First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

The drain from my washer to the main line was clogged.  I thought I could snake the pipe myself but I couldn't get the snake to work properly in the pipe.  I called precision plumbing and was able to get this cleared.  The lady answering the phone was polite and took my information and scheduled me in.  The plumber, Kenny Barnes was at my house within about an hour and was able to clear the drain within minutes! An electric snake is the way to go obviously and the skill to get it done.  Precision was half the price of the last plumbers I had out. I don't remember who they were although they did a good job.  I am keeping precision's number in my phone for sure.  Military/first responder discount to top it off.  Thanks.

Ron from Kings Pluming converted a single sink vanity to a double sink for our guest bathroom remodel. He was on-time, polite, and extremely professional. I don't think I've ever had a tradesman work as hard to make sure the job was right before. His pricing was fair, and his work is top notch. He was even able to be flexible around our schedule due to our vanity being back-ordered. Will definitely use Ron again for any plumbing issues.

Nobody is ever excited to deal with a plumbing issue but Ali-Cor definitely made the situation less stressful. I decided I wanted to upgrade my sink & faucet in our house from the old double basin sink. When we started the project, we barely got started when we realized our sink pipes were leaking. We shut them all the way off and they still leaked. To say I was stressed out would be putting it lightly. Then once we kind of fixed the leak, and turned the water back on ALL pressure was gone. I messaged Ali-Cor last night and they responded almost immediately, able to come today! Brandon was our tech and was scheduled to be here 1-3ish. He called early to let me know his first job was more complex than they expected, but he still showed up right on time! He helped change out our old (clearly wrecked) pipes, and removed the old sink and installed our new one for me! He was friendly, efficient, and very tidy. Very kind and put up with my chatty-ness too for the few hours he was here  the quote was less than expected and more than reasonable in my opinion. We definitely found our go-to plumbing company and will be recommending to anyone who needs work done in the future !

Jason arrived at my house on a Saturday morning after my hot water heater sprang a leak and quit working the evening before.  He was prompt, courteous, and his prices can't be beat!  He quickly assessed the situation and quoted me a price BELOW what I expected.  In addition to replacing my water heater, he also replaced 5 valves - several of which had frozen in the open position.  The whole project was completed in no time and the results look and operate better than when the system was new.
Later that week, Jason returned to replace the pump for my heating system.  When my part arrived, it was Friday night.  I told Jason we would be fine until the following week, as we had several space heaters.   Worried about the falling temperatures and chance of snow, Jason took time away from his own family to make sure that mine was taken care of.  He replaced the pump in less than an hour, and again charged very little - despite the fact that it was a weekend call.  Now my heating and hot water systems work better than they ever have!
I highly recommend Jason to anyone who needs heating/hot water services.  I doubt there is a company out there that could beat his prices and quality of work - and no one could be more courteous!

Fast, courteous, efficient and fair prices. I've used Nevie and his guys five or six times over the past eight years for various problems. Never had a call back and never had a problem after the work had been completed.

I wish that I could give them 10 stars; it is so nice to know that there are still companies out there that offer quality work for reasonable prices and have truly professional employees that will go above and beyond to give their customers outstanding service.

I purchased a house that was built in 1939 and discovered that the 3-prong outlets that had been installed were just replacements - the wiring had never been updated and they were not really grounded. Other outlets that I needed for appliances were still the 2-prong type; at the very least I needed get those switched out so that I could plug in my stove.

I called Conyers based on the reviews here and pictures of their work on FB. They were out the next day; Henry was on time, thorough and efficient in his inspection of the panel and the outlets.

Since NONE of the outlets were grounded, I decided to bite the bullet and have the house completely rewired; The price was competitive and Steve was readily available by phone (even outside of typical business hours) if I needed to speak with him. Henry was on site every day, overseeing the crew while they were working, and the entire team was very accommodating and respectful with regards to requests or questions I had.

Bonus: They cleaned up after themselves! (Many of you may be thinking - Well, yes, they're SUPPOSED to clean up after themselves... but I had some recent dealings with other contractors whose idea of cleaning up was, at best, a joke. These guys REALLY cleaned up after themselves.)

I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work, have told everyone that I know about their company and work ethic and will definitely call them in the future for any electrical work that I need done.

BEST plumber in Hampton Roads ! He's made multiple trips to my house and each time he responded FASTER and charged LESS than the other plumbers, I've used before meeting him. My wife and I are so glad we have an AFFORDABLE & DEPENDABLE Plumber. His phone number has a special place on our refrigerator, next to our family numbers.

I recently bought a new home and Joe was both the most professional and dependable from start to finish. He was the first of 3 to come to my house to look at the job and then the first to quote and was the best quote on top of the best communication and the finished product is perfect. He did my whole front and back yard and made everything perfect! I would strongly suggest hiring Heads Up Sprinklers!!

After a horrible experience with another company, I called Standard plumbing to come service my tankless hot water heater that had stop working. They worked around my work schedule and had someone come out after I was home. They were able to identify the problem and asked me about a warranty. I had no ideal about a warranty as we are the second owners of our home. The gentleman found out about the warranty and got all my parts covered under the warranty which was super nice and something I did not expect. They had the parts shipped overnight and as soon as they got them they came out to repair. I was at work and he told me he would tear down and repair just to be home at same time as previous day. When I got home he had just finished job! It was a wonderful customer service experience and I was very pleased with their work! I will definitely use them in the future and refer anyone I know to them!

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

Fantastic service. Dante was able to come first thing in the morning to fix the leaking faucet in my tub. It was leaking so badly that I had to turn my water off, but now, not a drop! Great communication & very responsive. Very fair price and good work! I will definitely hire him in the future--in fact, I've already consulted him on another project!

I liked the service guy, Keith and Melissa in the office were nice too however there was confusion over when I was to be seen and what phone numbers they were calling. I was not sure how they had miscommunicated  this info with our warranty company.

The other odd thing is our warranty co. said the fee is $50 but A1 charged us $134 just come and see if there was a leak. Of course it is a Sat. but no one said it would be an extra charge. Is this the normal rate? if so, I am in the wrong business.

I scheduled for a technician to come out two weeks ago. He was kind, but wasn't able to clear the blockage in my plumbing or really make any progress. I was told he'd be contact another technician who could put a camera in the lines and at least figure out where the blockage was, and that they'd come by that day or the next. A week later, I hadn't heard anything. I called as was told a ticket would be forwarded about my issue. Two days later someone from the call center called me about my trouble ticket, and was told someone would be in contact. I called the next day because I heard nothing. Was AGAIN told the issue would be passed along. I called again today, was told my ticket was VOIDED and was asked if I screened my calls (I don't) and was told I need to keep an eye out and answer phone numbers I don't recognize l, because it could be a technician. I get a call soon after, and the camera tech realizes he doesn't have the right sized camera equipment for my situation, and would get in contact with the technician that did. I never heard anything back. I've paid over $500 dollars for services that have not been rendered, and am still unable to use my shower or kitchen sink without it coming up through the drain. I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely subpar service, and a waste of my money.

This is the worst service I ever used. The person was not honest at all and the charge is weight over regular price. They Charged me $250 for about 20 minutes actual drainage service!! Not worth one star at all but no choice!!!

The person (Wayne) showed up to do free estimation and told me that it takes him about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get the job done and charge me $250. Actual drainage job took him about 20 minutes done the job.

This is the 1st time I used their service on 5/1/2013, also  IT IS THE LAST TIME I use their service.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
