Best Electric Furnace Installation in Dallas TX

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.  I called and asked them to come out and give me a second opinion on my heating units after Milestone Electric gave me an outrageous quote of $6600 to repair my units (never had a service call, issue with either heater and serviced twice a year).   They came out that day, took their time to look things over, showed me what they were doing and gave me a quote on some work that they recommended in the future.   I had another company come out and look and they were spot on with Rescue Air's results and recommendations.  Thank you to Joe Kronenwetter for a job well done.  I have also recommended you on FB and on my Next Door Neighbor boards.

Attempted to reach them for an appointment via their website chat feature and the appointment setup feature. Two days later, haven't heard a peep via phone, text, or email, and the supposed appointment is tomorrow morning.  A bummer since they had such good reviews, but also, I've now wasted two days that I could have been waiting for someone who is actually going to come fix the issue.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

I purchased a complete HVAC system for Force Home Service just over 18 months ago.  I was skeptical of the claims to save up to 50% on my energy bills, but they have provide me wrong!  I have tracked my usage for the past 24 months and can say that I have reduced my electric consumption over 56%!  That is a true savings that you will noticed. I was so happy with that purchase that when I was in need of a hot water heater, I called Force Home Services.  The rep showed me the advantages and savings potential of going with a Tankless water heater.  It was a little more expensive up front, but I can tell you that my gas consumption has dropped 24% since it was installed.  The real bonus is instant hot water to every faucet and we never run out of hot water,  even with a house full of guests showering at the same time.  Highly recommend Josh Price, the sales rep form Force Home Service, he is excellent at what he does and will make sure that you and your home are his first concern.  Give them a try, you will not regret the call.

Got here on time. Spent a lot of time sourcing the problem. Jeff is very professional and I felt comfortable having him go around the house.  He was nice to our dog too, lol. I would call him again if we ever needed to (although I would much prefer to not have any plumbing issues).

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I used them years ago to complete a bathroom remodel and they did a great job for a reasonable price.

However, 2 years later, I've gotten several estimates from them for plumbing and for HVAC and all of their estimates are at least 3xs as much as the next two estimates I've received.  Their pricing is LUDICROUSLY expensive.  

They wanted to charge me $30K to rough in a new plumbing/drain line for an addition including new gas line location (5' from existing location).  The next 2 were for $9000 and $7800 for the exact same services.  I mean they REALLY do try to gouge you.  

Outside of their pricing, they're on time, professional and knowledgeable - but if you're looking to pay a reasonable price, look elsewhere.

I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better!
Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter.
Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early. He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI.
I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

I will also be reposting this on my page, Yelp, Instagram, etc...for my friends list as a warning to stay away from this company.  We joined the family plan list (will soon be un-joining it).  After utilizing them for a couple odd and end items around the house that we got the up sales tactics on almost everyone of them our AC unit upstairs stopped blowing cold air.  We decided hey... we have the family plan with Bakers so let's just use them. BIG MISTAKE!  Somehow our five year unit upstairs could not be fixed and had to be completely replaced.  $15k later we are on the install date of which they keep trying to get us to replace another one of the units downstairs which has been working great.  Install day- bedrooms unit no longer is blowing cold air.  After talking with the tech he goes it must have had the power knocked out. He tinkers with it and it starts blowing cold air again but it never stopped.  We wake up to all the bedrooms downstairs at 59 degrees.  We call and they send someone out who says it was wired weird and he has never seen that before and was amazed it was even working.  He tinkers with it now it won't blow cold air again.  Mind you THIS UNIT worked perfectly until they installed the new one.  Now they are telling us it will be two days until they can send someone out to fix what they broke.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Never use this company for AC, plumbing, or electrical! This company jack the prices up on their customers. The techs come out and at first will quote you a price to replace everything for $18,000 and keep dropping the price to try to get the job. Finally came down that they could do the job for $6000. This tells me that they are ripping off customers. I gave them the benefit of doubt and called the plumbers out after that. The plumber that came out to change out my water heater was a younger tech named Nathan. When I asked him if he had a plumbing license he said yes but he showed me an apprentice license. I was told by one of their techs that they get paid commission and their prices in their price books keeps going up. I will never use this company again and I will let everyone know it.

Great service and reasonable pricing. I had a new AC/furnace replaced. They also did some alterations on my existing unit. They showed up on time and were very friendly and accommodating. They took extra time to keep things clean and tidy. I would recommend this company, based on my experiences, to anyone needing AC/heating services.

Don't guarantee their work. Office staff is rude. Overpriced and don't fix issues while they are there, causing you to have to call them back multiple times - all of which they charge for and could have been fixed on the first service call. Don't use them unless you want to be ripped off. Called another plumber and they fixed the issue right the FIRST time.

After another company caused intentional damage to our heating system, the owner Sam personally took care of us and got our system working great. He was straightforward and honest and I appreciate all this hard work and kindness during our stressful system. We've found our new HVAC company for life! Thanks Go!
