Best Cleaning System Repair in Chandler AZ

Our 14 year old air conditioner gasped its last breath of hot air with low freon a little over a week ago. Our first thought was to get the company we had come out once before several years to see if more freon was needed. It was not Hays, but a well known company with their amusing commercials. To be fair, they did send someone out and after examining the unit outside and in the attic, he said it pretty much on its last legs,. Suggested we have a sales rep come out the next day and I said well what do I do till then? Three dogs and one of the highest temps this summer in Phoenix, our hour was not over 95 degrees with nowhere to go. He offered a temporary fix a with five pounds of coolant but warned it would most likely be gone in a week or less with the holes our coils had. With little choice in the matter and becoming very ill from the heat, I said go ahead. The cost approximately 700.00.

A day later we had a sales rep come out and gave us an estimate. He was nice but my dad always told me to get a second estimate when confronted with something as expensive as this. I went online and search help about found one company with five stars from every reviewer! That is unheard of! Then I went on better business bureau, and three other review sites. Every single one of them had no bad marks against Hays air conditioning and people seemed pretty happy with the results.

Made a call and a technician from Hays named Mike came out and looked at our unit.he said basically the same thing as the other company but had pictures from his smartphone he took up in the attic to help us see exactly what was going on. This young man was very respectful of our home and I could tell he knew his business well. He told us the five pounds of coolant had already went down to three and the hole we had on the coils was pretty huge to leak that quickly.

We decided to call for an appointment for a someone to come to see what his estimate would be. and within the next day a sales rep name Jim came out and talked to us after he examined the unit. First thing he asked was what kind of units were we looking for and we were thinking of a two stage type which was recommended by the first company who came out. He explained to us how a variable units compared with a two stage and well as a simple one state unit. So many brands to choose from, so many variables in units...it was quite overwhelming. Jim was very nice, professional and not at all pushy. He left us with some information on the units we were thinking of and said to give him a call when we decided. Three agonizing days later after doing research on brands, energy savings and of course the outstanding reviews we read of Hays reputations and standing behind their work, we decided
To go with Hays. One of the great things I found was how well these employees talk about their boss and owner or the company. I've already believed a happy employee creates a happy customer

Within two days they had our new Trane air conditioner installed. They said our old one had just run out of coolant as they dismantled it., it took them approximately eight hours to get everything up and running. Not even sure they took a lunch break! They were very efficient, polite and knowledgable. There names are Rich, Reg or Rey, and Robert. I cannot say enough good thing about this company and their team. I would highly recommend them  because they are honest and stand behind their products and service. And now that we had our first 116 degree day, we are so grateful we found them just in time. Thank you.

When our air conditioning went out on Saturday late morning right before our daughters 5th birthday party in the dead heat of June, we were sick. We found this company and they came right out. They were able to diagnose the problem and have the air back on in under an hour after arriving. We couldn't be more thankful!  

Our technician, Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked fast and explained everything very well.

We will definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Update we just had another problem with AC, again they were out and had it fixed within hours of calling them. We signed up for the maintenance plan this time. The cost of today's visit was included. I highly recommend it.

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. when the technician came and assessed the actual repair , he charged us an  fair amount -below the quoted amount -for the exact work done and provided care/maintenance tips for us.There was no standing around or push to sell additional services or items. What a great experience. They got in contact with me within 10mins of me sending a request for a quote. They came the very next morning and was actually early for the appointment time. They didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. This is the first time I have used this company and now I am a customer for life. The technician Mack did an amazing job doing a super thorough check of my entire AC system and did a great job explaining everything to me in a way I would understand.

We had been dealing with a high water bill for a few weeks and couldn't figure out the issue (irrigation vs pool vs pipes under the house) after having several different people check it out. My husband found Leak Hunters and we are so glad we gave them a call! Within 5 minutes, Alex knew what our issue was and spent a bunch of time talking to me about it and answering questions. Five star service!!! Got a quote within 10 minutes and the price was fair.  Jeremy was our technician. He called ahead, showed up on time, was clean, presentable, and wearing a mask. Explained the the whole process then proceeded to remove the old toilet without spilling a drop of water in my bathroom, then took it out of the house without spilling a drop on my new carpets. Perfect!!! Installed new one in a mater of minutes and I had my first perfect plumbing experience...

I would highly recommend Anchor Plumbing!  There was a crack in our 10 year old fiberglass tub. Anchor ripped out the old tub and the surrounding tile for us. They provided a simple, beautiful white porcelain over steel tub and updated our funky old fixtures with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. He was extremely punctual with his in home quote process and also when he came to do the work. I'm so glad to have found Anchor Plumbing and hope to use them again when it's time to overhaul our master bath! For reference on our pics, we had Clayton Family Tile install the surround... five stars for them as well!

My kitchen faucet was leaking, so I contacted ABC to take a look. Their service charge was higher than average to begin with ($79), but this turned out to be the least of my concerns. The plumber told me just for the repairs it would be around $353 and to replace a Moen faucet would be $700-900. He then said that with the services today, he could sell me the faucet they carry for $600. While he was in the truck, I looked up Moen faucets from multiple companies and could not find a single one for over $300, not to mention they have a lifetime guarantee, which he failed to mention. He was really trying to make a hard sale and continued to request to speak with my husband as if I was incapable of relaying the information or make the decision on my own. Again, this was the least of my problems with this company.

Cure All was able to send someone out to my house the next day when I had water leaking from my ceiling. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. They also came about a week later to replace our old water heater and the service at that time was all so wonderful. They worked quickly and communicated well about what time they would arrive.

Excellent service. No hassles ! Reasonable pricing. The technicians are courteous and friendly and arrive on time and give a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. Thanks! Will definitely use this company again without a doubt!

Rip-off report:
I was desperate in 105 heat and was charged $269 for a $15 capacitor ($344 total) with service call. He stayed to check the system for about a half hour.
I ran a electrical business for 30+ years a never charged anyone that much for an hours work. DO NOT USE THEM.

They never followed up with whether or not they could help me. Even if the answer was no, it would've been nice to hear that they were unavailable or unable to complete my service request.

Don and Rob were awesome!  We had a hose bib that would not shut off and a shower that had been leaking for months.  A previous plumber had looked at our shower and told us that we would have to replace the entire faucet.  Don took one look, said we needed a new cartridge, which they had, and a few minutes later no more leaking!  They were very affordable, proficient and friendly.  Ditto on being dog lovers, too. They are the only plumbers we will ever call.

Christian Brothers not So Christian.  I also saw them in the yellow pages and thought I would set up an appointment.  It said Free service call for my Air Conditioner. They said he would be by and would call 30 minutes out.  This was 8am and waited all day!!  He finally arrived at 7PM, I should have cancelled!!  He gave me a quote for $2300. and pushed the service plan.  He also gave me a cheaper option to get it running for $930.00.  I just didn't feel comfortable with that and the push for the Service Plan.  He charged me $69.00 for the Service call anyways. I called Grant Canyon Air Conditioner that night and in the AM arrives a nice man and quotes me $370.00 for the same service, no Service plan needed or offered .  He was finished in 30 mins and off he went. My Air Conditioner works Great!!!
Christian Brothers...This is not the way to do business.  I may be a woman that you can try and Rip OFF but I didn't fall for it.

These guys are top notch, a 5 star company. Service with a smile, experience, explains what he is doing as he diagnosis and explains the fix. Pin pointed the water leak. Had the replacement fitting on his truck so no returns. I highly recommend this company. This was my situation, water dripping from my AC vent in the laundry room, first thought was how the hell will this get repaired if it's between floors. I was thinking My ceiling  drywall was going to be demoed but, he did have to cut and saw to find the leak but it is what it is, he did a great job the leak was at the tee fitting behind the wall.
