First call was to Mrs. Dood she was very nice & helpful and told us that be out at 3pm they showed up 15 minutes early. Had me up and running in 45 minutes Mr. Dood and his technician where honest and very fair priced and knowledgeable We will definitely be using there service again and recommend them to anyone else!

I thought that I had a frozen pipe and called Precision Plumbing to start the process of getting it fixed. However first they walked me through steps to make sure that it could be fixed by me without having to have him come over. I was really lucky and their fix worked, and I was so happy to have received their help at no cost. If I have problems that need help I am definitely going to call them.

Kings Plumbing was very quick to respond when I first reached out for assistance with the leak in our bathroom. Mr. Ron came out and was extremely professional and helpful. He fixed our problem immediately and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining things as he went which I appreciated. I would highly recommend for any plumbing job and he will be the only person I call should any other problems ever arise.

No complaints here. Called for some plumbing issues I was having, Jason came out that day and fixed a couple leaking toilets. Super nice, fast and professional. Would definitely use this company again.

Not recommend, this guy will take your money and ran away, I paid upfront and he didn't come after that.
Yelp should remove this service so he can not do more fraud,
he put the fake pictures of this work, he doesn't even know how to paint , messed up my whole house painting project and wasted all the paint and money.

This company's work quality is less than one star. Prices are way too high. They make a complete mess and then point out that they do not clean up after themselves. It's is the fine print. Service manager is arrogant.

We woke up to a leak from an upstairs toilet that then leaked into ceiling of downstairs' bathroom. Not something you want to find on a Friday morning at 7am. Contacted Roto-Rooter and received a call back right at 8am saying they could have someone here in 30-45 min. Austin showed up and was able to determine what the issue was and make the repair very quickly. He also had someone come out with thermal camera to determine extent of damage to flooring and ceiling and advise on it. We could not be happier with the outstanding care and service that Austin and Robert provided.

I am so pleased with the fast response time by Brown Plumbing and Septic.  The techs, Stephen and Frank were very courteous, polite, and professional.  They each went above and beyond what I would have expected.  My septic system was cleaned thoroughly and they answered many questions that I had and were very helpful in making me more aware of how a septic system works.  I will highly recommend Brown Plumbing and Septic to all of my family and friends. The company was given to us through our home warranty program 2-10 Warranty. I had a bad blockage under the house in my pipes and 3 other companies that my warranty gave me were booked for at least 5 days. One Stop was able to come out within an hour! They fixed the problem in just over an hour at my house. The two gentlemen were very nice, and they cleaned up the mess the toilet had made while they were fixing the problem. I can finally use my toilets again! Thank you One Stop!!

BEST plumber in Hampton Roads ! He's made multiple trips to my house and each time he responded FASTER and charged LESS than the other plumbers, I've used before meeting him. My wife and I are so glad we have an AFFORDABLE & DEPENDABLE Plumber. His phone number has a special place on our refrigerator, next to our family numbers.

They will blow you away with there prices . Best to shop around for better pricing . And the guy didn't even complete his job I had to clean up his mess .

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
