Best Drain Cleaning in Chesapeake VA

Tim is a big deal!  He gave me a specific time he'd arrive (I didn't have to sit at home for a 4-6 hour waiting period or ANY period of time); he was on time; he was professional; he is very capable (located & fixed toilet leak that previous plumbers couldn't troubleshoot) and removed and replaced substandard caulking around tub, and additional caulking where linoleum floor met tub.  His fee was reasonable and my house is now ready for open house sale this weekend!  He is a gem of a contractor!

First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

We just received excellent service from Kelvin after one of our tenants had a leaky kitchen faucet. He took care of our request the same day and was very professional. Because of Kelvin, we received this message from our tenant. Thanks for making us look good!

Jim Bertolino is one of the most HONEST plumbers we have had the pleasure of working with. We called him out for a whole home low pressure issue and the problem was resolved quickly. While there were no repairs needed for what the issue was, Jim took the time to explain and educate my husband and I on the systems at our property (which he installed 12 years ago)! We are now more comfortable with the plumbing/water and backflow valve we have all because of the information he gave us in great detail. If you need a backflow inspection (annually by the city) then he is your guy, the price is more than 50% less than what a well-known company here charges for the same service. Great service through our home warranty company.  Very professional!!!!  This is a great company with friendly professional service.

Called AliCore as we had a frozen pipe burst with the cold. On a Saturday Evening! When no one else we called would answer or come out before Monday. They got here at 7 pm and worked several hours fixing things even though it was very late. Mark was great and explained everything every step of the way. It was clear they did a top notch job and left us with much better plumbing than we had before this happened. They were personable, polite and very knowledgable. Took care to do things right - even running out to Lowe's to get a part when the unique situation required something they didn't carry standard instead of trying to make something less optimal do.  Cleaned up before they left, too. Cost came in at the lower end of their estimate and was reasonable for the time they spent, especially for a weekend evening. Will definitely be using them again.

Horrible experience. So switched from septic to city sewer 2 weeks ago. They destroyed my yard. Didnt bother putting dirt in the massive hole correct so now i have no grass to cover it there since they didnt save it. The spot infront of my flowerbed is super patchy as well... the hole in between my driveway is sinking in and the side of my house was just thrown on the hole j spent 45 mins smacking it flat and leveling it out and still had to spread grass seed since once again they didnt save my grass to lay back down. Its been another week and still have a giant hole waiting for them to cover up cause I cant be scheduled sooner. Was set for 8-11am today for that still no one here and called a 2nd time was told oh well they are on another job... we are emergency service so they had to do that first i asked why no one calls and shes like oh well we were about to... yea okay. Don't waste your time with this company... go with zieggler they show up on time and don't destroy your yard. My neighbors yard is proof.

Got here pretty quick.. My main complaint was the fact they never told me up front about the $134 fee to go under the house and inspect the problem. Apparently their free estimate is only free if they dont have to actually do anything to figure out what the problem is. Anyway.. Turned down the inflated $450 estimate to fix a small problem. Basically paid $134 so they could tell me how to fix it myself.

Prompt and professional service.  Though price was more than double than I expected for simple drain cleaning.  Will have to look for more reasonably priced company next time.

I am so pleased with the fast response time by Brown Plumbing and Septic.  The techs, Stephen and Frank were very courteous, polite, and professional.  They each went above and beyond what I would have expected.  My septic system was cleaned thoroughly and they answered many questions that I had and were very helpful in making me more aware of how a septic system works.  I will highly recommend Brown Plumbing and Septic to all of my family and friends. SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work in the industry and I know what the price range is for this for job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I got a quote from one plumber for $5000 and called Bob for a second opinion. Bob told me what to do over the phone, quick trip to Lowes and $17 later the problem was fixed.
Bob the plumber is the best!!! I would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing service.

Payed Danta up front, big mistake. He took our money and did not complete project. City inspector was call and said they have no listing of him getting permits which I paid for. Will not return our phone calls. Do not pay him using Zella!!!Anyone going to use him please get his license plate number and his driver license first. And a picture of him and sent to me. I will give a reward.

Absolute joke of a business. Didn't fix what I asked. And charged $100 to replace a screw which wasn't the issue

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
