I purchased a high-end Carrier system from these fine folks. The installation was plagued with challenges (e.g., not enough space for new unit in attic, etc.). A couple of the issues were avoidable, hence the 4 stars. However, I must say that Force Home Services is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. They never made excuses and my satisfaction with their work and product was always their only concern. I know my job cost them more than they made, but they never complained or brought up their expense. They just did the right thing. This commitment to service is not just with management -- every employee I have encountered demonstrates the same commitment.

Not every install goes perfectly, and that's exactly when customer service becomes critical.

It's also worth noting that the owner, Ron, has many veterans on staff. It's great to see a local business giving opportunities to our local heroes. You gotta like that!

Our vactaion home had a major sewer line issue and we needed a plumber fast. We called All Aces Plumbing and had Thomas come out  and do a camera to find tree roots and broken  our main clay pipe. We had the old pipe replaced  with new abs piping and now our sewer system is working  great

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We had a leak related emergency last night and didn't know who to call. We tried a few other businesses and everyone else was booked or closed. Thankfully we found these guys. The friendly and responsive dispatcher put us in touch with Quan who came to our rescue at almost midnight and stayed until 2 AM.
We really appreciate him coming all the way from Allen to our home over an hour away from his after he had just returned home for the night. Sorry Quan's wife (-__-;). Thanks for your help guys!

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

I called on Thursday as I needed to schedule some work for saturday. We're upgrading our kitchen so we needed a gas stove connected, faucet installed and u-bend under the sink redone as we went from a 2 basin sink to single drain. They let me know someone would be out between 0830-0930 and it would be $99 for the call. Ok. Since it was a weekend that was fine. Aaron called Saturday at 0800 to say he was on the way. Got to our house and was ready to get to work. He was super friendly and good to talk to. Especially since my 3 yr old son came in the kitchen and watched him work.
      Now why less than 5 stars? The price. 90 mins of work was $1160 and I needed 3 things. Gas stove connection was $300. Faucet install (which I already had the faucet) was $230. Re-doing the u-bend and hooking up my disposal (again that I already had) was $269. And the quarter turn valve for water shut off was $196. This was explained up front so we weren't blind sided. But the charges were too extreme. The only reason I used them was because my regular guy couldn't come til weds and I didn't want to be without my kitchen that long. I would probably not use these guys again. Too expensive

We love A#1 Air. Three years ago they came to finish an install after we found a different company accessing our private things. Recently, we had an AC problem -- A#1 sent several people over multiple days to try to figure out the issue. The technicians worked hard and were very professional, but were only able to treat the symptoms (hence the 4 stars instead of 5 stars). Then, Abdiel stepped in. He quickly located the source of the problem and fixed it. We highly recommend A#1.

I brought a brand new home in 2014, my heater stopped blowing heat last Dec. called Xtreme Air and they fixed the problem Yey, then in June the a/c stopped they charged Me almost 700.00 to fix it.  OK here a year later the heater goes out again. Called Xtreme Air for the 3rd time, they tell me the zone board is out will be over 2.100.00 to fix.. well Damn new house what the heck,so I called someone else. The problem with the zone board the wires were connected wrong, wow that's the same thing Xtreme Air told me a year ago and charged me for fixing it. People watch out I smell a scam,either the technicians are not knowledgeable or they're scammers but watch out. GET A SECOND OPINION

Loved the customer service.  Phone call to know they were coming including an email. The plumbers were great and answered all my questions. Plumbers were outstanding and even cleaned up the mess. Highly recommend and will use them again.

After months of furnace troubles, another furnace provider failed me. Go heating arrived an hour after I phoned. Jorge went above and above to assist me in diagnosing and choosing a new furnace. He found found the component and fix it. He was affordable and spent a lot of time solving the issue. Jorge is knowledgeable and explains well.
