From my initial call to the gentleman that came to help me out..... like a breath of fresh air. The lady that took my initial call was extremely helpful and her cheery demeanor took alot off my frustrated shoulders. Just as she was very quick and thorough, the service employee, Damion Lopez, was just as kind and quick with his service. He was informative with each step he took and why. He had my kitchen sink back to normal quickly. I will not attempt these fixes on my own any further. (Smiles) The fact that Roto Rooter does not charge a higher call out fee for evenings is a nice, financial perk. I called other plumbing companies that wanted what I was charged with Roto Rooter, just to come out in the evening OR they didn't even want to come.

We have used Port Plumbing from the beginning since we built our house in early 2000. This company was running a bit behind but we're still able to make it before the end id the day. Zach installed a garbage disposal quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys for offering a competitive price as well as a military discount.

I called Graf because the tank on my toilet cracked. It happened on a Friday and I was expecting to be told that they won't be able to send a plumber out till the following week. Fifteen minutes later, I get a text saying that a plumber is on the way.
A.J. was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained the different options that I had available to me and was upfront with the pricing. He was very thorough with his work and didn't mind me watching and learning from him. I would definitely recommend Graf Plumbing. I have used them for years and have never had a bad experience with them.

I needed a gas line installed  their field staff were professional and their office staff went above expectations assisting me with getting the city utilities to add gas to my account and get the work scheduled.  I would use them again.

Did a great job and was very helpful could not fix our water due to it was a warranty so we had to go a different route but they where very helpful they the process

The day before the closing of my mom's house, we were notified of a plumbing issue in the foundation under the bathroom vanity.  One Alice plumbing company said it was a 2 to 3 day job and would require removing the vanity and replacing the bathroom flooring and they would not be able to begin work right away. I started calling other Plumbing companies in Corpus Christi. It was almost 5 pm when I was given the phone number for JC Callejo (Sparkling City Plumbing).  I called, he immediately answered and listened intently as I gave him the details of our situation including needing to complete the work prior to next day closing at 10 am. He accepted  the job and he and a coworker arrived by 7:20 pm that night and worked steadily till 11:15pm. They stopped work because they needed additional supplies. They arrived the next morning at 7 am and, yes, they completed the work that morning!! My mom did have to pay time and a half for after hours work but they saved my mom money by working inside the vanity and not destroying it or the floor. They were the answers to our prayers and we will forever be grateful! Thank you J.C.!! Both JC and his coworker were professional, attentive, kind and considerate. We highly recommend Sparkling City Plumbing.

We needed a bathroom sink drain replaced. They were responsive and reliable, able to come out soon after I requested services-so happy we found them!

ZERO STARS. I don't like posting  bad reviews because they can sometimes be unfair. However, as a business owner I would want to know what kind of company I was dealing with. We consulted this company for commercial installation. They sent a guy out to take measurements etc, who said he'd call us with an estimate as soon as possible. Over a month later (after ignoring my emails asking for an update & not once returning any of our calls), he emailed a RIDICULOUS estimate.  3 times the appropriate cost. Detailing nothing except a laundry list of associated installation costs NOT included in the price. Our impression is that this man didn't return our calls or emails because he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I have serious doubts that he was consulting with anyone to come up with this estimate. I think he pulled a number out of his ass. I am inclined to believe a previous reviewer's comments stating that the person he dealt with told him the business owner was no longer involved and didn't seem to care about the business.  So think twice before hiring these folks. The estimate we were given was so ridiculous, you can't help but wonder how many people may have been taken advantage of by these folks.

I would not recommend Roto-Rooter in Corpus Christi. I paid up front for work to be done at my property and it took 3 calls and 3 business days just to get the job on the schedule. The project management team is unresponsive and only returns your call after you call to complain. The work was then scheduled for the following day but the crew no-showed. I called 4 hours past the scheduled time of arrival and was told they were on their way. At this point, I don't trust that the company will complete the job as quoted and I will be calling another company.  1 star, would not recommend

Polite and Professional service every time for everything!  Plumbing, AC, lawn mowing, tree trimming, even put up and take down our Christmas lights!  Not the least expensive but worth the excellent customer service!

I called Lamar Plumbing to locate a leak in the backyard.  They arrived in a timely manner.  The person they sent spent most of the time standing around and watching the water meter move.  A second person arrived about three hours later and the two dug up my yard.  They never found the leak and blamed the standing water on a city leak.  A week later the city came out and dug never found a leak on their side, water still standing everywhere.   Call a second plumbing company who found the leak in about 45-minutes.  They fixed the leak.  I would never call Lamar again nor would I recommend them to anyone.  My experience was terrible and I do not believe their plumbers have enough experience to be sent out alone.  Neither person sent by Lamar appeared to know what they were doing.

We had a main line clog so no drains in the whole house were functioning and the clothes washer water was coming up through the floor drain. Because it was a holiday weekend, several plumbers would not even answer the phone. We called Lloyd's and they send Butch over as quickly as possible. (He was in the middle of another customer's job) He had our line fixed in under an hour and told us if we had any more problems to let him know and he would come back for no additional charge. The price was very reasonable, especially on a holiday Saturday. We would use them again!

Did a terrible job, never finished, missed 4 dead lines, painting was a nightmare, paint was everywhere but the walls, electric doesn't work. . Quality of work was so poor I could of done a better job myself. Never responded to calls, demanded payment. Beware.

I did not feel safe hiring this company after I saw the owner's public comments on Facebook.
Why would I hire someone to take care of my property if they can't take care of themselves and do not care for others?

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.
