Best Flame Sensor Repair in Chandler AZ

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

The tech was prompt and came out on a Saturday which was great. He was honest and ended up replacing a part that saved me from spending more than originally thought. He could have easily quoted me on parts I didn't need and I respect that type of honesty in a tech and company.

Reddi Services recently addressed a blockage in our home septic system.    The repair was made within two (2) hours of the initial service request.   They also emptied our septic system tank.     The service technicians were very courteous and professional.   The work was completed as requested and with no issues.   We have been customers of Reddi Services since 1997.

The Cooling and Plumbing Company is a top notch business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My A/C unit went out during the Fourth of July weekend. Jay, the owner personally called me while he was out of town to be helpful. I had gotten 3 quotes and he underbid all the competition. I got quazlity, top notch customer service, and a great unit. It works well and my house is nice and cool. During a very stressful time since I have pets, I was made to feel relaxed, confident, and respected. Great complany. great quality qork, at a great price. Thank you guys. The job was also completed in a very timely manner. Thanks again.

The response time and quality of service was excellent in my first experience working with Precision.  Jacob was our technician and he did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem.  It was not obvious from the onset and he took the time to really figure it out instead of condemning parts that were working perfectly well.  The cost of the visit and the new thermostat we bought was steep but we were back up and running with our AC blowing plenty of cold air.  One suggestion would be to offer simpler, non-programmable thermostats at a lower price.  As it was, we had an expensive Nest thermostat that was the culprit and we just needed a 'stand-in' until we could get the Nest exchanged under warranty.  Now I have two very expensive thermostats!

I cannot say enough good things about Plumb Smart and Robert Deal! They were efficient and inexpensive. Robert was vital in helping us deal with a very stubborn insurance company when our kitchen flooded. I would give a million stars if I could! Love, love, love this company! Run and Run fast. I recently called to get a tune-up for my unit and they tried to sell me a brand new A/C unit. The tech never even wrote down any of his readings after testing the unit. He tried to tell me I needed a new fan belt, a/c capacator etc. He said all my reading were coming up low. So I called another company for a second opinion and everything is working and running great. Do not trust this company, they are no good!

My relationship with this company goes back to 2018 when they used to go by the name of, Professors of plumbing and air conditioning. They came out to service my a/c system. They happened to work with the Home Warranty company I had at the time so I thought it would be a good idea to purchase a maintenance agreement for 3 years on 3 properties. The first maintenance check they did, I was told that there was a freon leak on one of the units and that both capacitors on another unit needed to be replaced. All of which was not true. A few months later I had them replace an a/c unit on one of my properties. Over the next 2 years the company had to send out technicians to fix installation issues. Then recently the a/c unit stopped cooling, so I called them again. Keep in mind that it is July in Arizona, and the temperature is in the 100's. They did not have somebody available to come out on a Sunday night. The tech came out on Monday and diagnosed that the circuit board on a 3yr old unit is bad. The board was ordered and was available for pickup on Tuesday, but they didn't have anyone available to pick it up. So on the 4th day it is picked up and the tech spends hours on the roof installing the part and then leaves when he was done without verifying if the cooling was functioning. And of course it wasn't. I had to call an independent a/c tech to come out on the 5th day and he immediately determined that it was a bad compressor capacitor. The same component they always try to upsell customers on. I had to pay the independent contractor $320 (which included a new thermostat). I have attempted to get reimbursed from Thomas Home Services and they have ignored me. Not only were my tenants inconvenienced for 5 days due to an incompetent service tech, I also compensated my tenants for hotel expenses.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
