The guys from Auger Plumbing did a great job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal, which were both ancient and beyond repair. $751 for both (I don't known what the average prices are as this was my first time hiring a plumber). They went to the nearest Home Depot to buy the right kind of garbage disposal for me, and including that were finished in under 2 hours. They installed a faucet I had already picked out. It's a week later and everything works great! They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would call again.

Water was leaking from under our toilet. We called them and they were very pleasant on the phone and when the technician showed up. Grateful they made the extra effort to show up that same evening and he fixed the seal under the toilet and even helped us some on the price. Over all and very honest and pleasant experience- Thanks!

We have been using Rescue for about a year now and have had them perform two routine / preventative maintenance visits (no major emergencies or repairs).  Their office staff are always polite and helpful, and on one occasion when they couldn't honor our appointment time they gave us a credit on our account without us issuing any kind of a complaint beforehand.  

Their technicians have been efficient and knowledgable.  They do make suggestions about system upgrades each visit but have not been pushy with us.  Most recently, we had Nerio visit and although he got stuck later at a prior job he was still happy to do ours and even spent some time teaching us about some aspects of our system - my wife and I thought he was great and would like to see him visit on another job in the future.

Problem: Gas Leak in wall between laundry and kitchen. Home Warranty company sent a plumber (not Matt) who said he couldn't find a leak but smelled something (maybe carbon monoxide -- he was blowing smoke as CO is odorless-natural gas has additive and does smell for your own safety; this plumber then recommended an HVAC repair to my home warranty) -- HVAC man said he can only look 5' from furnace and there was nothing he could do it was for a plumber (waste of my time which i already knew that but home warranties follow procedures); I called Atmos Energy to test as i was worried now; they turned off my gas because they found the leak in the room where I had smelled the gas -- so i was left with No Heat or Hot water on Saturday at 4PM and New Years Eve 2017 weekend with a 2 year old and a very sick husband and the home warranty company recalled the first plumber who obviously had no interest in fixing the problem--he didn't call me back. Weather 25'F.  Results:  After lots of coercing-my Home Warranty Company permitted me to go outside and find my own vendor to repair the leak on New Year's Eve since none of their vendors would come out Sat night/Sun/Mon Dec 30-31/Jan 1 and it was an open issue since the Wednesday before.  SOLUTION: Matt answered my call within an hour of calling (i had found 2 vendors willing but went with him because he sounded like he really understood the problem and could address it--expertise in natural gas pipes).  Bonus--he will work weekends and holidays for emergencies. He scheduled appt for Sunday afternoon (next day). He diagnosed the problem quickly -- Cut an 18 hole in my wall and luckily the area where the leak was nearby this opening -- did plumber things-pressure tested the pipe.  He repaired the pipe (by cutting/replace piping). He spoke to my insurance company and got the repair $$s approved.  He also assisted me in navigating the city of Keller and turning back on my gas with Atmos on off hours (not an easy process). He waited for the arrival of the gas company also. This repair kept us in our home (no need for hotel on new years eve). No frozen pipes.  Lesson learned--don't call Atmos when living in city of keller on a weekend--requires permit to turn back on gas and that can only happen during business hours and very very expensive (obviously maintain safety); Call someone that has the right equipment for natural gas testing and repairs and reasonable pricing --that is this guy; Talk to a plumber on phone not an answering service first before they come to your home to get a sense for what scenarios could be without surprise--that is this guy; Oh and Small Businesses often know their capabilities and other businesses --- good ones will also always tell you i can or can't but know someone that can and here is his number.  Happy Customer / Happy Family. Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. Having a busted sewer line possibly more than 15 feet under your driveway is a scary thing. The thought of spending thousands of dollars with a company that you don't know on a problem you can't even see is even scarier.  I talked to several companies. Some said they could fix it, but cutting and replacing the concrete would be up to me.  Some told me they could do the concrete work, but that it would never match the old and I should expect to not use my driveway for 3 weeks.  Some couldn't even tell me exactly WHERE they thought the leak/break might be -they'd just have to dig it up and see.  Thankfully, I found Accurate Leak & Line.  I read the reviews and decided to call. Best decision I ever made! I worked with Christian and he was positively AWESOME.  I could tell from our first meeting that he was a pro and I immediately felt a sense of relief knowing that I had found a 'good guy' and a reputable and reliable company that could fix my problem. He came out immediately and provided a quote the next day.  When I was ready to begin the job, he walked me through every step of the process.  I'm a gal that asks a LOT of questions (what if this or that happens?) and when I called him with my questions, he always responded promptly and took time to ease my concerns.  When Christian got here on Day 1 of the job, he re-scoped the line again to try to pin-point the exact location of the leak.  Since it (possibly/HOPEFULLY) wasn't too far from the edge of the driveway, he instructed the excavation crew to dig down, then UNDER my driveway in an attempt to get to the line WITHOUT having to break up and patch the concrete driveway!  The thing that really impressed me was that even the excavation crew (who are not their employees, but who they exclusively use) were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. This says a lot about Accurate Leak and Line's standards. In about 5 hours, these guys dug a 9 foot hole, then tunneled 4 feet under the driveway and dug directly to the broken sewer line!  Talk about ACCURATE!  I gave them my camera and they took pictures of the broken pipe for me. Day 2 - their plumber Abel came and cut the broken pipe and after wrestling with a completely clogged other end, pulled out something that looked like a tree trunk that was about 30 long! He fixed the pipe and ran his camera in the line, showing me where the new, clean pipe was and making sure that there weren't any other clogs or breaks. The next day Christian came and ran a 'hydro' test to test yet again that there were no leaks.  He waited here for my city's inspector to arrive for the inspection.  The very next day, the excavation crew returned to fill the hole up.  They carefully packed all the dirt back, soaking it with water every few inches and tamping it down hard to ensure it was packed down tight. Remarkably, there wasn't any dirt left- they got it ALL back in!  They raked the yard, hosed off the driveway and were done in 4 hours. 4 days start to finish and my sewer line is working AND, my driveway is intact! Would I have rather spent this money on a trip to the Caribbean?  You bet.  No one wants to spend money on something you can't see - but obviously the problem was bad and needed to be fixed.  And thanks to Christian and the great guys at Accurate, they turned a 'dreaded' situation into a positive one as I know the job was done right, at a fair price and without a hitch!  Thanks guys- y'all are the BEST!

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the ease of scheduling and convenience of text alerts when they are on their way. We had Staggs out to diagnose and provide an estimate for a leak in our front yard causing a minor flood. They told us it would be $3800 to replace the main line from the water meter to our house, which is what they confidently told us the problem was. They did no digging to find the actual source. My husband decided to dig for himself and found the leak was a buried drip line which we were able to fix ourselves for a few bucks. If we had trusted them, we would be out several thousand dollars for no reason.

I read tons of reviews on Yelp, but never write them - until now.  Professor Plumb is the real deal.  We had an issue where our tub was backing up and the toilet would not flush, a nightmare, especially when you have only one bathroom.  My hero of a husband had given a valiant effort, snaking the pipes and even climbing on the roof to try and repair the problem.  However, it was Blue and Professor Plumb to the rescue.  He walked my husband through the repair process, gave us several tips on how to reduce the possible recurrence of the problem (buying a new toilet, changing toilet paper, etc) and gave us an incredibly fair quote for the pipes that we'll need to replace.  Needless to say, his refreshing honesty and the overall experience have made us customers for life.  A sincere thank you to Blue!

These guys are EXPERTS on tankless water heaters.  Had a minor leak fixed with a $20 part on the truck and minimum service charge.  Suggested a pre-filter to help these kinds of issues in the future, but no pressure to make that decision now.  Ronnie Dean was the tech and he will be my plumber going forward.

I had another supposed tankless water heater repair shop out two days prior and after an hour in his truck talking to the manufacturer, i got a $1000 estimate to replace an entire two year old pump, flush my systems (which I do yearly) and put in some extra catch and drain equipment that is frivolous.  Also, I'd have to wait a week for parts.

My water heater is bone dry and clean today and it is working 100%.

Stan is old-school in the best way. We were having some issues with our supply valves and a faucet installation, Stan guided us through our issues, and only charged us a minimal fee for his time. I wish we could give more than 5 stars!  We had an emergency situation with water leaking everywhere at our new home after moving from out of state.  We didn't have a plumber, so I quickly went to Yelp for local plumbing reviews.  That's how we found Christopher.  He came over right away on a Sunday night and fixed the issue.  He was so kind, considerate & cheerful for it being so late at night and an emergency call.  He is the real deal as a plumber and as a person.  We weren't excited about having a flooded laundry room, but we are excited to have found our new plumber!
