Easy to make an appointment. Staff on the phone was polite and pleasant. Showed concern. As soon as a plumber was available, I was contacted about the visit. The plumber promptly came at the designated date and time. Completed his work with efficiency and professionalism. Didn't waste time and was hard at work the whole time. He was very personable and respectful. I appreciate also that he cleaned-up after he was done. I am very happy and satisfied with the work done in my bathroom (replaced the shower). I would highly recommend the company to family and friends and I have utmost confidence about the great work ethic and efficiency of your staff and personnel. Thanks, guys!

Buyer beware!!! Horrible company and the worst customer service I have ever encountered--they accepted a job through our home warranty and did it incorrectly then once we had moisture issues in our floor, ruining our brand new floors he admitted that they did not know how to properly fix it. Ray is quick to get an attitude with you and cussed my husband out on multiple occasions. They are just after the money and do not care about customer service or doing a job correctly. DO NOT USE!!

Wow, what can I say about Dave that hasn't already been said. We have been without hot water for two weeks now. Our warranty company sent 2 plumbers and 1 electrician and decided that they will cover our water heater. However, the plumber was going to charge us something outrageous for things we didn't need. We reached out to our realtor for a plumber and he gave us Dave's info. My husband called him today and he came this afternoon to diagnose the problem. My husband called him late afternoon and they discussed being able to do it tonight!! What a great guy! So he came and put a hose on the water heater to drain it while he takes my husband to Home Depot in his work truck to purchase a new water heater and install tonight!! He even has doggie treats for the fur kids!! Seriously, great guy and super professional! Thank you Dave for being awesome one working late on a Friday evening.

I put a quote request on yelp through a different plumbing company and cecilias was the only company that gave me a flat rate at a fair price. Anthony was prompt and able to come over to fix our toilet. We were having reoccurring issues with it backing up every time I ran the washer or dishwasher. He was able to give us the reasoning behind it and went straight to work. He was done in no time. Probably the best plumber we've had out here that was extremely knowledable, fast, and efficient without charging an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

AMAZING company! They don't price gouge and they do great work! Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too!  He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right!  Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days??  Extremely knowledgeable! The work was done flawlessly in the quoted amount of time even after running into multiple unexpected issues he found once he got digging (literally) into it.  Chris is an amazing human being who actually cares about people not just making a buck. Had a plumbing emergency with my sink and it's of course Sunday. I called A1 who said they could be out from 4-6 which was 2 hours from the time I called but the Pat was able to be here 10 minutes after I called! Pat is my hero! I literally had a science experiment in my sink from trying to use drain cleaner that didn't work. He cleared the issue within the hour. After hours service has a price but it was worth it! I will use this company again for sure!!

We woke up to a leak from an upstairs toilet that then leaked into ceiling of downstairs' bathroom. Not something you want to find on a Friday morning at 7am. Contacted Roto-Rooter and received a call back right at 8am saying they could have someone here in 30-45 min. Austin showed up and was able to determine what the issue was and make the repair very quickly. He also had someone come out with thermal camera to determine extent of damage to flooring and ceiling and advise on it. We could not be happier with the outstanding care and service that Austin and Robert provided.

The receptionist hung up on me 3 times. Never spoke to her before. it was quite clear that she did so intentionally and with disrespect. I highly suggest not contacting this company for any services whatsoever.

Called a few weeks ago for the $59 HVAC tune-up special - while the techs who were sent to my home were professional, courteous, and did their jobs well, a few hiccups with timing and customer service made for a very long and trying day.

We found Ken and Kevin were excellent. Ken came and did a full estimate on all the work we wanted and we had the quote the next day. Kevin came out to do an immediate change of our kitchen faucet, very friendly, and worked quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely use them again. I jokingly mentioned to Sara that works at the office that we were down to our last roll of TP and could not find it anywhere. She emailed me shortly after and said to stop at the office and pickup some. When I got there she had 6 rolls, I started to take one and she said, no take all of them! So very kind and what a blessing! Wonderful company with kindness and compassion AND quality work and professionalism.

We were out of town when our hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasn't able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldn't wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare parts and complete the installation the very next day.

Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional.

All around great experience; will definitely use again and refer with confidence!

I live in an apartment and Causeway was hired to fix my bathroom due to a pipe issue in the complex. They replaced the tub which I am thankful for but apparently they do not do finish the job. Not only did they not finish the job they left my house covered in white dust. They also worked in my kitchen and left the cabinets and sink in my living room. And to top it off I now have an HVAC leak Bc they bumped my AC from 71 to 66 and left it. So now it's hot in my home and dirty and I have a 7 week old baby that cannot be in these conditions. While some of this is also the apartment property managers fault I am still very disappointed.

To edit** I was told they do not do sheet rock but they could have communicated this to my property manager so I did no return home to a hole in my wall.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
