Best Sewer Line Repair in Dallas TX

Best plumber ever...and I mean ever. Had a bad/crazy week dealing with hot water heater issues as a result of a bad roofing job.  Once the hot water heater was fixed by Baker Bro's, and I use the word fixed loosely, I noticed the that water coming out of my faucet was basically boiling. Called Baker Bro's to come out on a Saturday ($ 100 trip charge) and he told me he thought I had a slab leak but really wouldn't know for sure until he did a pressure test that he would have to charge me a few hundred $$'s for but wait, the guy from your company that was here a few days ago was suppose to do that?? Baker Bro man, get out of my house before I punch you!! I thought to myself, .oh geez this nightmare needs to be over.

Trusting my handy yelp, I found Pablo.  Called him as soon as the BB loser left and he told me he was at a job but could come on Sunday morning.  He also said slab leak and told me my options.  His pricing was very reasonable but most important, I felt that he was explaining all of my options and gave me a good course of action. He wasn't trying to charge me for a diagnosis b/c he knows his stuff. I hired him on the spot.  We had to wait a few days to start the repair but I was fine with that b/c it was a big repair (massive tunneling under the house) and I trusted him.  He and his crew did a great job.  I had a little freak-out after the repair was over and he reassured me that it would take a day or two for things to settle down and he was spot on.  He does a great job, he is great to work with and I highly recommend him.

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. Legacy Plumbing is top notch, not just in plumbing services, but customer care, which in my opinion shoots them to the TOP of the class!!!

On the first estimate visit, they offered $325 to replace the bathtub faucet cartridge and $700 labor to replace the whole faucet. I was not quite sure, so just paid $29 estimation fee. Then my tenant reported that they left a big gap between the faucet knob and the bathtub surface. Attached photos.

After thinking for a while, I decided to have them come back and fix. Why? first, was tired of finding different services;  second, their review score is not bad; third, I feel like just paying $29 estimate fee is kind of taking advantage of them, so if someone got to do it, they should have the chance.

As you expected, the cartridge was broken when being replaced, and they charged me $899 to replace the whole faucet, with the faucet though. Then the technician told me that he could not access the hose under the surface, so had to cut a hole on the tub, I was unhappy but didn't have any option, per technician - my tenant couldn't use water until fix! So, paid $899 to replace the whole faucet and they cover the hole with a big panel with different color, it doesn't look good.

By that time, I was just unhappy and don't want to write a bad review, after all, they fix the problem, even if not in the way I expected, until I got credit card alert. After 3 days they charged me, my account started showing some unauthorized charges, btw, my rental is in TX but I don't live there. I tried hard not to judge people but have to say this is awful experience.

Updated, called Jerry back and he explained, also he is willing to fix the tub. I didn't take the offer since it's too expensive and sounds unfair to him. I understand things are not always going as expected, but the attitude of facing problem can make it right, change it to 3 star.

I had them replace a toilet recently and they did a great job. They were fast and arrived on time. The guy that showed up was clean and professional and kind of changed my view of what a Plummer looks like! Definitely recommend them from my experience

We noticed our downstairs AC unit was not cooling properly so we went to Yelp and found Rescue.  We called them and they promptly set up a tech to come and see.  Dean was excellent and quickly found out what the issue was.  But more importantly, he explained in detail what was causing the problem.  We always had issues with A/C systems in the past 30 years and never has anybody explained to us in detail what the different metrics mean and where they should be so the system can operate properly.  Dean took the time to explain it and answer any questions.  Kudos to him!  The A/C is now working as it should.

Called Schrader Plumbing and told them we had gas leak, they sent someone out next day so not emergency call, gas was turned off by Atmos.  They send one man out and he said he couldn't find the leak as he needed someone to help him.  Was told it would be $450 to test line, next day 2 men came out.  We knew the leak had to be in the attic and it was found within minutes.  They charged us $1100 + for less than 2 hrs maximum work done.  I think they charged twice to test for leak and adjusted bill $250.  I don't think that it should have been more than $600-$700 max for time spent and work done.  They just had to tighten fitting and work done!  We have 3 rental properties plus our own home and they would have had more business, but not now.  Won't deal with company that tries to gouge customers.  LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!

This company is EXCELLENT if you ever have a job you need done right!  They are better than any plumber I have ever called.  Christian was professional, knowledgeable and very up front on the pricing.  He answered all calls and questions that I placed to him.  We were delayed on our job due to the winter storm in February but it was well worth the wait.  I would recommend Accurate Leak & Line for any major job that you have that requires going under the slab of your house.  We have a lot of plumbing issues at my location and will use them again in the future.  Thanks for being such a GREAT company to work with!

Called Monday am for clogged kitchen sink, came out same day. Will recommend him and plan to use him again!

The faucet valves to my washer had corroded over time and would not close.  Professor Plumb was able to fit my appointment in at the last minute.  The job done was perfect.  He replaced the valves, added an access panel to the wall were the pipes were located and cleaned up the laundry room floor nicer than it was when he arrived.  He even ran a leak check and test for me once done.  

Great service, Very reasonable price, I am very happy with the service.  I will most likely replace a water heater within the next few months.  Professor Plumb will get the call.

Ask for Jet Thompson. He's experienced, thorough, and very personable. My house flooded due to a busted pipe in the attic from the winter snow/Ice storm. How I found Black Tie Plumbing...

We have a slab foundation, our  house was built in 1964 with cast iron sewage pipes.  
Foundation work was done to our house before we could buy it in 2006. Perma Pier did the work and gave a life time warranty- 2 years ago they came back because we had some foundation issues, they honored the warranty and fix the problem.

While looking for a plumbing company to find out, why for 10 years we kept having problems with drainage in the north end of the house I discovered Perma Pier has a plumbing subset for problems like ours. So that's how I found their sister(?) company Black Tie Plumbing.

It was gut wrenching and depressing when they gave us the estimate to replace the corroded pipes causing the problem. We decided to get several estimates and explore other options like pipe lining. Baker Brothers gave us an estimate of $60,300.00, several others ranged from $35K down to $18K for partial replacement and/or partial pipe lining.

The initial diagnostic estimate from Black Tie was $360 to put the camera down the pipes and locate the problem. After considering a partial fix and looking at estimates for a complete replacement (the 112 feet of tunneling is the biggest expense) we chose Black Tie.  

Black Tie provided several options from replacing the entire sewer drainage to partial replacement to help us reduce the costs. (Ranging from $11,000 to just under $30,000) We decided on the total replacement, knowing it will increase the value of our home. All the sewage lines were replaced with PVC. They pulled the toilets and even took pictures of the work as it progressed for us. The workers accommodated us fully, not leaving us without drainage for more than a few hours and never overnight. The guys were all very courteous and clean and left the yard in very good shape afterward.

Very nice and honest! Tells you exactly what needs to be done. Will not try to sell you on extras or unnecessary repairs. What I needed was a cheap fix I could do myself. Will use for all my plumbing needs.

Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

I highly recommend Chris for any of your plumbing needs. I was having an issue with my tankless water heater not working. He informed me he doesn't usually work on them but he'd be happy to come take a look. He was here within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in another 5.  He is a very kind young man and if I have any other plumbing issues, I won't hesitate to call him. Thanks Chris!

They did  exactly what we thought should be done and for a fair price . ..Other companies wanted to charge more and would have been longer at the repair due to their process.  We would absolutely recommend them and would absolutely use them again
