Had a late night leak on a bathroom shut off valve! Couldn't get it to seal completely so, as the place was flooding, I was outside shutting off the main water in the rain storm. The next day was Sunday and I didn't have reason to get emergency take a loan out to get service visit so I decided to do a little research to find a new plumber. Plumbers are those guys you usually don't think about until you need them. The two I've used for years have let me down the last two jobs so, I decided to get a new company. I had never consulted The Yelp in order to get a plumber so, gave it a shot. These guys fit all the criteria, responded promptly, called me before they officially opened Monday and came out and did a professional job. The service crew is dressed in uniforms, place paper boot covers on before entering your house and drive a modern late model signed truck.
I will definitely call them in the future if I need plumbing help and don't hesitate to recommend them to you.

We had a gas leak in the house. Atmos shut off our supply. Auger Pros Plumbing came and rescued me and my wife. David came to us on time and take care of the issue. David was so professional and detailed and we are so happy with their work. He took extra effort to get the job done.

I tried to stick with them since we've had an ongoing relationship, but after the third reschedule I was fed up. I went online and found O'Bryans, and O'Bryan's was fantastic to work with! No words can express how grateful we are for Pure Plumbing's awesome plumber, Ryan, whom we had the pleasure of meeting today. The company was very responsive in providing exactly what we needed. We spoke with manager Jared over the phone to schedule our first appt and he was very helpful in explaining the process and letting us know what to expect. There were no surprises. When Ryan was here, he was thorough and detailed and very friendly and kind to us. We really do appreciate their customer service and down-to-earth approach and certainly wish that there were more companies and contractors around here who can operate with the same attitude and professionalism as these guys. Definitely keepers and happy to know them as our go-to plumbers!

Will never do business with this company.  They showed up to my house to give me a quote never mentioned it would cost me anything just to get a quote.  Had the upfront cost for a quote been discussed with me then maybe but to be honest there are plenty of plumbers who actually want to earn your business who will not charge for a quote.  Do your self a favor, call someone who isn't going to Nickel and Dime you.

I purchased a new washer/dryer and the delivery people said I needed a plumber to repair my faucet to connect my washer.  I called Absolute Plumbing and they worked me in which was great.  The plumber said I didn't need to repair the faucet, connected my washer and did what he needed to do to get it running.  The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and was done in no time.  This was great and honest customer service at it's best!  I will be using Absolute Plumbing for any other needs and would recommend this company to anyone.

Just had someone out for a service call.  First, he didn't call ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. We are in a global pandemic and he had no protective gear at all. As I began telling him, through my Ring doorbell, that I was uncomfortable having someone in my home under these circumstances, he just walked away, got in his truck and drove off. Of course there is no human being to speak to, as all numbers go to voice mail.

Stan was great!  Offered a flat price for my generator gas valve inlet install and hired him on the spot.  Stan arrived and promptly completed the job.  He also noticed my water heater outlet had come undone and fixed that on the spot.  I would definitely hire Stan again for my future plumbing work!

Mike and Jason saved Thanksgiving!  I walked into my kitchen this morning to find my sink filled with ugly brown water after doing a load of laundry.  Uh oh. This not good.  The guys were able to squeeze me in and saved the pre-Thanksgiving preparations.  They got me up and running quickly and efficiently and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Mike is the real deal, folks!

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

What a great company. In a world of missed appointments and hidden costs, Anything Plumbing is the breath of fresh air.

I had a leak that seemed simple enough, but with limited time and knowledge, I just could not get my situation corrected. Enter Anything Plumbing. Going in and out of meetings, I played phone tag with them and I finally made contact around noon. It took me five hours to nail someone down, but I really appreciated the effort the guys at Anything Plumbing made to stay with me.

Once connected, it was just as I feared. They were booked solid. I thanked them for their time and honesty and just as I was about to hang up, they made a suggestion to take pictures of the problem when I got home after work and send them the pictures to see if they could help me. I was stunned.

I went through my work day and I got home and did just as they asked. Within minutes, they called me and gave me some tips. I tried and failed and called them back to thank them and call one of the big companies. Then I heard them say, wait, where do you live, because I think I am heading your way.

At 6:45 PM (check their hours), I heard a knock on the door. Five minutes later, after being nice to my two kids and my dog, I was quoted two prices with an explanation that there was a good and bad scenario. I told him I would pay whatever and he went to work. After a running to the store for special parts, my new best friend explained to me that I would be getting the low price and that I was extremely fortunate to be saddled with minimum damage. Not true. I was lucky because this company took the time to work with me until 8:00 PM! Who does this these days?

Pretty nice story, huh? Well, it doesn't end there. We ask him another question and soon he is thoroughly checking our other issue...at no charge.

Life changing. I just had to write to establish that this company is great and give them my highest recommendation.
