Best Drain Cleaning in Chesapeake VA

I hired Tim to install new vinyl posts/railings to our front porch and back steps to our sunroom. He also installed new lvp flooring and repaired the ceiling due to water leaks in our sunroom. I must say that I was truly impressed by his skills, thoroughness,  communication, and professionalism. He takes pride in his work and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Of course the AC breaks when my husband is not here! Mrs. Dodd was so helpful when I called. She walked me through some things on the phone just to make sure it wasn't a breaker or something simple. Mr. Dodd arrived on time, prepared and very knowledgeable. He had exactly what we needed. Very fair and accommodating on a hot Saturday. Exactly the personal service I was looking for from a small business. We will use them again and I highly recommend.

One of our toilets started leaking after my husband got out of the shower. He turned the water off, and decided to look for a plumber on Yelp. In the meantime, I went to the master bathroom and discovered that the toilet was also leaking. So we turned that water off, and tried searching for a plumber to come over tonight. I requested several quotes, and Ron was the first to respond to my message, and the first to call me. He was over my house within an hour. He was very prompt, professional, and he got the job done in no time. We greatly appreciated his service, and will definitely be calling Kings Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

Came out for another problem. While he was here we asked him to get the toilet to not whine when we flushed. He changed one part and said it's probably not fixed, I don't have the other part with me but if it still makes the noise just give me a call anytime and I'll come back out without the service fee. He even wrote it on the receipt. When we called him to come back he did not charge for the service call but he did charge us the minimum hourly rate. So it ended up costing just under $200.00 in addition to what we already paid the first time, for the 5 minutes to change the part on the return visit.
Doesn't make the noise anymore.

They were on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend them.

No complaints here. Called for some plumbing issues I was having, Jason came out that day and fixed a couple leaking toilets. Super nice, fast and professional. Would definitely use this company again.

OVER PRICED service charged me 447.00 for 2:30 hours of labor and 90 dollars for material. just to install a hot water heater, i see about 5 feet of copper pipe, 4 fittings.
and i supplied the hot water heater it came with fittings.  and they used the original PEX pipe and shut off valve, i would have thought i would have got a new valve out of the deal.

Got here pretty quick.. My main complaint was the fact they never told me up front about the $134 fee to go under the house and inspect the problem. Apparently their free estimate is only free if they dont have to actually do anything to figure out what the problem is. Anyway.. Turned down the inflated $450 estimate to fix a small problem. Basically paid $134 so they could tell me how to fix it myself.

They were over an hour late getting to my house, but once there, the service was top-notch. Technician was very friendly, very good at explaining the fees, and left me in better shape than I was in before he got here. Only real gripe is with the lateness. I'm willing to chalk that up to me calling them during the holidays.

The receptionist hung up on me 3 times. Never spoke to her before. it was quite clear that she did so intentionally and with disrespect. I highly suggest not contacting this company for any services whatsoever.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service.  When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away.  The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home.  They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems.  I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then.  I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all.  I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call.  I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Total crook!!!!  Not even licensed ! Improperly  installed my water heater, when it didn't even need replacing! Now I'm red tagged by Virginia natural gas. Scam artist!!

Dante Taylor advised he was licensed and stared work to replace my sewer line in Norfolk on my rental property and knew we lived in another state which he took advantage of.  He did not get a permit but advised us he did, lied to us of the cost he supposedly paid for the permit & requested additional money. Someone called the city and he got mad and blamed my tenant, he was mad because that's when we found out he didn't have a permit or licensed, then he stopped answering our phone calls & texts. We're out of a lot of money. Found out a lot of other bad information by trying to get additional information to take him to court. Always check with BBB before hiring a business.

Absolute joke of a business. Didn't fix what I asked. And charged $100 to replace a screw which wasn't the issue

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
