Best Drain Cleaning in Chesapeake VA

Called and sent a email asking for a quote and I never heard back.   After many more months I still have not heard anything back.

Of course the AC breaks when my husband is not here! Mrs. Dodd was so helpful when I called. She walked me through some things on the phone just to make sure it wasn't a breaker or something simple. Mr. Dodd arrived on time, prepared and very knowledgeable. He had exactly what we needed. Very fair and accommodating on a hot Saturday. Exactly the personal service I was looking for from a small business. We will use them again and I highly recommend.

Last year Kings Plumbing rescued my son's apartment from some seriously clogged drains and earned my trust as they were professional, efficient and kind.  I knew that my son would need a few upgrades in the future and when it was time, who we would go to was never in doubt.  They replaced his garbage disposal and his hot water tank.  Our before-service conversations were warm and pleasant.  Measurements were taken and other details were discussed so that the day of installation could go as smoothly as possible.  The day of repairs went so smoothly.  Professional, courteous and on time.  This is a company that takes care of its customers, respects their time and ensures quality installation and understanding of the process.  Thank you so much!

Very expensive compared to the competition, Notes scribbled on the order so much that you can't even read the contract, and he would not take any form of payment other than a check or credit card (no venmo, zelle). The Credit Card fee he charged was 5%, it's common practice by many other companies to either allow a check to be sent or have the same charge for credit card and check. And he did not completely cover his work area and we have scratches in the new floor we just installed.

It's been a few years so it's time for another review update.  These guys really rock.  I know they only have 18 reviews on Yelp but every single one of them is a full five stars.  That is pretty rare and truly impressive.  This company doesn't do any advertising so their entire business is driven by word of mouth and referrals.  Every time they've been to my house they've done a great job at fair and reasonable prices, they also stand behind their work.  I've had urgent plumbing issues in the past and Precision responded very quickly to take care of the problems.  

Today's visit wasn't urgent so it was planned ahead.  I had called a few days earlier to schedule service for today, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and pleasant.  This morning, Mike called and said he was on the way to our house, he arrived on time and immediately went to work on the problems we were having.  He completed work in our bathroom and kitchen in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself which was much appreciated.  Throughout the service call Mike was pleasant and professional.  He is an engaging young man who is very approachable and easy to engage in conversation.  He demonstrated his competence and knowledge as he explained everything to us as he was doing it.  

Whether it's an emergency or just some plumbing things you need done Precision is on top of things.  They consistently do great work.  It doesn't matter who shows up for your service, everyone is completely competent and does great quality work.  It's very difficult to find honest and competent service contractors in today's environment so I am very appreciative of the ability and integrity I've witnessed from Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.  I recommend them without hesitation.

Everything from the initial phone call was nothing but stellar. Pleasant on the phone and very helpful. They were able to get me on their schedule right away and was at my home in a hour.

UPDATE FROM MANAGER BELOW!!!

If I could go NO STARS I would, we called roto-rooter due to some backed up toilets.  They came out cleared out the lines, sent a camera guy out and then tried to tell us we need all new pipes (5K).  600$ later  they leave.   Not even a week later backed up again, this time water is flowing out of a clean out they FAILED TO PUT A PROPER CAP ON!  Then they put a new cap on after being called out again.  Then TWO DAYS after it happen again, called them out, they didn't even do anything ‍‍.  Happen again this evening and called someone else.  They came out and fixed the problem in conjunction with the city (sludgeAND PUT THE RIGHT CAP on the pipe.  And it only cost me 200$....Never again will I use Roto-Rooter, don't waste your time or money!!

Today we got a call from Ned Campbell the Virginia Beach, VA Regional Manager. He was very receptive and understanding of our concerns and provided us with a full refund.  I really appreciate the time he took to reach out and handle the situation.

I got excellent service from Michael. I called on a Sunday afternoon in a bind because the water wouldn't go down the drain (nothing bad happens on a weekday; it's always a weekend or holiday). They sent Michael out that night and he got right to work. It wasn't a simple job but Michael persisted till the clog was gone. Turns out it was quite a ways down the old cast iron pipe.

Price was a little more than I had hoped, but not unreasonable for short notice and difficulty/quality of job done.

I am so pleased with the fast response time by Brown Plumbing and Septic.  The techs, Stephen and Frank were very courteous, polite, and professional.  They each went above and beyond what I would have expected.  My septic system was cleaned thoroughly and they answered many questions that I had and were very helpful in making me more aware of how a septic system works.  I will highly recommend Brown Plumbing and Septic to all of my family and friends. Thank you Stephen and Frank!!!

Total crook!!!!  Not even licensed ! Improperly  installed my water heater, when it didn't even need replacing! Now I'm red tagged by Virginia natural gas. Scam artist!!

Payed Danta up front, big mistake. He took our money and did not complete project. City inspector was call and said they have no listing of him getting permits which I paid for. Will not return our phone calls. Do not pay him using Zella!!!Anyone going to use him please get his license plate number and his driver license first. And a picture of him and sent to me. I will give a reward.

I called about a broken water heater this morning about 8:30 am. They said they would be able to come between 1 and 4 pm. Justin arrived at 1 pm. Quickly assessed the problem and my water heater was replaced with a new one. Everything was done in about 90 minutes. This included getting a new water heater form the warehouse, removal of the old water heater, and installation of the new one. Excellent service!!! Would highly recommend this company.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Funny that 2 of the reviews are from Melissa Bond herself.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
