I called regarding a leak in my ceiling. They let me speak to a specialist, He explained the process, The next day they came, with masks on, immediately found the problem and fixed it. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I wish they did more than plumbing.

Cory M. was absolutely fantastic. Not only was the company able to get me in very quickly for A/C repair, but Cory very quickly identified the issue, and instead of having to set up a following appointment for installation, he went and purchased the part, came back and installed it all within the same afternoon. He also gave me fantastic insight and advice on maintenance for my system since it is getting old. I highly recommend #1 and Cory!

Leaking ceiling on 1st floor in 2 story house. There are two different leak locations. Plumber arrived on a free consultation and stayed ~90 mins. He checked for leaks on upstairs bath - nothing found, recommended replacing toilet gasket for 2nd leak - I completed this work. Then we assessed and cleared blockage on my furnace (separate issue that took down my furnace ~ 2 weeks ago). Would have liked to know when free consultation ended and paid visit started. Also, plumber stated he would work with me to understand the issue. I sent pictures and updates and no response. The overall cost was not excessive but did not find root cause on either leak.

After install we had multiple issues and found that the condenser was not the right size for our house; the company did come out and put a new one. We then started having issues with the thermostat and that had to be replaced. We had the technicians out multiple times due to the air not working correctly and then we started having continued outages with no air and we could not get it to come back on for hours. Techs came out again and said we had an error on the board and then thermostat would need to be replaced. We also found out after hiring multiple other companies to come out the system sold to us would never work together properly. We also found out the warranty registered to us was for the wrong units and had never been updated. After countless emails with Annette the owner she agreed to put in another heater. Heater install was a nightmare and it was not installed correctly the unit was not square and the unit looks used. She has since stopped responding to all emails, had never fixed the thermostat issue and had never updated the warranty paperwork. I would not do business with the company and if you do make sure what you are being sold will work together and is registered to you. Since they are no longer respond she also has taken the money we paid for the extended warranty and also never gave us a final invoice when we had the unit installed after repeated requests.

Business is very unprofessional and very over priced. Contacted in for them to come out and my scheduled time was 2-4pm received a call at 3pm saying they will be here slightly after 4pm. I contacted in and left a voicemail at 5pm, and they did not show up until 6pm. Quote received was ridiculously high. Twice the national average nearly for the job, nearly 2x the cost for the same thermostat that can be picked up at best buy, $3850 for $1000 worth of material (which they say is because of labor but they already charged labor before). I contacted in for my parents as my parents are very old and can't handle the stress of contacting companies and was told this is not eligible for a military discount (even though my father is a 23 year air force vet) and its my parents house and the work is being done on my parents house. Very unprofessional and ridiculously overpriced.

Had Doms remove and replace our water heater, bathtub valve, toilet valve and make a new garden hose spigot. As always, Don was timely his work good quality and he beat other proposals by about 10 percent.
Big job or small I can recommend Doms.

I had a company tell me I had to replay a HVAC unit, EVERYTHING was bad the tech said, he wrote up a long letter.
I called Western Mechanical (they have great reviews and they were recommended to me by several people) to come out as a second opinion. Not only was my unit fine, it's still going 4 years later. Western Mech is MY new HVAC company. I go to them for both my home and company. I've never had an issue. They saved my family ~9K.

Our heater stopped working and we called B Carlson to see if someone could come take a look it it. They were able to send someone the next day. Dave came and figured out it was the ignitor. He put in a new one and went through all the steps to make sure it was working properly. He was very thorough and ensured it was fixed before leaving. He was prompt and courteous. We will definitely use B Carlson in the future.

Great work, got swamp cooler fixed in one day, answered all questions and was fairly priced. Will be having them out to winterize the cooler later this year.

The prices are competitive. The Plumbers are knowledgeable. The Technicians need to be more experienced. The customer service is below average.

A new sewer line through my nicely landscaped front yard was a terrifying thought. I got several quotes, most of them stating that they will not be responsible for landscaping. Shane with Sunshine Plumbing came in with the best bid on the job. He hadn't asked what others are quoting and his calm and professional approach made me trust him. They worked so efficiently with the backhoe, after moving the decorative rocks to the side and covering the rest generously with tarps. How surprised I was, when I saw the job done. Tree and grasses back in place, stepping stones where they belonged. They even rolled out new weed blocking fabric before putting the gravel stones back in place. No wonder, my realtor suggested them. I will anytime!

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless, Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.
If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.
