Best Electric Inspection in Albuquerque NM

Great service.  Was expecting a long wait for service on the swamp cooler but was able to schedule it the same day.  Technician was knowledgeable, professional and had the unit working within two hours.  When I called their main office both people I spoke to were personable and pleasant.

Well didn't think I'd be changing my mind this fast, but the sink is still leaking, albeit much more slowly. I called Rocketman back to see what they could do and they told me they'd charge another $160 to come back out and try again. That seems pretty unfair so I'm going to try somewhere else this time.

We installed a new HVAC system two years ago and neglected to do routine maintenance since then (except cleaning the washable air handler filter infrequently).  The two technicians showed up on time yesterday (promised 9-10 AM) after sending an on our way text).  They recommended using the pleated filters instead of the blue fiberglass variety. He had a 20x25 pleated filter in the truck that was a little long for our space. So, he took a pair of shears, chopped off just enough, and used the cardboard form cleared of material to put a border back on! Voila!  

Another service was cleaning the fins (?) on the outdoor compressor. After turning off the power outside, he used a hose to flush out the accumulated detritus in the unit. Our system is back to working great again!

I had a chance to speak with one of the brother/owners, Paul, this evening, to share my feedback on the service call. Sounds like a very nice guy. I thanked him for their well-trained techs.

I used TLC to do a small plumbing job prior to selling my house. The licensed plumber did such a crappy job he had to return the next day  to fix his mistakes (the water leak he created). Too bad he made such a mess with soldering. I have done a better job with solder and creating a seal.  As a woman, I really expected good to excellent service but was sadly disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Our kitchen sink started backing up and we weren't sure we could get a plumber to come out in this time of coronavirus.  But Jed answered right away and we arranged for Devin to come this morning.  He snaked the drain but our pipes had not been properly connected, so Devin went out, got the right parts, replumbed the pipes and got us working again. Just to be sure, he double-checked the line before he completed the job.  Sure enough, there was still some backup, so Devin snaked the line again for 45 feet and found a blockage further down the pipes.  We are very happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to call Above All Quality again.

I had an appointment for an estimate at 8:00. am. At 9:00 am I called to see when the electrician would be arriving. I was told that he was delayed and would not be able to get to me until afternoon. I told the receptionist that a phone call would have been appreciated.
We rearrange our lives to accommodate these situations. Why can't they be professional?
I will use someone else.
Angry and disappointed!

After paying $850 last week to have my AC fixed and having this company come back out because it wasn't fixed correctly the first time I was called a cheap customer for disputing an additional $875 bill.  The person I was talking to claimed to be the owner and was the person who told me I was a cheap customer and refused to give me his name.  The owner told me if I wanted his name that I could drive down to get his name in person. This is not a company I would recommend.  Please don't make the mistake I did and use this company.
