We built our home in 1996.  We replaced all the toilets this year, and had been struggling to get them working properly for several months.  we had tried several plumbers and even got help/guidance from the toilet manufacturer.  We finally called Legacy and made appointment for them to come out.  Cole and Joey arrived on time, and in the first five minutes diagnosed the problem.  Cole's diagnosis was something I had not heard before, and I confess I was a bit skeptical, but he was right!  They promptly made the necessary repairs and our toilet functioned properly.  I was more than happy, and had no hesitation in paying their charges.  It was a good value.  Thank you to Legacy, and a big thank you to Cole and Joey!  We are Legacy customers for life.

We bought our house in May and we have had a few plumbing issues. We woke up Monday morning and a pipe had been broken and leaking water down the side of our house.
We had Auger Pro's show up to fix the problem and they were super helpful! We had to go outside of our warranty on the house and they couldn't have done a better job and also giving us pointers and advice for the future! I would highly recommend using them!!

Jeromy did an awesome job. Found and fixed the problem quickly. Very friendly and informative and the prices were super reasonable to make a customer happy, I would definitely recommend them for plumbing issues...

Justin and Gary were lifesavers! Within a few hours they had us back up and running. They explained everything well and did not try to take advantage of the situation. We will absolutely give Rescue Air our business in the future!

This review is for customer service only. I called today because we needed someone to come out to unclog our drain. They didn't have anyone available, but the person who answered the phone was so kind. He asked a few questions about our issue and said he couldn't get anyone out this afternoon, but could refer us to someone good who probably could. He gave us the number to another service (they were great) and said he'd keep our name and number in case they had a cancellation later in the day.

Even though we didn't get to use their services this time, this will be the first place I call next time we need help with plumbing.

Uriel and did the job. He also followed up whenever I called!!! I highly recommend pure plumbing.... the office people were super nice too!!!!

I didn't find Accurate until I was already halfway down the road with a general plumber.  He seemed unsure of how to proceed so I contacted Accurate.  I had a pretty detailed conversation with one of their guys who was able to answer all my questions and give me some sound advice.  Turns out our leak is turning into a kitchen remodel, but I'm planning on bringing these guys in for the reroute as part of that project based on the great customer service I received, even though I haven't paid them a dime.... YET.

Out of 4 other Plumbers Staggs was the only one able to schedule that same week. Found our leak in the yard in a timely manor.  I will recommend and use them again.

All it says is how great your emergency services are and I just called and was told the earliest they could help me was TUESDAY. Seriously? I told her we can't use the toilets without the water pouring into my backyard. Very helpful. Thanks for nothing. I would not recommend calling these folks if you have an emergency.

My water heater pilot wasn't lighting, so I called for a free in-Home estimate... thought that was awesome. They said they could try replacing the pilot assembly, otherwise I needed a new water heater, and quoted me for both. After they left my house for 45 minutes to 'go get the part', they went back into the attic for a bit, then I was told that I needed a new water heater for $1,550!
So I decided to try a different plumber. They came out and replaced the pilot assembly and I had hot water again. Not sure what the other guys were doing up there, or where they went for 45 minutes, but they were definitely trying to rip me off!

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight.  They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.  She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list.  I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

What a fantastic experience we had with Black Tie! From the initial call from our home warranty company, through the closing of the job, Black Tie Plumbing was great. They are professionals through and through. My new go-to plumbers in the metroplex!

Had a stoppage in one of the bathrooms which required a clean out.  Very quick response and came out the same day.  They showed up on a Sunday ahead of time and had the issue taken care of in no time.  I can't really comment too much on the pricing as they came out on a Sunday, so I would think I probably paid a bit more.   But given the quick response time on a Sunday and uneventful work, I cannot complain. They were up front about the price before they came out and did not charge a penny more.

I appreciate the great customer service and timely service. Mike was patient  in explaining the process and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

Chris came out to fix my leak in my pipe and discovered another one after checking.  He was very professional and stayed long hours until everything was complete.  I would definitely recommend Chris!
