First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

We had a circuit breaker keep blowing and would not reset. This was an issue since it took out a part of the house. I called Conyers and talked to them over the phone since it was a Sunday and sent a pic and a small video. They walked me through a quick troubleshooting, and low and behold, the circuit breaker above was not fully set, causing the issue. It was a Sunday, and it would have been an emergency call. Phenomenal Service!!!! It is hard to fund a company that would help you over the phone and save you money.

Moved last year and had the surprise of needing a new AC unit during the hottest part of the year. We got a couple quotes but decided to go with Norfolk Air due to their responsiveness even though they weren't the least expensive. They did the work in the three days and for the price quoted. The crew was respectful, hard working and left our house clean.

The drain from my washer to the main line was clogged.  I thought I could snake the pipe myself but I couldn't get the snake to work properly in the pipe.  I called precision plumbing and was able to get this cleared.  The lady answering the phone was polite and took my information and scheduled me in.  The plumber, Kenny Barnes was at my house within about an hour and was able to clear the drain within minutes! An electric snake is the way to go obviously and the skill to get it done.  Precision was half the price of the last plumbers I had out. I don't remember who they were although they did a good job.  I am keeping precision's number in my phone for sure.  Military/first responder discount to top it off.  Thanks.

I had sent him an email last night after hours due to a blockage in one of our pipes causing both tubs to back up when the washing machine was being ran. He responded with in about 5 minutes of the email asking for me to give him a call so he can ask a few more questions.

Ron  arrived promptly this morning after giving me a call and telling me he was 10 minutes away. He was upfront about the cost of the job and went through the problem areas one by one. I had a few questions for him about other things around the house which he answered and explained how I could DIY them as needed but if I wasn't comfortable to give them a call at any time!

This is the first time I looked for help through Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. As you can see from my profile I only come to Yelp to review the terrible experiences ( LOL) but this one was actually a great one. I was looking for an affordable small business plumber and I found a great one through Ali-Cor. I now know who to call when I ever have issues again. A++++

The company was given to us through our home warranty program 2-10 Warranty. I had a bad blockage under the house in my pipes and 3 other companies that my warranty gave me were booked for at least 5 days. One Stop was able to come out within an hour! They fixed the problem in just over an hour at my house. The two gentlemen were very nice, and they cleaned up the mess the toilet had made while they were fixing the problem. I can finally use my toilets again! Thank you One Stop!!

These guys are great! They have been there for me since I moved in. No job too big or small. They have been great from fixing leaks... to creating my second bathroom! So happy with their work.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work in the industry and I know what the price range is for this for job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

The driver for this company flipped me and my 5 month old off- after cutting us off. Real classy and charming... will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Very unprofessional! They say their coming and don't show, several days later they show up. We have to use them because of the gas co is using them as a contractor for the gas meters.  The work area was not left the way they found it, (leaving a gate open is a big no no!!!) and one of the workers did nothing but stand around smoking cigarettes on the property the entire time, and did I mention they are working with gas meters?!?!?  Would not recommend this company at all!

Payed Danta up front, big mistake. He took our money and did not complete project. City inspector was call and said they have no listing of him getting permits which I paid for. Will not return our phone calls. Do not pay him using Zella!!!Anyone going to use him please get his license plate number and his driver license first. And a picture of him and sent to me. I will give a reward.

their technician was here for less than 5 minutes and it was all bad from the start. he was extremely rude and disrespectful. i am in this line of business myself, so understanding the price mark-ups to a point i accepted his price quote even though it did not seem just. he then went to move his vehicle and carelessly ran over the cable box in my front yard and never even apologized. at this point we had enough and called the office to tell their technician to leave. we also gave them another chance to earn our business and asked them to send someone new out. a few minutes later they called me back and cancelled the appointment saying they would not be sending anyone to my house because they believed the technician was not at fault for anything that happened. in the end i had an amazing guy named sean come out from atomic plumbing and could not be more pleased with his service and his overall attitude. thank you for allowing us to give our business to a worthy company instead!

Total crook!!!!  Not even licensed ! Improperly  installed my water heater, when it didn't even need replacing! Now I'm red tagged by Virginia natural gas. Scam artist!!

On a Thursday afternoon, while doing laundry, my washer backed up and flooded everywhere,  I called 3 (yes THREE) different random plumbers I found online here in Portsmouth, and the soonest anyone could come was Monday (today is Thursday). I was beginning to give up hope of being a flood-free home (or being able to flush a toilet, drain a sink, take a shower, finish my laundry, etc etc), and decided to call one more.
I called Newman's, and surprisingly they said they would said someone out yet this afternoon! I was ecstatic! About an hour later Tylor was here, and in about another hour he had us all fixed and taken care of.
I have no reservations about recommending Newman's Plumbing to neighbors or friends, and will definitely be calling them 1st, with all my future plumbing issues.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
