Update: The owner contacted me to discuss the review. We have come to an amicable solution. My experience is mixed. Pros: They responded promptly. The service tech was generally pleasant and professional. Though he was struggling with the equipment to do the job. Cons: I was charged $249+ tax for less than 30 minutes of actual work to locate gas lines in a small portion of my back yard. To be fair against my better judgment, I did agree to the charge before work began. I just think what I was charged is waaaaay beyond the service that I received. Ultimately, they did get the job done. Be prepared to pay a lot for it.

I've used O'Bryan Plumbing several times and they are always very helpful and accommodating, reasonably priced and do excellent work. Once I even had a crew that wasn't going to charge me because they weren't able to completely repair my problem in one call, although they were able to resolve the crisis. Of course, I insisted on paying the basic service charge, and they left me a quote to replace the faucet. They're good people and always my first call for plumbing.

When my a/c system did not work, I called rescue air heating and cooling. I contacted them around 8:30 am, expecting an answering machine,instead a nice lady answered the phone and gathered all my information needed. Less than an hour later, the technician, Michael, personally called me back and within hours he came.   Michael diagnosed the problem very quickly and my cooling system was working within minutes! Because it was a very small maintenance problem, he didn't even charge for the service!  

Not only they were prompt and very efficient, I'm very pleased for their outstanding customer service !!  If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Matt is helping us work through a plumbing problem. He's great--he's not up-selling us and is moving at our pace.

Had a very simple job: replace a 1 foot section of pipe.  Asked for a quote and sent a picture (the pipe was easy to get to) they said they would have to send someone out to quote.... Um, ok... red flag.  Usually when companies do that it's not going to be a good price because they show up and then charge you whatever, and you don't want to wait for another plumber so you pay. Well, I had gotten 2 other quotes from companies here on yelp and they quoted $150-$200.  Well, I decided to have these guys come out since they had high reviews and after looking at the pipe and messing on his tablet for a while he quoted me $350.  I asked why so much?  Instead of giving me a breakdown of costs, he got all upset and said because that's the price! I said no, I already have quotes for half that price, if you want to do it for $200 then I will hire you.  Again, he had a bad attitude in his response and so I said: see ya later!  I called up one of the other plumbers and paid $150.  Took that plumber 15 minutes to do the job.  Since when is paying $350 for a plumber for 15 minutes of work ok?!?  My lawyer at my job charges that same amount per hour and he's got much higher education and experience. Doesn't make sense to me that trade services are charging this much now... but they do it because people in this area pay without thinking.  So... if you want to overpay then this is the company for you! If not, spend 5 minutes asking other companies for quotes and find one that won't rip you off.

I had an appointment last week and because of the rain they couldn't do the work.  Chad stopped by my house to explain and we rescheduled for Monday, but he never showed up.  
I called and left a message and never got a return call back. I then called the West office and left a message.  No return phone call.   I wasted more than a week waiting on this company.   Very unprofessional.  If they are too busy to come at the appointed time, or to return a phone call then they don't need my business, or yours.

They were able to fit us in same-day and even called us when they had an earlier opening than originally thought. The guys were so polite, so professional & so honest.

We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

They told us what we could do to fix the issue or said they could do it for us. We opted to have them do it as there were some work-arounds needed based on how the original owners built the bathroom.

They were amazing & warranty their work for a year!

Well I chose this plumber based on the 5-star reviews here. So they pulled a no show after scheduling me today. Love it when I rearrange my day to leave work and hang out for my 2-hour window only to call and find sorry, you are not in our schedule...really? I need a minus star here to rate them a huge thumbs down. I'll find another plumber but I am starting to think Yelp is rigged.

Orlando and Tennon were great.  I had an AC condensate line clog way past the p-trap.  Our double vanities didn't allow the snake to go past the tee, so we had to unclog from the attic.  Price was reasonable, especially I called at noon and job was done by 2:15.

Needed a plumber during the recent hard freeze due to a leak at my water meter.  Been having problems with this leak on and off since I bought the house 15 years ago.  Always fixed it myself.  This time I decided to call a plumber to get it fixed right and for good.  Called me back and said it would be a couple of days because they were slammed.  Perfectly understandable.  He called and had an opening a day earlier than promised.  Michael was polite and so professional.  Had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes and charged us just under $200.  Water back on and we are so happy!  Would definitely use them again.

Very Friendly and professional, came over and provided an estimate promptly, as well as giving some great advice for my leak.

They didn't even come out. After Augerpros bid such a ridiculous amount, I told Blacktie what I wanted done and how much I thought it was worth, and they scoffed at me and said they would charge even more than Auger Pros wanted. So, naaa, can't afford this kind of pricing. Maybe they get that kind of money working on commercial jobs, but not from me. I just can't pay $1,000 or more for simple repairs like that.

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Fair pricing. Good service. Would highly recommend. They replaced some toilets and a shower faucet for me.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed.

They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate.

I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates.

I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!
