His technician Mitch went so far above and beyond then had the nerve to try to politely refuse a tip. Oh heck no. He earned that and more. Awesome plumber!  I called to get a ball valve connection fixed on my rear hose connection (cracked during a freeze) - the leak was up against my foundation and I needed it fixed fast.  I spoke with Jason Miller over the phone to schedule the appointment.  Jason was polite, friendly, and worked around my schedule to come see what needed to be done.  The plumber that came out was Charlie, another friendly guy that obviously knows his craft well (and mentioned he is a 3rd generation plumber).  Although I have an unusual hose line setup, Charlie took the time to go to 4 different plumbing suppliers to find the right parts and avoid having to cut into my drywall from the inside.  That saved me a lot of time and money.  The work was done quickly and payment was super easy.  I really like the fact that Ali-Cor uses an electronic system for everything:  Appointment setup, appointment reminders, payment, and automatically emailing my receipt.  Communication was thorough during the whole process and I am a very happy customer.  Thanks for doing a great job!

Jason arrived at my house on a Saturday morning after my hot water heater sprang a leak and quit working the evening before.  He was prompt, courteous, and his prices can't be beat!  He quickly assessed the situation and quoted me a price BELOW what I expected.  In addition to replacing my water heater, he also replaced 5 valves - several of which had frozen in the open position.  The whole project was completed in no time and the results look and operate better than when the system was new.
Later that week, Jason returned to replace the pump for my heating system.  When my part arrived, it was Friday night.  I told Jason we would be fine until the following week, as we had several space heaters.   Worried about the falling temperatures and chance of snow, Jason took time away from his own family to make sure that mine was taken care of.  He replaced the pump in less than an hour, and again charged very little - despite the fact that it was a weekend call.  Now my heating and hot water systems work better than they ever have!
I highly recommend Jason to anyone who needs heating/hot water services.  I doubt there is a company out there that could beat his prices and quality of work - and no one could be more courteous!

I need to update my review so dissatisfied does not even begin to say it.....Do not use this company , water heater went out brand new unit, They say under  warranty, came out to fix it 3 times did not get it fixed, i said I would pay for another unit if I have to, since they are not going to replace the bad one... Each time they had to order parts, and did not know when parts were coming in, mean time   it was a new unit...So after 3 times and waiting for parts, with no hot water I had to pay for ANOTHER new unit,,,1500.00 again    do not use these guys ..........could add alot more but you get the idea

We called at 7pm on a Sunday evening. They sent someone out pretty quickly. He was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. We were worried that we'd be charged an arm & leg b/c it was after hours & a weekend but that was not the case.

Well, it took a bit longer than I (and they) expected, but they worked through some hiccups and completed the job nicely.  After discovering that some of their equipment was faulty, they eventually got everything they needed and got my kitchen snaked.  They also didn't charge me extra, even though they had to do it from the roof.  Although it took 4 hours (what would probably have taken under 2hrs if everything was working right), I was very grateful that Precision stayed late on a Friday night to get it all done, and get it done correctly!

Do not call these people unless you want to be frustrated!  They are so unprofessional including the female who answers the phone.  I see another reviewer said they called at the end of the day stating they would be there until Monday on Friday.  At least they called.  I didn't get a call.  No phone call at all.  These people are under contract with my home warranty company.  First they scheduled me outside the turnaround time under the contract which requires 48 hour turnaround.  Next they didn't show or call after waiting from 12-4pm.  I called at 3:50 and nasty Donna who answers the phone said I was next and they were coming.  She was very disrespectful earlier this week.  Well it's almost 8pm no Ellsworth and no answer.  If they don't care about a contract which brings them lots of work, they won't care about someone who is not under contract.

Not recommend, this guy will take your money and ran away, I paid upfront and he didn't come after that.
Yelp should remove this service so he can not do more fraud,
he put the fake pictures of this work, he doesn't even know how to paint , messed up my whole house painting project and wasted all the paint and money.

So we had a couple different jobs done by them. They were done to property we own but currently have a renter in, as we are on military assignment. It's an awful feeling to have your home being flooded with water and you are so far away. So I did my best to find a reputable plumber. First 2 jobs, no problem. This last time, huge issue. The suspected problem is tree roots. For which they 'think' is the problem and want to build me a new plumbing system, circumventing the old system, for $7,100. My insurance said no way. The new plumber scoped the line properly, found the problem spot, and is doing the job for under $3,000. Since my portion to pay is materials, this is way better for me too. Also sounds way more honest. The guy was there for less than 5 minutes and wanted $7k? No way. I would suggest a different plumber.

initially they got one star........ after waiting over one hour AFTER my 2 hour waiting period expired, without any news about the technicians whereabouts.

so plumbing job was done well and right the first time, and in a friendly fashion, would call BJ again, don't know about the company though. :-)

We woke up to a leak from an upstairs toilet that then leaked into ceiling of downstairs' bathroom. Not something you want to find on a Friday morning at 7am. Contacted Roto-Rooter and received a call back right at 8am saying they could have someone here in 30-45 min. Austin showed up and was able to determine what the issue was and make the repair very quickly. He also had someone come out with thermal camera to determine extent of damage to flooring and ceiling and advise on it. We could not be happier with the outstanding care and service that Austin and Robert provided.

I am so pleased with the fast response time by Brown Plumbing and Septic.  The techs, Stephen and Frank were very courteous, polite, and professional.  They each went above and beyond what I would have expected.  My septic system was cleaned thoroughly and they answered many questions that I had and were very helpful in making me more aware of how a septic system works.  I will highly recommend Brown Plumbing and Septic to all of my family and friends. Thank you Stephen and Frank!!!

Fantastic service!  Arrived on time and performed speedy work. Took half the time to perform the work than originally estimated since and the price reflected that.  I had attempted to replace my wax ring after a failure and realized the toilet flange was broken. Since the toilet flange is embedded in concrete knew it was beyond my scope to replace. Plumber walked me through exactly what he was gonna do and gave me tips and shared knowledge to guide me through if I attempted to do install wax rings myself in the future. A true 5 star experience.

My kitchen sink was draining extremely slow on the side the disposal was on.  I called, Bob arrived within the hour and had it fixed within an hour for a good price. This is the third time I have used Bob and will not even call other plumbers in this town. He is the only one I have run into that refuses to charge extra for night or weekend trips. He is always punctual and so nice. The only time he was ever late was when he got hung up on another job. But you have to expect that will happen from time to time. He is a one man show. If there were more stars I would give them.

They will blow you away with there prices . Best to shop around for better pricing . And the guy didn't even complete his job I had to clean up his mess .

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
