Brian stands behind is work. If you've worked with contractors before you will know this is something that is valuable, and rare. He is willing to make sure everything is right and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Most OTHER contractors are hard to reach after the job is complete. Know he is NOT like this.

Brian has excellent communication and is willing to go the extra mile.

He threw in many free services and fixes he didnt charge for.

Hired them to caulk the shower in our bathroom. After about 3 months half the caulk in the shower didn't hold and needed to be fixed again. They said it would be the same price as what I paid originally as they only have a 30 day warranty. What happened to doing the job right the first time....

Forget the 24- Hour Service. There is no emergency service from this company, not even for a repeat customer. I will never call them again. If you have any emergency, I would not call these people.

My hero! David jumped through hoops to come to our property with zero lead time after our other plumber failed to show up. We were on an impossible timeline before our inspection and he came over immediately to help. Very professional, we will use them for all of our property needs.

Our hot water heater went down on a Saturday morning and even though Yelp said they weren't open at the time we gave Smylie's listed phone number a call. Pressed 9 to be connected to someone in hopes we could still get it fixed and it worked! Someone came to my house within the hour and fixed the issue. Great service! Kobella's diagnosed and replaced three parts on the outside air conditioner. Your service people are incredibly courteous and need more importantly they have you working on your heating or cooling system as if their MDs a Cleveland Clinic. Full explanations, courteous, and no demands or rushing you on a decision. I wish all companies respected their customers the way Kobella's does.

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn't share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It's not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn't even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn't respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we've had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I'm reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.

Pompeii converted a closet into a shower for us, repaired damaged pipes that I damaged myself, and installed a dishwasher. All 3 times they were excellent. Friendly, on time, good work, professional, and we will definitely use them again when we need a new water heater.

Came over to fix a pipe leaking issue in the basement and left me worse. He charged me $140 for the work and I contacted him cause I fixed and spent another $80 and asked for some money back he dicked me over and never came thru. Do not trust him as a plumber not sure of his other work.

Very expensive and would not itemize the bill. I am a landlord and relied on my tenant to select this company. I was told that the items I was quoted the service person did not actually perform. Called to discuss and basically was told there was nothing they could do for me.

He came out for an estimate. When researching supplies needed (my husband does that for his job at a multi billion dollar company) we came up with a cost of between $150-200 in material. He quoted me $1400!
When I text him back and asked him to explain he told me I was looking for a handy man not a professional. You get what you pay for. And then called me a stupid cunt!
What the hell!
I should've looked at the Yelp reviews first. Horrible!
