We needed to have two bathroom faucets replaced.  They were a difficult model to install (Hansgrohe).  Dustin stayed with it until he got it right.  I appreciated that he called each time when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him.  He kept the work area clean.

Home depot helped me to find Same Day. I really liked their service, once they contacted me, scheduling service was quick. The technician Erick is professional and efficient. He's also patient on explaining staff with me. I would highly recommend them.

The plumber gets 5 stars, but the company gets 1. He had obviously been trained to upsell, and told us that we needed not only a valve but also a line to connect it to the toilet because they're sold together and I need both because they're connected. I'm old but I'm not dumb. I've replaced both and know better.

I need a plumber I can call whenever a problem comes  up. Tarpy isn't it.

REVISION; Tarpy called, agreed that I didn't need both parts and offered a refund for the hose which I accepted. I appreciate that and have revised my rating from 1 star to 4. Tarpy might be my regular plumber after all.

I hired Ideal to come out when we had a broken gas line and they were awesome. Joe showed up on time and helped me work out a solution to reroute the gas line. Brad and his crew worked really hard for a few days to get the new line in so we could cook and have hot water. Easy 5 stars to those guys and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
So when I decided to have some electrical work done I immediately called Ideal to get an estimate since they did great work before. When I called I was told I needed to speak with Jeff as he does the electrical estimates.  After speaking with Jeff, we made an appointment for 10 am the next day to meet for the estimate. Next day rolls around, 10:30 no call no show. I called Ideal to see what was up. They confirmed my appt. but had no idea where Jeff was. I'm pretty amazed that I never got any explanation for missing our appointment. Just totally blew me off! And now I have to shop around for a new electrician. Bummer guys, you blew it.
