I had a very slow drain from the kitchen sink (which tended to drain into the intervening downstairs bar sink.) I also had a leaking hose bib in the back lawn. It was easy to make an appointment. The day before I got a call from a tech letting me know he could fit me in that day if I wanted. Since I was working at home that day, I said great.
He quickly got the drain unplugged. It's a long run from the clean-out to the main line. I asked if anything in particular came out and he said it was just general build-up. He commented that on my 50+ year old house, settling may have reduced the slope in the line. He suggested regular use of one of the biological cleaners and that I run more water to ensure that anything that does go down the drain makes it all the way to the main line.
The hose bib could not be easily fixed, but in a way that I expected. It leaks in the open position around the stem and needs its packing replaced. I was unable to get the screw out to take off the handle so I could get to the packing nut behind it. Alas, he was also not able to get it off, even with an impact driver. Because its a freeze-proof bib, it would have to be cut off and replaced from inside the house (which is finished downstairs.) He gave me a quote for doing this and I decided not to do that right now. I was not charged for the attempt.
This is my first time using this company. I'm happy so far.

The conclusion of our experience with Anywhere Rooter is that they are a bunch of scammers that will try to rip you off, and will refuse to give you service when they can't.
We had a problem with our main drainage about 3 weeks ago, the water was backflowing into our basement. Unfortunately, we called Anywhere Rooter randomly, we didn't read any reviews or know any other plumbing companies. We were expecting a quick cleanup, however, one of their plumbers came over to our house and decided after he inspected our pipes that we have a big problem and that some tree roots were blocking our main pipe. He said the only solution to our problem was to dig out the pipes and replace them with new ones! His offer was $5500, we told him to just do a normal clean up because we can't afford to pay that much. He was very pushy and was trying to convince us to get a loan or call our bank! He refused to do a clean up saying that the floor might collapse and he doesn't want to get blamed for damages. We told him that we are done and we'll call another company, however, he charged us $133, saying that $69 were for driving to our place and $64 for replacing a pipe cap that he had to break to get his camera in. So basically we paid the guy $133 for refusing to fix our problem. The next day we asked the company to send us the video that the plumber supposedly recorded so we can send it to another company so they don't have to do another diagnosis. Anywhere rooter said that there was no video because we didn't ask their plumber to record it! We decided to just call another company to do a normal clean up which cost us only $100, plus they gave us warranty. It's been three weeks now and our drainage seems to be fine, there is no backflow anymore.

I called Colorado Heating Cooling at 943 a.m. on Sunday Morning because our air conditioning unit wasn't blowing cold air. When I called, I received a prompt answer and I was told that a service call would be put in the system and that a technician would arrive before noon. Travis arrived around 1130 a.m. and then diagnosed and fixed our A.C. unit and was done by 1151 a.m. Thank you for your quick response, fix, and professionalism especially on a Sunday.

Really liked Jason, very professional and an all-around good dude. Hired him to hook up the stuff to make it possible to clean my tankless water heater, and he insisted and I learn how the flushing worked so I could do it myself. That's a solid thing for a guy to do, you only do that if you're hoping to establish business relationships with people and not just take their money.

Spartan's response time was great but Vaughn was even better. On time, very polite and professional. I learned more about plumbing in my home more than I could possibly imagine. Vaughn was extremely meticulous and thorough. I will be calling Spartan from now on for any future plumbing issues. The supervisor called to check on things as Vaughn was leaving. This company understands customer service and the importance of repeat business. Thank you for a stellar job!

Drain Pros Plumbing was very responsive and timely. Efren came to assess a drain clog and gas line issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely have him come do other work at my house.

Had the most wonderful experience calling Done Plumbing. Had an issue with a drain and Done came out same day I called. James was very prompt with his work, polite, treated my house as if it was his own. He wore booties over his shoes and put booties on machine wheels. I just had brand new flooring installed and he ensured that he wouldn't track anything in home. He even went the extra mile by putting blankets down when doing the work. He kept things clean and worked in a timely fashion. The customer service was outstanding. Gave me prices up front before doing any work, helpful tips to maintain drains and I even learned a thing or two from him. I highly recommend James and will be calling Done for all my plumbing needs!

I run a local homeless shelter and we recently had some a situation with broken pipes. Sunshine Plumbing understood that this was an emergency and sent assistance out to us quickly! Furthermore, they did excellent work and were great to interact with. Hopefully we won't need this type of assistance again anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely call Sunshine Plumbing

We have needed a plumber twice in the past few months, and are incredibly happy that we found High 5 Plumbing. In Feb, we required an emergency gas valve replacement and Jeff came out to the house at 10pm, was polite, friendly and professional. He explained his work and answered all my questions. Last night, after we found a small flood in our basement due to a leaking water heater, we called High 5 again and we are happy, satisfied customers.
Michael arrived this morning to check out our leaking water heater and after his initial evaluation, he sat down with us (my husband via speaker phone), and discussed our options. He answered all of our questions and was able to give his professional opinion when we asked before deciding on the work. The heater is now replaced and is working great already. I can't even tell there was work completed in the basement, as Michael left the area much cleaner than it was when he arrived. During his work, he expressed his concern about staining our carpet when removing the old heater and had me watch for areas of dripping water over his tarp. Michael was friendly, professional and trustworthy.
I find it refreshing that there are set prices based on the work required, not based on time it takes, nor on a commission type model. I appreciate having options as I am a consumer without plumbing knowledge, and do not feel like we have not been pushed into our decisions. Both Jeff and Michael answered questions and allowed us to come to our own decision. These guys have definitely earned our business for any future plumbing issues.
