First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

Jim and his crew were very professional. They gave a courtesy call on their way over, wore masks & I very much appreciated their cleanliness during & after their job. Jim was thorough and explained in detail what he was doing as they worked on and fixed our drain, toilet & water heater. He also offered some great recommendations for other fixes around the house. I wouldn't trust anyone else for this kind of work. Thank you Jim!

A friend in construction sent this plumber to my house to give me an estimate for a job I might potentially do through her company.   A year later, I'm a getting a bill saying they snaked my bathroom tub line when they never did.  I am utterly confused as to why someone would say that they snaked my line when they didn't.  I didn't even need my line snaked.  I just wanted an estimate for a small bathroom reno.

Bailed us out during an emergency breakdown during the storm. Fit us in quickly found and repaired the issue at a fair price. Thanks will use them again.

I asked on my neighborhood Facebook page for references for ac repairman. I was actually given a different guy's name and he ended up sending me Kelvin with Rivera's Home Improvement! After meeting and doing business with Kelvin, I know it was divine intervention, because he was a God send! I ended up needing a new unit outside. Which could have been stressful to even think about due to expenses, but Kelvin is as honest as they come and doing business with him was a true blessing to me and my family. I now have a new unit, 2 days later. He showed up first thing in the morning just like he promised and my home is currently cooling in the low 70's and I now have a new 10 year warranty on my unit! I will never call anyone else about ac/heating ever again! I can't praise him or his company enough! No stress involved! I highly recommend him for your ac/heating work! You'll be glad you did

Travis gets high marks in my book for his diligence and perseverance in determining the fix for our plumbing problem. His pleasant personality and professional manner were a plus. I have no problem recommending him for service and would use him again.

I had an excellent experience with Michael and Son today.  The technician, Dustin, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.  He explained everything to me as the job was being performed.  He was punctual and neat about his work.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.

Who said best of best???  More like worst of the worst!!!  Hugely overpriced, didn't know what they were doing, lacked basic diagnostic equipment, no parts carried on truck, tried to talk us into thousands of dollars of work and when we asked for written estimate, they left in a hurry and never came back.
