Best HVAC System Maintenance in Chandler AZ

I purchased my water softener and reverse osmosis system from American Home Water & Air 2 yrs ago - both have worked flawlessly.
I recently called them to have the filters changed on my RO system.
I called on Sunday, they said a tech would call the next morning at 9 a.m.
Tech called Monday right at 9 a.m., said he would be at my house between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. He arrived on time, changed out the filters and completed the work very quickly.
I highly recommend American Home Water and Air !!

Just had Jorge out to snake my homes drain line. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and finished the job in a thorough and professional manner. I am very happy with the service and Jorge is the man! Highly recommend this provider.

Hansen Family Plumbing helped my family with a quick change out of a gas water heater when the old one failed.  They brought a quality brand heater and installed it in about 3 hrs.  The price was  reasonable.  Would definitely call them again!

Our tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable about our water heater, and how to take care of our house plumbing in general. Will absolutely be calling them for anything else in the future!

My master bath toilet did not flush. Junior came out last week to give me a quote. After looking at the toilet, he gave me a verbal quote of $398.00 and said a new turn off valve and flush value were needed.  I said that price would not be possible.  Junior said what can you do?, I replied about $250.00. He said if I can make that happen, can you go for that price? I reluctantly said ok. He contacted the Kohler representative who confirmed they had the part.  He left to get the part.  He returned within the hour and spent 10 minutes making the repair.  After I made payment, he then sent a invoice to my email.  After he left, I retrieved the email which read Toilet tank orFlsh V/v Rebuild Complete Standard $249.00, Full Tank Valve or Flush Kit. There was no breakdown of parts, labor, tax which I expected.  My impression of this kind of business model leaves a lot to be desired.  Did I pay $7.95 for a new flush valve?  Why did he replace the turn off valve? It did not prevent toilet from flushing.  How much was labor?  How much was tax? I am a senior and this goes to show, we are not too old to learn valuable lessons.

Great service!  Got an air conditioner split installed in the garage!  Customer service was excellent!  Will use again for any future projects.

Don't waste your time with this company.  They have to come out every six months to fix either my air conditioner or heater.  They have no clue what they are doing and only try to sell you extended warranties which would not be needed if they knew what they were doing.  This owner took a good company and is running it into the ground trying to make a dime.

We have called over 4 AC companies out and Professors resolved and fixed our issue. Otis our technician was on time and very honest. He replaced a circuit board and it was working like new again. A few days later we discovered it was not blowing hard enough. I called and he returned the very next day to make the adjustment at no charge. It's service like this I will recommend to all our family and friends!

I scheduled an appointment for Ace Home Services to do an annual inspection of my AC unit, through Lowe's. There were some issues with scheduling and confirming the appointment. We had an appointment scheduled that they canceled because I didn't answer the phone while I was at work to confirm the appointment. I don't know if that's a standard practice. But we got it reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately though we confirmed that appointment, the technician did not arrive at the scheduled time. We called several times and were advised the technician was on his way. After waiting half the day they told us the techs truck broke down. So they dispatched another tech, Jaime Garcia. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Though we did end up with an unexpected repair, the part was covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Jaime showed me the readings and the manufacturer's spec's and explained what needed to be done. Given the 110°+ temps lately, I didn't want to take any chances. I was surprised to hear that they would not actually clean the unit unless you were a member of their program with a monthly service fee. Nevertheless they were able to get a new OEM capacitor and install it the next day. Their were no issues with scheduling and arrival as there had been previously. After the job was finished there was obviously new life breathed into our AC unit. Anyways, despite the hiccups to get our first appointment, no fault of Jaime, everything else turned out great.  The AC is blowing cold, if anything we've all been feeling a little more chilly than normal. Might turn the thermostat down a bit. Wish I could give a better rating. Jaime did great but the scheduling and the monthly service fee to get a regular cleaning is just odd.
