Of course the AC breaks when my husband is not here! Mrs. Dodd was so helpful when I called. She walked me through some things on the phone just to make sure it wasn't a breaker or something simple. Mr. Dodd arrived on time, prepared and very knowledgeable. He had exactly what we needed. Very fair and accommodating on a hot Saturday. Exactly the personal service I was looking for from a small business. We will use them again and I highly recommend.

Despite of me missing the call back to confirm an appointment twice, these guys were graceful and professional. Clint came out, diagnosed the problem, including crawling under the house, replaced the faulty part, pulled out some metal part that broke and was clogging the pipe since a while ago. I am a satisfied customer. The charge was fair as well.

After moving into my first home, the hot water would break within the first few days. After the plumber came and determined it was an electrical issue, Conyers electrical was there immediately and fixed the issues allowing me to take a hot shower in my new house after a long day of moving!! Knights came out to fix a leak in an outside spigot.  They had great communication on we'd they'd arrive and fixed my issue quickly. Will definitely use for any more plumbing issues.

Responded quickly, Jason was very friendly and professional and took the time to repair my burst water heater, even calling manufacturer to explore all my options and repair/replacement  costs

He even put booties on his shoes prior to entering my home, which I found very respectful

Wasn't told there was a service fee prior to him coming out was my only issue, but most places do charge one.

Quick service on AC that was down. Technician was professional and prompt in diagnosing the problem. I just wish I would have know the fix as it would have saved me money however now we also have a maintenance plan that we had failed to set up for the past several years. Better efficiency is on the way...Nice work.

Very responsive. Very professional. He was very thorough and honest about what my plumbing issue was, what the good version of the solution might be, and how expensive the bad solution might end up being after he opened things up. Would be the first call I make the next time I have a plumbing issue around the house.

Thanks to the previous home owners who were DIYers, We had an emergency. These guys came out and took care of the job, did it well, but the Master plumber didn't watch out for his assistant. Human error. My reasoning for a low star rating was the owner of the company.

He became defiant over the phone to me while talking with him. And he wouldn't let me finish at first until I became rude right back. Will I use them again? I really don't know. It totally depends on the situation. What we spent on the repair was at least 2 years of sacrifice on 2 years of vacation. So yeah, Mr. Owner, I took it personally. What ever happened to the days of the customer is always right? Common courtesy goes a long way, and it works both ways.

BEST plumber in Hampton Roads ! He's made multiple trips to my house and each time he responded FASTER and charged LESS than the other plumbers, I've used before meeting him. My wife and I are so glad we have an AFFORDABLE & DEPENDABLE Plumber. His phone number has a special place on our refrigerator, next to our family numbers.

Waited until the end of the business day on a Friday to call and say they can't make it until Monday.

Not recommend, this guy will take your money and ran away, I paid upfront and he didn't come after that.
Yelp should remove this service so he can not do more fraud,
he put the fake pictures of this work, he doesn't even know how to paint , messed up my whole house painting project and wasted all the paint and money.

initially they got one star........ after waiting over one hour AFTER my 2 hour waiting period expired, without any news about the technicians whereabouts.

ok, so after meeting the friendly and handy tech,
BJ, I have changed my mind, but only because he was funny! so it's thanks to him Roto Rooter, not your fantastic dispatching.

[tech said he only got call to come to my house about 10 min before the window to come was over, and he was still stuck in Hampton with another job]

so plumbing job was done well and right the first time, and in a friendly fashion, would call BJ again, don't know about the company though. :-)

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
