All done, problem solved (rodding of sewer line) in less than 24 hours. Amazing. We will call on them again when we need a plumber. Thank you!

Restrooms in my facility were backed up and it was a hassle trying to get a plumber to come out. Called Rocs plumbing and his guys came out and did an amazing and quick job! Much better than I expected and left the restrooms nice and clean. The prices were better than I thought it would be. I will use these guys more often knowing how reliable they are.

I recently called this plumber for an emergency situation with my kitchen sink and was blown away by his exceptional service. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly and worked efficiently to fix the sink (and even cleaned the kitchen afterward). His knowledge and expertise in the field was evident and he was able to offer helpful suggestions to prevent future issues. The plumber was also friendly, professional, and respectful. we had a sewer issue that was very challenging to solve, they never quit. In my previous experience with other companies they never would have tried to solve the problem so diligently. They kept thinking and working for several days, and ultimately solved the problem, and at a very reasonable price. Chicago Sewer Experts came out to fix an issue we were having with our washer/sink draining. Not only were they late (arrived past the time window we were given and no call to let us know they were running late), but the worker then locked his keys in the car which took half an hour to resolve. He used OUR tools to get himself back into his car. Once he was finally able to get in the car and get his tools, he did NOT tell us that blowing out the hose of the dryer would cause our kitchen sink to be blown out too. This caused mud and debris from the pipes to be blown all over our kitchen and our ceiling, which led to a lengthy cleaning process on our end and trying to figure out how to scrub the ceiling. Absolutely do not use them.
