Great service. Hot water heater died late Sunday night. Set up appointment online. Lee Huffman a representative from Roto-Rooter came out and told me what had happened, and how they could replace it, etc. Came back early morning with the new hot water heater and installed it. Hot water works perfect!
The best part is, he estimated to be here for about 4 hours, but was done in about 2. He underpromised and over delivered!

Outstanding service!!! I bought a new hot water heater from Home Depot and had a local company come out to install it. Two days later my unit was leaking and after that company came out to trouble shoot I was told the worst and how much it would cost since the unit was bad. Remember, I said new unit from Home Depot so I called the warranty company and here comes John from Dynamic. John basically discovered that I was about to be ripped off.... No new water heater needed only the touch of a true professional and my family and I are completely satisfied. If you are looking for some down home straight up quality customer service; look no further that Dynamic! They are my go to from here on out and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Showed up on time. Quickly discovered the problem and showed what was creating the leak. Was able to fix it in under 10 mins and explained why the leak existed. My toilet and bathtubs all got backed up, it was a Sunday morning, I had some friends over, my wife was crying, and I thought I might not be able to get help until Monday.  I checked out Yelp and I saw the good reviews on Cecilia.  I got a quick response and a technician, Tony, came to my house the same day and not a long wait!  He got the problem solved quickly.  I told him about a couple of other things while he was there and he fixed them too!  Quickly and a very reasonable price.  Definite recommend!

AMAZING company! They don't price gouge and they do great work! Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too!  He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right!  Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days??  Extremely knowledgeable! The work was done flawlessly in the quoted amount of time even after running into multiple unexpected issues he found once he got digging (literally) into it.  Chris is an amazing human being who actually cares about people not just making a buck. We called for an emergency water heater replacement and they came out same day and did a great job.  The guys were professional, knowledgeable, and the office had great communication calling several times to let us know the approximate arrival time.  The price was fair and we were very happy with the results.  We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.

I don't intend to use them again.  A solenoid valve broke in my shower.  A technician came to the house and walked in with his wet shoes.  Then he charged me $400, $65 which was for the part and the rest labor!  Less than a month later it broke.  Another tech came out and he was extremely rude, especially after I told him he needed to put the booties on his feet.  He also refused to provide warranty repair services because he claimed it was broken by the black residue in my water.. even though the part was never exposed to water!  He left and 20 minutes later the doorbell rang and he asked to see my water heater.  He looked at the water heater and determined the residue might be coming from the tubes connected to the water heater because they were rubber insulated.  We thanked him and then took our business to A1 Plumbing and Heating.

Few things to point out
1. Roto rooter works on commission, so when the plumber came back to fix the WARRANTIED part, he earned nothing, hence why he came back trying to fix something else
2. DELTA faucets and parts are lifetime warranties
3. He was offended when asked to put booties on his wet muddy feet

Great experience from start to finish! Called on Mother's day because I thought my septic was full and over flowing. Bruce called his guys and tried to find someone that day, but was able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning. Guy (the person who came out to pump) was very nice and was very patient with all the questions I had about the system, he took time to explain and show me everything. If and when I need help again, they will be the first ones I call!!

Gave me a $150 refund after reading my first review. Brought my cost down to $192. Would have gladly given 5 stars if they had just charged me that price in the first place.

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! I called them yesterday evening due to a pipe burst after freezing temperatures. They said they would come over at some point that night and call first.

No call all night.

The next morning I called and left a voice message to see if they would still come over. At 2:48 p.m., I am still waiting to hear.

Do not use this company. I realize all plumbers are busy right now due to freezing temperatures and pipes bursting all over Hampton Roads. However, it is unacceptable to tell someone that they will come over and then never show up or -most of all- NEVER call.

Hands down best plumbing company I have ever had to deal with in Virginia!! They saved my house after another company installed all new plumbing water lines illegally and without a required permit. The initial job was supposed to take 4 days with another company but after two months Causeway Plumbing had to take over and did a phenomenal job! Unlike the first company they knew exactly what they were doing and didn't try to cut any corners what so ever. They were honest and straight up with me the entire time and I was more than comfortable with them getting the job done the right way. All of their workers are highly trained and professional in this field and absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. My only regret is not going with Causeway the first time around!!

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
