Best Septic Tank Services in Chesapeake VA

I wanted to leave a review on my experience with Roto-Rooter. I called & made an appointment Sunday for Monday between 3:00-5:00pm. At 9:00pm & they had yet to show up, so I called & canceled the appointment. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not be calling them again.

great work, great price, great guy! so many plumbers & other skilled techs price gouge while feeding you a line of bull about why they need to replace your nano-isolater (or whatever) but this company is legit with hard work done properly and efficiently. look no further, you've found the one you want.

My mother (almost 70 years old) lives in Virginia Beach and hired David to do a plumbing job for her. She asked him to replace a toilet in the upstairs bathroom in her house. Come to find out the new toilet in the box had been broken... David told my mom it's okay. She went to get a replacement toilet from Home Depot while David told her he will wait while she exchanged the broken toilet. He carried the new toilet upstairs, installed it, and it works great.

I haven't heard my mom speak so highly of plumber in her entire life. Huge shoutout to David for his professionalism and quality of work. Thanks!!

We are military and, as most know, moving and finding professional and quality help can take time and connections, which is hard when you move from place to place and have to rely on recommendations online...and I can easily recommend this company. I called Cecilia's Home Repairs at 8:30am and by 9am Anthony was at my door to help me with my issue. When I called Cecilia's my call was answered quickly and I was given an accurate quote over the phone for the work I requested. I had spilled some pop and it seeped into the area around my kitchen island and an ant family had found it. I needed my dishwasher pulled out and trim replaced (I ripped it off and I had no clue how to put it back). Anthony skillfully pulled the dishwasher out and worked on cleaning and prepping the trim for reinstallation. On the phone I told the man that I have allergies and cannot tolerate strong odors and he said I could use my own products to kill and repel the ants. Anthony patiently waited for me to spray, vacuum, and lay down a barrier for the ants behind the dishwasher. He helped me by giving me light to the area I was working in. Afterwards he placed the dishwasher back, started it for me and put the trim back to look good as new. I couldn't believe the quality of work that was done in under an hour and for such a good price! I am not someone who can DIY and I will definitely be calling and requesting Anthony to come back out when we inevitably have something else that needs fixing in our house :) Thank you, Anthony and Cecilia's!

AMAZING company! They don't price gouge and they do great work! Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too!  He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right!  Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days??  Extremely knowledgeable! The work was done flawlessly in the quoted amount of time even after running into multiple unexpected issues he found once he got digging (literally) into it.  Chris is an amazing human being who actually cares about people not just making a buck. Ok, I was going to give them a 2, but after reading all their responses to the reviews posted on yelp brought it down to a 1. Their responses are filled with sarcasm and anger, not the kind of people I want to deal with. And no, I do not have the wrong company!! Had them take out a water filtration system, very easy job (the whole job took less than an hour) and the work was satisfactory, but then I got a bill for just shy of $300!!! The guy had to run to the store to buy 2 small pieces (also got charged $26 for that, which I know did not cost $26!!) and took an hour. I paid the bill and verified I was getting charged for his travel time, yep (and also $25 trip charge for them to come to your house) immediately called the office, she asked if she could reimburse me $25 to make me happy or if I would like to speak to the manager. I told her it was going to take a lot more than $25 and requested a call from the manager. Never heard back. I do not usually hire companies that want to charge you for them to come to your house, ridiculous way for them to make more money. Will not hire anyone again that charges by the hour and will always get a receipt for materials bought! Will never use again or recommend to anyone, but will def NOT recommend them to others

Prompt and professional service.  Though price was more than double than I expected for simple drain cleaning.  Will have to look for more reasonably priced company next time.

The owner is rude and unhelpful. I called for an invoice from previous work done on my home's septic tank. Not only would she not provide the invoice for me, but she made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her since the invoice has already been emailed to the client when the work was completed. She told me it was none of my business- that she can't disclose work done for other people. The work was paid for by the previous owners during closing when I bought the house because the septic tank was having some issues. It's completely unacceptable to withhold this information and to treat customers the way she did. I will not be using their services ever, and I will also spread the word that this business is not one worth supporting.

Michael and Son was my second of 3 estimates for a new HVAC unit. i have been without heat or air for 2 years,and knew it was  time y

From sales Norris extremely knowledgeable,took the time to explain in great detail everything from A to Z, his persona was perfect, not pushy, friendly and again knowledgeable and treated me with great respect. Made we very confident in the company. I also replaced my duct work because of him. He followed up with me almost immediately with a couple concerns. He is a asset to your company.

Carlos and Emerson my HVAC team, Awesome as well!!!! Very timely, always called ahead. polite and friendly and I have 2 hard to handle dogs, They were awesome. I was kept informed every step of the way. They didnt waste time and always cleaned up. Extremely professional. They did a beautiful job and Im sure I will enjoy it for years to come. William performed my duct blast. I didnt have the opportunity to really interact with him as it was a short job. Called ahead and perfectly on time. spent time explaining the whole process. Again everything was cleaned up and taken care of. Very professional service. Another asset to your company

I woke up on Friday morning to a leak underneath our kitchen. After calling around to a half dozen plumbers and getting no availability at one and voicemail, a few times followed by the voicemail box is full and is not accepting messages, at the others, I called Absolute Plumbing OBX. They promptly answered the phone, were very professional and sent out a plumber to fix our leak the same day. I also felt like their pricing was very fair. The plumber Early who showed up was very friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend them.

We were out of town when our hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasn't able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldn't wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare parts and complete the installation the very next day.

Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional.

All around great experience; will definitely use again and refer with confidence!

Hands down best plumbing company I have ever had to deal with in Virginia!! They saved my house after another company installed all new plumbing water lines illegally and without a required permit. The initial job was supposed to take 4 days with another company but after two months Causeway Plumbing had to take over and did a phenomenal job! Unlike the first company they knew exactly what they were doing and didn't try to cut any corners what so ever. They were honest and straight up with me the entire time and I was more than comfortable with them getting the job done the right way. All of their workers are highly trained and professional in this field and absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. My only regret is not going with Causeway the first time around!!

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
