Honestly they messaged me because i put in a request to get my pipe fixed thats leading to my washer and the garbage disposal.

They messaged me saying they can come out and look and asked for my number to call.

They called and we set up a time for them to come over.

When they came over they didnt even know what they were talking about let alone an inspection fee that they did NOT disclose over the phone of $65.

Be up front with your customers. Dont hide hidden fees.

*update. Now they are calling me because i left a bad review asking me to remove it. Also we did pay the $65 and asked them to leave.
Were not mad about the $65, its just we like when people are upfront, And this business is not!
The only thing they disclosed was that there service to fix anything costs $125*

Spreading misinformation is not what is needed for this business.
This business Is doing what it has to do and i understand that. The things about the price is not an issue. I own two businesses myself so money is NOT an issue, the issue was that things that are being stated in this reply we not disclosed at the time of evaluation of the repairs needed, Nothing was brought up except copper piping. I appreciate the fact that you are concerned about your business and the reviews, but in order to get good reviews there has to be a line of professionalism.

These guys did a great job. They were responsive, and Steve definitely knows what he is talking about. I needed roots cleared out of our sewer line in prepping for sale. Job was done quickly, done well (the buyers even scoped it afterward), and the amount quoted was the amount paid. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

I had what to me was a plumbing disaster with a major backup/clog that included toilet, shower and sink and in under 2 hours they came out immediately and fixed the problem. I needed my sewer cleaned.  They were great!!!  Came a little earlier, which was fine with me.  Gave me tips and what to do and what not to do!!!  Very reasonably priced!!!!

I had a shower that was dripping, Adam came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem, and left to go pick up the part. After a couple of hours he was back and installed the part.  I told him about a lack of water pressure in my kitchen faucet.  He took the nozzle off of the fixture and removed a little part designed to conserve water, put it back together and the water pressure is where it should be (No extra charge). I am pleased.

I Was quoted 1k for a job and when they got done the job was 3600, the guys left dust all over my things in the basement and upstairs. They could have at least ask me did I want to cover my stuff because there was going to be a lot of dust everywhere. Job got done hopefully it's done right, I won't do business with them again.

Came in and took of buisness.Kitchen faucet was leaking came in replaced the nipples and repaired leak under sink also.

Mike Harris of Thornton & Grooms Plumbing has assisted me in several projects after a move-in to an apartment.  He has been timely, very professional, friendly and generally very helpful.

I'm not sure how we missed these yelp reviews when he called him to come out bu the general consensus is DO NOT use All American Plumbing.  We called him to unstop a bathroom drain and apparently he accidentally drilled a hole in the pipe.  So, yes, the bathtub was draining perfectly.. but into the downstairs unit and basement.  He came back a couple of hours later and fixed the issue but the water is still dripping out of the pipe.  We called him again right after he left and first he said he would come first thing tomorrow morning which turned into 2 PM which turned to 5 PM.  Now he's not answering any calls or texts.  

Here's a summary:
Don't go with him--he'll probably screw something up
His 30 day warranty isn't worth anything

You'll spend more money trying to fix new problems that he creates.
