Best Heater Installation in Chesapeake VA

First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

I called this morning about a clogged shower drain, and a toilet that keeps backing up. Precision Plumbing was able to come to my house today, and checked everything out. They gave me some suggestions, but determined that the clogs had cleared and didn't charge me!  Wow, I am impressed.

We called at 7pm on a Sunday evening. They sent someone out pretty quickly. He was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. We were worried that we'd be charged an arm & leg b/c it was after hours & a weekend but that was not the case.

My kitchen faucet water pressure was very low. I saw the great customer reviews, especially the statements made by customers, about Kings Plumbing and decided to call.  The first thing the owner said was, You may not need a plumber (not something you always hear from a business and a good indicator of a level of honesty that I greatly appreciate). He then asked whether I had checked whether the aerator screen needed to be cleaned. I told him I had checked and that the aerator wasn't the problem.  He then suggested that I purchase a new faucet at a local major home improvement store to have on-hand just in case that's what was needed. He explained that oftentimes it's less expensive to just install a new faucet than to try to fix a broken one (a faucet that I could purchase myself at a lower cost and in a style to my liking, rather than buying a faucet from the plumber). Mitch and Mike, from Kings Plumbing, arrived this morning at 9:30 AM, as promised, and quickly concluded that a new faucet would fix our water pressure issue. One hour later, and at a price competitive with the installation cost charged by the two major home improvement chains, they installed the faucet I had purchased. This immediately resolved my faucet water pressure issue, and more importantly, also resolved my need to continue searching for a reliable, honest, skilled, and customer-focused plumbing company with fair pricing. I had found one in Kings Plumbing. Thank you Ron, Mitch, and Mike!!

I called ALI-COR plumbing after being scammed by a different plumbing company that was sent to my house by my home warranty company.
I was very wary of the entire situation until Brandon showed up. After explaining to him what had happened, he was very reassuring that he would be able to fix my leaking shower pipes without a problem. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of the leaking pipe to us and had no problem pausing his work to let us take pictures so that we could have all the info and proof we needed to file a second claim with our home warranty company. Besides being genuinely friendly and reassuring, Brandon did a great job fixing our shower and we are very satisfied with his work.
We would definitely recommend to a friend, and plan to use ALI-COR in the future for any other problems that arise.

The company was given to us through our home warranty program 2-10 Warranty. I had a bad blockage under the house in my pipes and 3 other companies that my warranty gave me were booked for at least 5 days. One Stop was able to come out within an hour! They fixed the problem in just over an hour at my house. The two gentlemen were very nice, and they cleaned up the mess the toilet had made while they were fixing the problem. I can finally use my toilets again! Thank you One Stop!!

I've been waiting for them since 2... they gave me a time of 2 to 4... I call at 330 for a status and they said they would call me right away to give me an update and never did. I called back at 4 and they said to give them another hour. It's now another hour and no update. The recorded message says they will call and email when they are on the way. I just called again and the office said they were on their way. When the technician gets here he tells me that I have to get my heater rewired but that he can't complete the job today. I called the office and told them what was the point of making a 2 o'clock appointment if they won't be able to fix my problem. The tech told me he left the last job to come to me but that he had to go back to finish the job. They tell me the tech will stay to fix the job now he left to go get parts and it will take an hour to come back. Only reason they have good reviews is because they give you a $25 gift card IF you give a good review and email them to let them know

Jim and his crew were very professional. They gave a courtesy call on their way over, wore masks & I very much appreciated their cleanliness during & after their job. Jim was thorough and explained in detail what he was doing as they worked on and fixed our drain, toilet & water heater. He also offered some great recommendations for other fixes around the house. I wouldn't trust anyone else for this kind of work. Thank you Jim!

Total crook!!!!  Not even licensed ! Improperly  installed my water heater, when it didn't even need replacing! Now I'm red tagged by Virginia natural gas. Scam artist!!

Very unprofessional! They say their coming and don't show, several days later they show up. We have to use them because of the gas co is using them as a contractor for the gas meters.  The work area was not left the way they found it, (leaving a gate open is a big no no!!!) and one of the workers did nothing but stand around smoking cigarettes on the property the entire time, and did I mention they are working with gas meters?!?!?  Would not recommend this company at all!

Not recommend, this guy will take your money and ran away, I paid upfront and he didn't come after that.
Yelp should remove this service so he can not do more fraud,
he put the fake pictures of this work, he doesn't even know how to paint , messed up my whole house painting project and wasted all the paint and money.

initially they got one star........ after waiting over one hour AFTER my 2 hour waiting period expired, without any news about the technicians whereabouts.

BJ, I have changed my mind, but only because he was funny! so it's thanks to him Roto Rooter, not your fantastic dispatching.

so plumbing job was done well and right the first time, and in a friendly fashion, would call BJ again, don't know about the company though. :-)

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
