We are very disappointed with this company's work. My husband, who is not a plumber, knew more about plumbing than the people who were sent to our home to do the work.  They crack a brand new commode upon installation. We are also still waiting for parts that did not pass our City's inspection to be replaced on the hot water tank that they installed! Find another company to do your plumbing!

Jason arrived at my house on a Saturday morning after my hot water heater sprang a leak and quit working the evening before.  He was prompt, courteous, and his prices can't be beat!  He quickly assessed the situation and quoted me a price BELOW what I expected.  In addition to replacing my water heater, he also replaced 5 valves - several of which had frozen in the open position.  The whole project was completed in no time and the results look and operate better than when the system was new.
Later that week, Jason returned to replace the pump for my heating system.  When my part arrived, it was Friday night.  I told Jason we would be fine until the following week, as we had several space heaters.   Worried about the falling temperatures and chance of snow, Jason took time away from his own family to make sure that mine was taken care of.  He replaced the pump in less than an hour, and again charged very little - despite the fact that it was a weekend call.  Now my heating and hot water systems work better than they ever have!
I highly recommend Jason to anyone who needs heating/hot water services.  I doubt there is a company out there that could beat his prices and quality of work - and no one could be more courteous!

I love these guys. My realtor recommended them to me when I posted on Facebook about a backup we were having. We called the day before thanksgiving and the receptionist was extremely nice and understanding about my concerns about the price. We set up an appointment for the day after thanksgiving. One Stop called me about an hour before the guys showed up and explained the billing to me again to make sure I understood how I'd be charged. They showed up around two-thirty and fixed everything in about two or three hours. They were professional and affordable. I recommend them for anyone in need of a plumber.

These guys are great! They have been there for me since I moved in. No job too big or small. They have been great from fixing leaks... to creating my second bathroom! So happy with their work.

We are so pleased with the service provided by this company. Our system went kaput a week ago, and we were quoted astronomical pricing by other companies. I was feeling like we were being taken advantage of because it was still really warm outside and we were in desperate need to have the work completed.
Conyers Electrical treated us like family, gave us a price that was more than fair, AND installed the new system within two days!! I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was dripping and they fixed that too!! We will recommend this company to all of our friends and family.

Chris showed up and got right to work on the clogged drain...he worked quickly and efficiently. He cleared the line and made sure that the water was draining freely. Bill was a little high but, all and all, he did exactly what we asked for so we're pleased with the service we received.

My kitchen sink was draining extremely slow on the side the disposal was on.  I called, Bob arrived within the hour and had it fixed within an hour for a good price. This is the third time I have used Bob and will not even call other plumbers in this town. He is the only one I have run into that refuses to charge extra for night or weekend trips. He is always punctual and so nice. The only time he was ever late was when he got hung up on another job. But you have to expect that will happen from time to time. He is a one man show. If there were more stars I would give them.

Waited until the end of the business day on a Friday to call and say they can't make it until Monday.

The price was very reasonable and the service was great. Communication was great and there was no pressure when negotiating the price. I will definitely use this company again and I recommend!

The initial call I made to roto rooter was very professional and very efficient. They took my information and sent me a confirmation email. I advised them I wanted a free estimate to have a new vanity installed in a half bath. I stated if the estimate is ok. I will move forward with install. The technician Ernie came out with very poor customer service and very poor workmanship that I later discovered after I consulted a master plumber.  A week later after my consult with a master plumber. I called roto rooter again to comeback out to fix the inadequate repair. The representative stated that the technician will be out between 8am - 10am Friday morning with a confirmation email. At 8:00am I called to confirm someone was still coming based off the previous reviews I saw stating that the technicians either do not show or they are always late. The representative assured me that they will be there in between the stated window of 8:00am - 10:00am. 10:00am comes around no one present I called to follow up with representative she stated they will be there within the hour. No one came in that hour. I called again stating the same thing. 12:30pm is when the technician finally came. Michael was a great technician when he saw what his co worker Ernie had did he was shocked. Michael knowing himself that this was poor workmanship that was completed. Stating throughout the repair why did he do this. Michael properly repaired the drains and used the correct parts. I called later to speak with a manager I was informed that she was in a meeting. I asked for a call back to discuss the issue. Still to this day no call back. I feel I should be compensated for the additional time off from work and for them not fixing it correctly the first time. This was a very poor experience. I will be sure not to use or recommend or refer roto rooter in any future jobs or repairs. Here are photos as well.

Poor communication is my first complaint, second it's been three weeks and they have still not sent someone out to finish the work, and can't get an answer on that. They had to pull up our wood floor and chipped 4 kitchen tiles in the process. We are told they will replace those four tiles and I'm sure you'll be able to tell that the grout doesn't match. They also scraped the wall significantly and told me it was from the tape used for containment- dThere is absolutely no way that's even possible. So upset and frustrated.
Update- STILL have not been contacted by anyone to follow up with this

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I called for an invoice from previous work done on my home's septic tank. Not only would she not provide the invoice for me, but she made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her since the invoice has already been emailed to the client when the work was completed. She told me it was none of my business- that she can't disclose work done for other people. The work was paid for by the previous owners during closing when I bought the house because the septic tank was having some issues. It's completely unacceptable to withhold this information and to treat customers the way she did. I will not be using their services ever, and I will also spread the word that this business is not one worth supporting.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

The driver for this company flipped me and my 5 month old off- after cutting us off. Real classy and charming... will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
