The technician has no knowledge of repairs at all. They only tell you to replace the whole thing because it's old. They can't even specify what the problem is. I asked the guy what was wrong with my water heater, he said 3 different parts and didn't guarantee my water heater working after replacing any of them. Not able to fix anything at all only replace the whole thing. Do not call them for repairs, you will end up buying a whole new unit for no reason at all.

I contacted them by mistake, not realizing they are located in another state. One of the owners of Emergency Plumbing still got back to me in about an hour. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions knowing there would not be any work for them.
I am very impressed! Wish I was able to find someone equally as qualified near me. Great people, great company.

Highly recommend- I contacted them for a city issue that needed immediate attention. Not only did they come out quickly but fixed at a reasonable rate and did a great job! Would definitely be using them again for any needs. Thank you!

As it relates to Brian Stafford plumbing, we have had excellent experiences with their services. Specifically Tyler, who is both proficient and professional! We have had Tyler take care of our plumbing issues on a number of occasions and know we are in competent hands when he comes to the door. So...great work Tyler! This company is a joke. Providing very poor work. They dont follow code. Employees walking around job sites high out if their mind. If I could give negative stars I would. I would recommend going to any other business but this one. You dont get what you pay for even if they are the cheapest.

To begin with the tech was great, he was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong with my hot water tank. It was under warranty so I just had to pay for installation which I was presented the bill of 397 dollars after installation which I paid before he left. This took place in October, today I get a bill for 99 dollars which I thought must be a mistake in billing. I called and was told the bill I received was for diagnostics and that they had e mailed me a bill. I am not the best at checking my e mails, didn't know why they would have billed in this manner and was not told I would get a paperless bill and that diagnostics was not included in my installation. I did not discard a e mail from them so I typed Jons plumbing in my e mail search and there was no email from them. This is the first and last time I will use them, there are different options out there. Office staff was not very friendly in explaining why I had not received a bill previous to this, I was under the impression that my bill was paid in full the day the tank was installed.

Austin is fantastic! Fixed our dishwasher in a timely manner. Even came out the same day we requested service. Will definitely reach out in the future.

Called Atlas Butler when our furnace started making a clanging noise.  We thought we could possibly get it fixed but we knew the furnace was pushing 19 years so we weren't too hopeful. Anyways they sent a service tech to tell us what the situation was.. and basically said two parts needed fixed if we wanted to go that route.  One part costs $700 and the second (since our furnace was so old) would cost around $4k!!  The most ridiculous quote! Like I don't know how much furnaces are.  Sounds like atlas trains there techs to push for new furnaces..  paid 90$ for their advice then called Hetter for a new furnace. Sorry Atlas you need to change your sales pitch.
