After an initial miss on my water heater Jason and his team stepped up to replace my leaking water heater. I appreciate his customer service and action to resolve quickly. I recommend LFP for your plumbing needs.

Extremely bad experience. The technician charged us $176 and was not even clear in explaining if it was just a fuse replaced but the report we got did say so. He did not even ask permission to replace it, just did and then charged us a very unreasonable amount. Very unprofessional to do something without getting approval. Will not recommend.

Although I did not use their services, but I think this company is worth writing a review about.

About 2 weeks ago, my water heater simply stopped working and deeded replacement, and I sent several messages to plumbers on yelp asking for quotes. Justin, the owner, responded immediately and provided a phone number to call and schedule a time to come and look at the work site and what water heater is needed and give me a quote. Believe me when I say it, he was one of 2 plumbing company owners who actually set up time and came to give a free quote. I sent messages to over 10 companies, 1 didn't even bother to respond, 2 responded the next day, and Justin actually responded and came out and gave a quote.

Most plumbers give you prices without even looking, then when they're at the site, the price jumps up claiming that the heater is on a high ground, piping is complex etc... but not with Justin and Allegiance plumbing. He came is, inspected the sight and gave an exact quote on what price it will be and what will be replaced. In fact not only his service is good, his price was competitive, unfortunately I am on a budget and had to go with another company that offered somewhat of a better deal.

I know a company is good when their initial communication and speed of response is good. Justin showed genuine desire to help, by coming in and giving detailed information and a quote before starting the job. Thanks Justin and sorry we were not able to do business, but I can assure you you'll be on my list of people to contact when I need plumbing services.

Dan was on time and did great work. He was very personable and professional. He was also very fair in pricing. I will always use Anchor Plumbing. I will not hesitate to refer or recommend.

Just bought a house about 2 months ago and noticed some water out by the pool. Didn't think much of it with how much the pool was being used. After a couple days though the puddle got bigger. Next thing I know my side yard was completely flooded. Got the name of the landscaper who installed the irrigation system from the neighbors and gave him a call. He came out and said it wasn't the irrigation but instead the pool. I tried calling some pool companies but no one could come out for a couple days. Then the puddle kept getting bigger and I was like no way is this coming from the pool, I hadn't turned on the pump for two days. I started fearing that it was a slab leak and shut the water off to the house. I called Top Notch and Mark came out the same day. I explained everything and he went to work. He started out at the street and was able to isolate the problem. Guess what it was. Freakin irrigatation supply line!  Someone cut into the main supply line before the house shutoff. Mark found the spot he thought was leaking and dug up a 2 ft section down to the irrigation line and there it was. He made a quick trip to the store for some parts and then fixed the problem. I talked to him while the repair was setting before retesting the system and he was very helpful on giving me some tips and other things to be on the lookout for in the future. I'll definitely call Top Notch again when I have another plumbing problem. With an older home, it is really nice to have people you can call and make sure the repairs are done right. #5star plumber

James came out, looked at softener and RO system.  Gave me a price for the RO system, said he would test the softener when he came back to change the filters in the RO system, and would have the office call me for an appointment.
A few days went by and I had heard nothing from the office, so I called.  Office gal didn't know anything about me or getting service.  Said she would call James and have him call me.  Still nothing from anyone.
So, why use the family business?  Why not just call and say you don't want to provide service to me?  How long does that take?
So, I'm moving on!!

Awesome customer service, was able to give me an accurate quote after I sent a picture of what I needed done. Came same day and did excellent clean work on changing my ice maker valve. Highly recommended

One of two local Aquasana recommended installer for their products.  Called for a replacement of an ancient softener system with the complete Aquasana Rhino Softener and Filter system.  Well, UPS delivered on Wed afternoon and by 10am Thursday the installation was underway.  
Briefly:  Prompt, quick, efficient, professional, personable, all at a reasonable costl.  Could not have asked for better job.  I have found my go to plumber!!!!

Incredibly responsive, kind, and trustworthy. Helped us within a hour of me calling with a broken water heater and helped us work through all of our options. Always nervous reaching out in these emergency situations and was put at ease pretty quickly that I called someone who I could trust and genuinely wanted to help.

Called in last night(1030pm) for emergency plumbing services and was assured that someone would be coming out last night for the repair. Was waiting up all night for a call that never happened.

i truly recommend this company Henri and Abdel sat down with me drew a diagram on what was going on with main pipe overflowing outside in the overflow, but they fixed it I was so happy before that i was feeling overwhelmed my bathroom and the kitchen and the laundry room with the washer were all backing up i will for sure call them for any problems i have with my plumbing plus Henri showed me how to turn off the water heater and the main water line, they also replace water heaters and do yearly  Maintenace if you have plumbing  problems be sure and call Plumbing & A/C Medic thank you Lidia
