Sims and Sons has knowledgable and professional electricians who provide quality service. We needed some outlets replaced after a fire in our building. Darrell was able to quickly swap things out and even took the time to hunt down tricky sized outlet covers that we have because we live in an old building. When further electrical issues with a light switch completely stumped my building's maintenance guys, Enis came and identified the problem in 2 minutes and quickly repaired it. Now it works perfectly. These guys are good! And COVID safe. Would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician.

Everything you would want and expect from an on-demand handyman service. Easy to book, was able to request an exact time (not even a window!) and our handyman Chang came at exactly that time. Work was professional, he started and stopped a clock and charged us for exactly the time he spent working. We had a shower head and tub spout replaced. We have used other services in the past, including Angie's List and always either felt ripped off or not satisfied with quality of work. Would absolutely use Fixer again, great to have a go-to in Chicago that is reliable and trustworthy!

The 24/7 Service Team was awesome! Jose Castaneda and the other team member provided me with excellent service from the moment of contact until the job was over within the one day time frame which was actually a few hours. Not only was my issue resolved, but his plumbing expertise resulted in better service. Initially, I needed my toilets repaired. Jose suggested that I replace the toilets. He told me the brand and where to purchase. I purchased them immediately, and the next day they were picked up- by Jose and partner and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the new toilets!  My home has never been more pleased! The team was efficient, knowledgeable of ALL plumbing services, polite,  and HONEST! Not to mention- the costs were reasonable. If you don't contact 24/7 Service Team for ALL of your plumbing needs- you'll be disappointed!

Mo is great.  He is quick to respond, and asks for a few measurements that will help speed up his process.

We had a kitchen cabinet that was coming away from the wall.  He had a plan in place and it worked perfectly.

Mo is fast, efficient, safe, and thorough.  This is my first task I brought to him, but I hope to provide him with more work in the future.

This is a long-overdue review of an excellent business!  I've had them come for two jobs at my house: redoing closets and refinishing a cracked and peeling ceiling in the kitchen.  Both jobs were done flawlessly by workmen who were professional and friendly.  Compared to many conrators that take your money and do bad work, or take your money and leave a project half-finished (I've experienced both), these folks are conscientious, careful, and make sure that you're happy with the product. I will definitely come back with more work for them!

I called OneStop plumbing Monday and they came out that same day and repaired my furnace.  They did a great job.  I am very happy with their service and will be calling them again when I need HVAC help.

I contacted Adam Hadib with A1-Services.  He answered his phone, no voicemail. He asked for photos of the work we needed done, then he sent me back his reasonable quote.

He was able to come out the next day to install our shower door. (He was booked up all week after Sunday).

He did a wonderful job! He was very personable; kind;considerate, & honest.

We will definitely call him again if needed.

Don helped me with an issue we were having with our plumbing. Our ejector wasn't working right and it was backing up repeatedly. We've had others come by to work on it, but Don was able to actually fix it. Couldn't be happier - fast and efficient.

Had my faucet fixed recently by them & was very satisfied. They're polite,  efficient, skillful, & knowledgeable handymen. 10/10 recommend!
