Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Colorado Springs CO

I've had John do two plumbing repairs in my condo (circa 1974) and installed water valves so I didn't have to trouble the HOA to turn off the water.  John did fantastic jobs with the repairs and, he and his team did an amazing job with the valves.  The condo complex has older plumbing and John never gets passed by that; I've given the company information to several other friends in our complex.  

He and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonable.

I was so impressed with Jorge from A + Sewer and Drain.  Very professional and didn't over charge or recommend things I didn't need.  Came to my house and installed a sump pump at a very reasonable price.  Most of the companies who came to my house charged so much more.   They even will match a competitor's price if you happen to find someone who will do the project cheaper (if it's reasonable). Communication was immediate. Will accept credit cards.

We had a pipe leak with water coming through our ceiling. Patrick worked us in when all the others said it would be a week before they could come out. He was fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and offered advice for our other plumbing needs. He was able to fix the leak even in a tight spot in the ceiling. We will be customers in the future and would definitely recommend!

Scott at Bear Creek was awesome. Took a quick look, figured out the problem and fixed it right away. Quick & easy...gotta love that.

Normally I would not negatively review a company until I've used them or been there a couple of times but I just want people to know how this went.

I requested quotes from several plumbers and these guys were the first to respond. We told them what was going on and had a time scheduled to come out on Tuesday. The individual that was supposed to be going to my elderly fathers home mid morning messaged very late morning, basically afternoon saying he was running very behind. When asked if he would be able to make it before 1 because that's when our son needed to leave for work he said no. No attempt to reschedule and no real consideration for the fact that we had someone waiting for him to show up mid morning.

Very disappointed in companies that make appointments and then don't show up or call in a reasonable amount of time.

I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation!  If you want an honest company call them!!!

We recently bought a house that was flipped, but have found that many things were done incorrectly, or not updated. That includes the plumbing.  Our first sign was when we bought a washer and dryer and they could not install the washer because of  the plumbing.  We called Rick and he came out that day and spent several hours redoing the plumbing so we could use our washer.  We called him back out a few weeks later when we were having problems with our thermostat and he was able to fix that that day as well.  Rick does great work and we will be using him again when we redo our sink plumbing in the future.

Eric did a phenomenal job! He answered my questions. He was nice and polite. He helped make sure that we were comfortable with our services. Will definitely use him again! So glad that we have hot water now for our shower! Would definitely recommend him to my friends!!

This is the second time that I have called Affordable Plumbing and Heat- this time for heater issues. They are extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable. I can not say enough good about them, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I'm so happy that I have found a company that can be trusted and called on when needed!

If you ever had your AC break down during a heatwave, you know how we felt ! After a call to FVM we unfortunatly had to wait 5 days for someone to come out. I spend most of these 5 days in a cool shower...never felt cleaner, ha!
Then came the big day : new unit outside, new furnace and I slept like a baby in a cool house once more.
Then the AC quit!!!
Brandnew and 1 day old...................within 30 minutes ( this was 8 PM ) the owner rang the doorbell to check what had happened. He found a faulty circuitboard in the brandnew unit outside and promised to have it fixed the next morning, which he did.
Today we had a visit from the City Inspector and he could not paise their work enough!
Thank you Fountain Valley this has been your second visit with us and it won't be your last..............just not any time soon, I hope.
