First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

One of our toilets started leaking after my husband got out of the shower. He turned the water off, and decided to look for a plumber on Yelp. In the meantime, I went to the master bathroom and discovered that the toilet was also leaking. So we turned that water off, and tried searching for a plumber to come over tonight. I requested several quotes, and Ron was the first to respond to my message, and the first to call me. He was over my house within an hour. He was very prompt, professional, and he got the job done in no time. We greatly appreciated his service, and will definitely be calling Kings Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Tony was great, very thorough in explaining the process of replacing my hot water heater, prompt and finished the job fast. He even made recommendations to potentially save me money. I was a little concerned when he wanted payment upfront, but he explained that he has had difficulty in the past collecting payment from home owners who are coordinating services and payments via long distance, which I totally respect. He was willing to work with me to come to a payment arrangement that worked for both of us. During the replacement, he realized some adjustments would need to be made in order to bring our situation up to code and allow the new tank to fit. Surprisingly, the final bill, even with these changes, still came in within the original price range that he quoted me when I first contacted him. Communication was great and he even sent pictures throughout the process. He was very professional, accommodating, and left me feeling confident that I could contact him again for any future plumbing needs! Def recommend using Tony and Son Plumbing!

Fantastic service!  Arrived on time and performed speedy work. Took half the time to perform the work than originally estimated since and the price reflected that.  I had attempted to replace my wax ring after a failure and realized the toilet flange was broken. Since the toilet flange is embedded in concrete knew it was beyond my scope to replace. Plumber walked me through exactly what he was gonna do and gave me tips and shared knowledge to guide me through if I attempted to do install wax rings myself in the future. A true 5 star experience.

Called today after my hot water heater started leaking. Jim answered the phone and replaced the water heater the same day. The old water heater was 15 yrs old. It was time. He had options for me to choose my replacement that fit my needs and did not try to sell me something I did not need. No BS.
His work was fantastic. I feel very fortunate for finding him on Yelp. I will never need to find another plumber. He's a professional, fully licensed and puts his name on what he does.   I recommend him highly. Six stars if I could.

I got a quote from one plumber for $5000 and called Bob for a second opinion. Bob told me what to do over the phone, quick trip to Lowes and $17 later the problem was fixed.

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

Not recommend, this guy will take your money and ran away, I paid upfront and he didn't come after that.
Yelp should remove this service so he can not do more fraud,
he put the fake pictures of this work, he doesn't even know how to paint , messed up my whole house painting project and wasted all the paint and money.

Reliable as in they came right away.  Replaced my hot water heater.  Alas the reason for my call was nothing to do with a hot water heater, but while I had them out there for a bursted pipe, I went ahead and had them replace my heater.  Service was decent; a little pricey, but they did the job in replacing some of my quest piping and hot water heater.  When they left, I was satisfied, but I noticed my hot water was extremely hot.  Well it wasn't until I had a slab leak about six months later did I realize my heater was set too high.  I had a very small crack, in more quest piping, under my slab.  The crack happened on a small bend.  When the plumber went in after drilling through my foundation, he burned the hell out of his hand.  You know why?  Because my hot water had a temperature of 132 degrees.  This is completely unsatisfactory.  Yes, I should have known that my hot water was a little too hot, but I probably shouldn't have been left with hot water measuring over 130 degrees either.  Thankfully over those sixth months, nobody in my household was scalded, with the exception of my current plumber.  I can't entirely blame A-1 Sewer & Drain for my ignorance on the hot water, but I can surely blame the temperature of the hot water for having the slab leak.  I am glad they came lickety-split, but kind of disappointed in their oversight.  One of my children could have really been hurt.

Absolute joke of a business. Didn't fix what I asked. And charged $100 to replace a screw which wasn't the issue

Just moved into a new house called Roto-rooter on a Sunday for a toilet emergency and they were able to fix the problem. We had Gary help us out and he was friendly and super knowledgleble. We had called Micheal & Sons previously and they were going to charge almost $300 more and $89 dollars just to come out, Roto rooter was fast and friendly, took care of the problem, charged less and no service fee call. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!!

I don't intend to use them again.  A solenoid valve broke in my shower.  A technician came to the house and walked in with his wet shoes.  Then he charged me $400, $65 which was for the part and the rest labor!  Less than a month later it broke.  Another tech came out and he was extremely rude, especially after I told him he needed to put the booties on his feet.  He also refused to provide warranty repair services because he claimed it was broken by the black residue in my water.. even though the part was never exposed to water!  He left and 20 minutes later the doorbell rang and he asked to see my water heater.  He looked at the water heater and determined the residue might be coming from the tubes connected to the water heater because they were rubber insulated.  We thanked him and then took our business to A1 Plumbing and Heating.

Few things to point out
1. Roto rooter works on commission, so when the plumber came back to fix the WARRANTIED part, he earned nothing, hence why he came back trying to fix something else
2. DELTA faucets and parts are lifetime warranties
3. He was offended when asked to put booties on his wet muddy feet

Excellent service by two very competent professionals. They even found a previously undetected gas leak in my water heater. Cannot recommend them strongly enough.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.

if you want a company that is a joke look no further. The owner is a complete jerk, he laughs when you have an issue that his company did. The way he speaks to females was beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find an actual company, instead of this pathetic excuse of  a group of so called plumbers.
