crook.

No one ever showed up for tthe job. Keeps saying he will be here. No show. Only one person even asked about the job. A huge waste of my time.
