Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Chesapeake VA

We had a water leaking in our wall, water flooding the house.  Called Tony & Sons, they came out within an hour, had to open our wall and chip out some foundation, where they found the leak and had it repaired quickly.  Their response time was quick and repairs made in a timely fashion.  I would highly recommend them!

Recently had to replace garbage disposal and a toilet.  I thought about doing it myself (with some help of course) which would have been a disaster...priced both at Lowe's.  Donnie Wilfong's price with installation was hardly more.  Guess because he gets parts wholesale and is reasonable for labor.

Shawn is the best! We recently bought a year-round house in Point Harbor, and we were lucky to find him to take care of a slew of small problems before they became big ones. He also saved us a lot of money by fixing a jetted tub that we thought was hopeless, and by quickly finding and fixing a pipe problem this winter that could have ruined our well pump. His work is excellent and his prices are fair. We use him for all of our plumbing work and recommend him to all our friends.

Robin came out assessed the damage a d let me know the actual problem, will be using him when we get other issue fixed.

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

At this point I am satisfied with the Performance of the work! This was the only company that I actually got a real person answer upon calling. Seth was on the way within 10 minutes of the call.  He came and quickly got to work with his assistant.  They wore shoe covers and were very neat with their work, cleaning up afterwards. (Not that there was a mess ).  The only thing that does not make this a 5 star is the cost.  I thought it was kinda steep but then I needed them and they were the only response.
I would call them again though.

Late last week I called to get a quote for my spicket repair job- the receptionist was very friendly who answered my call and took down my issue. Not even 10 minutes later I was called by Dave (I assume the owner) to discuss the issue in detail. He quoted me a max price for the job- which by the way was way less by 60 percent of the initial quote. This is a great surprise for me as a single mother who doesn't plan for repairs (I know it's terrible and I should). The plumber Justin was good with communicating his arrival time and was friendly the entire time he was there. I can be a talker and he didn't seem annoyed at all lol. I would definitely recommend this business and plumber as I had a great experience. I will definitely do business with this company again.

I called to get an estimate on repairing pipes.  They told me that it was too small a job to warrant an in-person estimate but that a plumber would call me back and discuss it with me on the phone.  Nobody ever called me back.  I guess they only take jobs that cost a lot of money.

Very professional and knowledgable. Took care of my drainage problem with no issue. Only dropping 1 star because they missed the scheduled time window.

Our kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal clogged. It wasn't an easy fix, so I reached out looking for a plumber. Jason responded quickly and I called him back. He was able to come out the same day to fix it. He was running late from a previous job, but he was very good about texting and giving updates on his arrival time so we weren't left hanging. He quoted a price, fixed the problem, and stuck to the quote. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him of you have any plumbing issues.

The salespeople they have in their store are so much more knowledgeable than your standard Home Depot/Lowes employee that it is not even comparable. I brought in a random trim piece that I had removed from my shower and the gentleman at the counter had found the match in his book within seconds. When I had previously brought the same piece to Lowes, they recommended I try here.

So, I give 4 stars to their salesroom for having knowledgeable, helpful employees.

Dante Taylor advised he was licensed and stared work to replace my sewer line in Norfolk on my rental property and knew we lived in another state which he took advantage of.  He did not get a permit but advised us he did, lied to us of the cost he supposedly paid for the permit & requested additional money. Someone called the city and he got mad and blamed my tenant, he was mad because that's when we found out he didn't have a permit or licensed, then he stopped answering our phone calls & texts. We're out of a lot of money. Found out a lot of other bad information by trying to get additional information to take him to court. Always check with BBB before hiring a business.

This company was once excellent at Customer Service and Performance, however staff turnover in recent years has obviously turned it into a bottom of the barrel plumbing outfit.

I set up a service appointment on a Monday in early February 2018 for an 8-10 AM window on Friday morning.  10 AM came and went on Friday - no call, no tech.  Called their service line myself and was told All service techs are currently on jobs.  Once one is free, they'll come by. Maybe in a hour.

11 AM came and went, then 12PM, 1 PM...no call no, tech.  Called the service line again and was fed the same worthless excuse.  The techs are on jobs.  I understand that if you're calling for same day service that there's going to be a wait.  But setting up the appointment several days in advance for nothing more complicated than a clogged sink and then being ignored? Not acceptable. Complete waste of time.

Take heed - setting up an appointment in advance is a useless action with this company.  Even if you schedule a visit days in advance, service calls are based on how close your address is in relation to the techs house.  So even though I most likely planned a service call before anyone else was on the schedule, those who lived closer to the tech and called for service at any time would be seen first.  And in my experience, all other companies I have dealt with at least have the decency to call you and say they will be delayed.  You have to follow up with RR yourself apparently.

My time is valuable.  Once upon a time, RR was the more cost effective choice among the more heavily advertised and expensive plumbers in the Hampton Roads area.  At least those other companies actually show up and complete the work in a timely manner.  Worse yet, however, is that RR is now JUST AS COSTLY as those number triple A brands.  $500 to unclog a sink.  Unreal.

Had a clogged sink, which required snaking. Quoted 150 but clog was more in-depth, and was charged more, perfectly normal. The first day cost me 300, then said he had to come back the next day which cost 300 more. Was some shady pricing. In total cost me $600 and the drain was still clogged. Called the rotor-rooter company after 5-star plumbing and the guy unclogged it in 10 minutes which cost $420.  I would not recommend 5-star plumbing, I believe the plumber to be inexperienced and slightly shady in pricing. If you no longer wish to refund me.  To reply to my issues: you said a price via text of 300 dollars then sent me and invoice for $360,( in photo) citing you checked the pipes. Only after being confronted with the issue, did you come up with I went over the rental time for the snake, therefore I would be charged This is my issue, besides another company coming in and resolving the issues in less than 30 mins. You told I had a collapsed pipe in the front yard (photo), to which roto-rotor found no evidence.(photo)

I called about a plumbing repair, was given a time window for the tech to arrive.  Received a call hours later saying tech would be late.  No one ever showed up.  Received a call the next day promising an appt. two days later.  No show again.  My job must have been too small during a busy season for them.  Just wish they would have said so.

My son called them to come out to fix the faucet outside they came around about 8:00 that night and they left about 10:30 they said they would be back the next day to fix it they call my son around about 4:30 the next day and said that they was finished and that it was fixed so my son paid them for $400 the next day it was still leaking so my son texting and they didn't text him back so I'll text them and they told me that they was going to come out that Friday they didn't show up that day so they text me and said we're going to show up Saturday they didn't show up Saturday so they say we will be out Sunday to fix it they didn't come Sunday they going to tell me they told me Monday so they still haven't fixed it so if you know anybody that need a plumber make sure it's not there because they are scammers they don't do a good job they lie about coming back out to fix it
