Best Emergency Services in Albuquerque NM
Great service. Sky came immediately to my office complex to help fix a leak on a hot water heater. The issue was fixed and my tenants were back to doing business in no time. Kindest most trust worthy person to do business with.

I had an ancient boiler for baseboard heat & domestic hot water heater. Both at least 27 years old, really!
Before catastrophic failure, I requested 4 bids from HVAC plumbers. Of the four , 3 submitted bids; 1 suspiciously low & 1 really high & one in the expected range. Only Baker Plumbing sent the actual plumber to do the bid. That is Steven Baker himself. He arrived at the time agreed upon, asked the right questions & got an itemized bid back in 1 day. Work started on time and finished when anticipated. He came in on target with no overcharges. He explained fully & helped getting tech info for custom settings.
Steven Baker plumbing is highly recommended.

This company is amazing and its reputation unwavering. It has stood the test of time delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
From the first conversation I had with Mike and then Neil regarding my failing evaporative cooler and the fear of having to replace the unit to feeling confident that I was working with a company with values, honesty and they genuinely cared about my situation.
The technician arrived and I explained to him that I was hopeful that he could save my AC because purchasing a whole new unit was not in the budget. We went up on the roof together and he showed me some of the issues, and then he provided solutions. He was able to get my AC up and running. YES! We will not have to face the summer in heated misery. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just down right amazing. I was dancing with joy!
Thank you Donner Plumbing & Heating. You were answered prayer.

Needed quick response to a blown-out pilot light on a gas heater. Louie and Sons called the day after my Yelp request and was at my home the next day. Very professional, friendly and showed me how to relight the pilot. Was fast and checked for carbon monoxide leak. Was one of the most cost-effective, friendly and professional business who responded quickly.

Leaking ceiling on 1st floor in 2 story house. There are two different leak locations. Plumber arrived on a free consultation and stayed ~90 mins. He checked for leaks on upstairs bath - nothing found, recommended replacing toilet gasket for 2nd leak - I completed this work. Then we assessed and cleared blockage on my furnace (separate issue that took down my furnace ~ 2 weeks ago). Would have liked to know when free consultation ended and paid visit started. Also, plumber stated he would work with me to understand the issue. I sent pictures and updates and no response. The overall cost was not excessive but did not find root cause on either leak.

We have used MGP Mechanical for two complete HVAC replacements (one of which was to replace an evaporative cooler system) and to get a new water heater. Their service has always been exceptional: They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and deliver what they promise on time and on budget. Their work is neat and professional, and they clean up afterwards.
Recently we had a small problem (not their fault) with the HVAC system they installed early this spring, and they had a tech out within an hour or so to fix it, which he did promptly and with no charge.
It's a pleasure to deal with a contractor this professional and effective.

They rocked the first visit, why not give 'em another call, right?
This time around, tech Ivan N came to save the day. It wasn't rocket science, really, I'd done the furnace conversion just fine but my house really wasn't staying warm, and I wasn't sure if I'd missed something. The guy who originally answered the phone, BTW, was good about asking me some critical questions before he set up the appointment -- that matters, it makes clients feel more secure they're diagnosing the problem beforehand, rather than just sending someone out because they'll get paid regardless.
Anyway, Ivan N. He called because he could arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment, but I wasn't able to get home early, so he waited for my text, and arrived immediately after. He was good with my anxious dog, checked everything over and then ran a gas leak and carbon monoxide test, verdict: no worries. Ultimately Ivan simply explained that the advice I'd received from a previous contractor was simply wrong, that I should be buying disposable filters, rather than trying to clean out the reusable thing that came with the (ancient) furnace.
Essentially, two hours later I'd bought the filters and the house was back to a comfortable temperature, the furnace was turning on far less frequently, I had peace of mind about the air itself, it was well worth the money and time. Thanks guys!

Great service. They came out very quickly and solved my problem. Another company wanted to charge me almost $1800. Their estimate was 1/3 of that price. Highly recommended

Was overcharged for a simple tankless water heater flush. Two men sent for a one person job, one who didn't do any work other than translating for the one who did all the work. Nice enough fellows but poorly equipped. Drain hose was connected without a washer and ended up spraying water all over mechanical room/garage. Call someone else.

Everything started out great until it didn't. They wanted money for incomplete work, didn't remember what was quoted and accused me of not wanting to pay for the work that was actually done. After pointing out specifics on quote and invoice they agreed to come back and finish. We scheduled another appointment for which they never showed. We then scheduled another appointment for which they sent me a $0 invoice and then charged me $250 and $20 for parts and never fully completed the work. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I had a company tell me I had to replay a HVAC unit, EVERYTHING was bad the tech said, he wrote up a long letter.
I called Western Mechanical (they have great reviews and they were recommended to me by several people) to come out as a second opinion. Not only was my unit fine, it's still going 4 years later. Western Mech is MY new HVAC company. I go to them for both my home and company. I've never had an issue. They saved my family ~9K.

I called for a quote at 9:04 am. I spoke to the owner, Richard, who gave me a quote for $8,500 for re-piping. I explained that the house was in the purchase process and would not be available to work till mid January. After talking to my husband, I called Richard back at 3:02 pm and asked for a written quote in order to proceed with the work. I reminded him of the earlier conversation and suddenly the price was $10,500. He said I lost out on the discount cause it was only valid if I have the work done this week. I'm fairly certain he would have found a way to claim the extra $2K regardless of when the work was done. He kept saying I have to feed my family. Don't we all? Proceed with caution!!!
As a business law student, this is the type of company we do case studies about.
