Best HVAC System Maintenance in Chandler AZ

Wonderful experience with this company. Our unit was 17 years old and died. We knew it was coming. My daughter found this company for me, called them and they were at my house in 10 minutes. That being said, they are close to me. Anyway, they ran a diagnostic and advised us something about pressure being too high coming from the compressor. They advised I need a Y in my duct work with larger duct work. They gave me a quote of $8500 for a 5 ton Trane. We paid $5800 17 years ago for the Trane. We got our money's worth! I thought it was WAY beyond reasonable given the scope of the work and the unit itself. I could not be more pleased. There were as many as 10 different workers doing a great job, some of which were foreman I'm sure. Super professional, clean, friendly and TIMELY! They were here the next morning at 8am to install.

A service provider that actually shows up! Brent came to help remedy an old pipe situation. He was very informative and explained what is actually happening in my home. He wore a mask/gloves the whole time. He was able to fix the most pressing issue and will compile a bid to fix our large issues. Thanks Brent!

Hansen Family Plumbing helped my family with a quick change out of a gas water heater when the old one failed.  They brought a quality brand heater and installed it in about 3 hrs.  The price was  reasonable.  Would definitely call them again!

Great service from Anthony, quick and all it needed was a quick adjustment.
So glad I did not listen to the last plumber from Plumbing and A/C medics, they were worse than useless!

I had used another a/c company in the east valley for years.  A few weeks ago it was blowing warm air, and after replacing a capacitor ($300), I was told a new circuit board was needed ($500), he then needed permission to bypass a circuit board to keep a/c running (? with a new capacitor?), then I'd probably need a new fan motor ($500), so I'd be better off buying a new a/c ($5300).  Really?  This is the FIRST problem we've ever had with this a/c!!  The next morning I called Fredrick and Sons and spoke to Leonard, who sent his son, Levi, out within an hour.  He replaced the fan motor and it's been cooling perfectly since.  Fredrick and Sons is the type of business we need more of.  I'll be sure to tell all my friends about them too.

Great service!  Got an air conditioner split installed in the garage!  Customer service was excellent!  Will use again for any future projects.

I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. I have nothing good to say about them.

I had to have my sewer line replaced and it has been a nightmare. I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm a single female and I was vulnerable. I was crying and clearly upset and they promised they would take care of me but they were all talk and no action. They were just happy to sucker me into a loan.

They had to dig up my garden and driveway to replace the sewer line. After the work was done they couldn't fill my driveway back in because the dirt was too wet. I had to keep calling them asking when they were going to come fix my driveway. Turns out they broke my sprinklers and it was causing flooding. They refuse to reimburse me for the cost to fix the sprinklers. One guy told me they absolutely broke the sprinklers and they would reimburse me no problem. Another guy came over and rudely told me it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't pay. What a coincidence that the sprinklers were fine before they started digging but were broken afterwards. After weeks of having a hole in my driveway they finally poured the concrete. Now I'm left with this ugly patch in my driveway that doesn't match the rest of the concrete.

They also cut up my neighbors turf in the process and she was really upset. The turf is completely ruined. They assured me they would replace it free of cost. Every time I called to follow up about it they said they would come out and fix it but no one ever did.

This entire process took months because I had to keep calling and following up. They were horrible with communication and kept saying they'd do things that they never ended up doing.

I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to fix my a/c unit which needs a new motor.. I they keep telling me is there waiting for the part. I will never use the guys again snd the only reason I stuck with using them is  because  of my Home warranty company.. They now have the part and I have to wait for another week for them to install the motor...if you are a paying customer go somewhere else!!

A year ago 06/2020 I purchased an ac system(13,000) from them had the worst experience with them.  Techs told my husband and I that if anything happened the first 2 years that it would be covered under warranty.  They came and installed the 1st system that didn't work and they had to bring another one.  If it wasn't the new ac it was the new thermostat.  I had a baby almost 2 months old in the middle of this heat with no air.  Supervisor extended the warranty till 2023 because of everything that happened.  A year later 07/23/2020 system is not working and they told me they will charge me for them to tell me what's wrong with ac plus for parts.  I asked so what happened to the warranty and they said it was just a discount that's it that it would not cover anything.  When I had told them what tech told us they pretty much said it was our fault for not reading the contract that we signed on his little phone  and tablet.  A year later new ac, paid 13,000 and it's not working in July with little ones at home.  Unable to take them to the store or anywhere else that has ac or any ty because of COVID-19.   They came Friday they couldn't fix it, they had to order a part. Today is Monday and still haven't heard anything from no one.  They said they would bring something on Saturday to help us stay cool I haven't seen anything yet.  This company is all fraud
