Being a new homeowner brings a new on slot of responsibilities, and on our second day in our new home a water heater issue was the first thing to take us by surprise. We were recommended to PC&P by our home inspector and I have to say that we were very lucky! The customer service over the phone and in-person was outstanding. Troy is the man! His response to each issue was to correct and educate, which is a tremendous help for a new home owner. I valued every second of his time and energy to leave us in a better situation then when he first arrived. If you are someone who likes courtesy calls, skilled efficiency, fair quotes, and kind service then please give Pacific Drain & Plumbing a call. Wouldn't use anyone else! I had major damage to old plumming, they cam on time, fixed it quickly, and for cheaper than the competition asked for! I felt like I was ripping them off lol
