Daryl is an expert in his craft.  We needed a dishwasher removed, a new dishwasher installed, and a garbage disposal installed.

No joke, within an hour of first talking to Daryl on the phone, he was in our home inspecting what type of work would be needed....on a Saturday!  Daryl happened to be in our area eating lunch and took time away from his family to inspect our situation.

Daryl provided clear and concise information regarding the type of work needed and how it should be done.

Fast forward to Monday morning.  Work was underway at 8am sharp.  So, a little less than 48 hours after my initial call he's in our kitchen working.

Here's how Daryl helped us:
-Was able to remove old dishwasher without needing to cut into floor
-Clean re-wiring of dishwasher connections
-Clean re-arranging of plumbing to accommodate garbage disposal and improve efficiency
-Added outlets and switches for easy use of dishwasher and disposal

Daryl even installed a light fixture for us free of charge when we asked his advice about it, and installed a dimmer.

Had such a great experience with Fixer.  Super easy to book a time slot on their website and they text you right away to learn more about the issue.  Handywoman Katie was right on time, extremely friendly, respectful to our home / son / animals, and completed the job timely and efficiently.  Will definitely recommend to all and will use again and again.

They seem to have done a good job overall, but it was hard to communicate with them. He came fairly quickly to give me a quote and explained everything he was going to do. He seems very knowledgeable about his job and gave me a good price. However, he must be very busy because after I agreed to the quote it was hard to get answers to my questions. Then, he was supposed to return to finish putting the plate on the wall and to adjust the lights as they are motion lights and one of them only turns on for a second and then it goes off, so now I'm left with trying to fix those final minor things. I'm not handy man, so that's just annoying to me.

Just as a follow up, they did come and finish the loose ends. My advice is that if you sense your questions or concerns are not being met, just reach out to the owner of the company, Jesse!

Could not be any happier with the experience that we had with Mo! We just bought a home and had a number of projects that we needed completed, and Mo was on time for the appointment and had all of the tools necessary for everything needed. He also wore his mask the entire time, was thorough, professional, and one of the nicest people we've met!

I called OneStop Pro because of all their great reviews and they're locally based. I wanted a second opinion about my furnace. The serviceman, Robert, was punctual and explained things so that I could understand. He put my mind at ease and offered great advise. I asked him to send a quote even though I may have to wait just a little bit (2020 was not the best year) and received one very quickly. I will be using OneStop Pro to replace my furnace. Our door was forced open and the frame was damaged.  Al came over and fixed it to where you could barely tell it had been broken.  It was quick and reasonably priced.  I plan to use this company again for other projects we have.

Don helped me with an issue we were having with our plumbing. Our ejector wasn't working right and it was backing up repeatedly. We've had others come by to work on it, but Don was able to actually fix it. Couldn't be happier - fast and efficient.
