Best Toilet Repair in Buffalo NY
Very responsive and knowledgeable. They explained what they would do and provided a reasonable price. Told me about some additional work that I might consider and gave this information even though they do not provide the service. Obviously not trying to upsell for the company but for the good of the customer

This is a company I worked with many times on many houses over many years. I really wanted to like them and did find the basement part of the business very good. The plumbers and the energy workers were quite bad. First of all they are expensive. I will give them credit on being available quickly, but I had frequent call backs to fix problems they either created or only solved temporarily. The basement people actually recommended foaming for insulation when there was a house-long gap between my crawlspace and open deck (the deck had been replaced and the house suddenly much colder. On more than one occasion they told me work was completed and accepted payment only to find out the work was never done. I've spoken to Frank many times over the years and he always promises to fix issues. I think he genuinely intends to do so, but his workers are inconsistent at best. I finally agreed to give him one more chance about a year ago to fix a leaking toilet he had charged me to fix but hadn't fixed. He had said he was going to do the work himself and the tenant was favorably impressed. A few months later the toilet is leaking again after he got paid a lot of money for a second time to fix it. I find out that he again sent one of his workers and didn't do it himself. I have waited over a year to write this review thinking either he would notice that I have stopped calling him or that the toilet would start leaking again and I would realize it wasn't the fault of Franks. Neither happened. I am happy to report my 11 houses are in the hands of a much more competent plumber. If you need a quick but expensive fix to a small problem, this company can be good. If you need anything big or serious or if you aren't there to supervise their work, there are a lot of good plumbers in town. Buffalo is moving up in the world and good vendors of all kinds are moving in to help. No more needing to depend on companies like this. Yay!

I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

Mike has good communication, is very personable and easy to work with. He came out of his way on a Sunday to inspect the necessary work and gave me a free estimate and very reasonable quote. He returned to do work as promised and repaired a fitting between my downspout and bubbler. I am pleased with his work and the whole transaction.

Great, fast, and honest service. A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details. They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

Dino was awesome and fixed our clogged trap in about 20 minutes. Very professional and offers a discount for paying in cash
He really saved the day as other companies were telling us it would be atleast 2 to 3 days before they could come. Will definitely call them again if further work is needed!

We own a rental property in downtown Niagara Falls. After reaching out to approximately 5 plumbers I received 3 no call backs, 1 refusal to come to NF, and 1 plumber made us an appointment but pulled a no call/no show. I then called Quality at the suggestion of a friend. It was after 7pm so I had to leave a message.
The next morning I received a call back from a very polite young lady who took my information & set up a Saturday morning appointment. As I live a bit away I asked her to please call me before their staff was leaving so I could meet them there without having to wait. They did just that.
I met with Russ, the owner, at exactly when he said he'd be there. Russ was polite, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. He performed the repair & charged me a very fair price of under $70. I am so impressed that I've asked for & received another appointment to have them make repairs at our new home. If you're looking for a no nonsense plumber who'll show up, do quality work, and clean out your pipes but not your wallet, this is your guy.

This Company did absolutely outstanding work at a moderately reasonable to average price. Out of seven places that gave quotes, they were the lowest in cost by far. Service was fast, friendly, courteous, and superb without a doubt! We had a water heater expansion tank replaced, a complete under kitchen sink pipeline replacement, and water lines replaced in the bathroom. All jobs were completed in about 6 hours and completed skillfully without any problems. Thank you very much for a great job! Extremely well done and professional !!!!! I would highly recommend them for anyone needing quick efficient professional service.

I had a drainage problem with our main line Nick P. From Cellino Plumbing did a great job of diagnosing our problem, fixing the blockage and checking his work. He was courteous, professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call Cellino again.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind... -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!
What are you going to do about this?
AND this is what they had to say:

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email and feedback. We appreciate this information and apologize for any difficulty you have had.
We will be reviewing your account and concerns below. Coaching and enhancement will be provided to those involved to ensure this is not happening in the future.
To provide some insight, our systems have been down. All service agents have been manually booking service orders to the earliest availability. No heat, no hot water and leaking units are priority calls. Unfortunately, we are not always able to guarantee same day availability. We strive to provide service as quickly as possible and our call centers are open everyday including weekends and holidays to ensure customers are booked to the earliest time frames.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding this.

We live in an older home, built around 1900, on the East Side of Buffalo. Through the EmpowerNY program of NYSERDA, we qualified to have our house insulated at no cost to us. The lady set us up with Zenner & Ritter, but a few days before the job was to start, a man from there called & said they would not be coming by. Zenner & Ritter is also located on the East Side of Buffalo itself, so it can't be a question of geographic snobbery. I suspect it was just lack of motivation, which I have encountered many, many times around here.

Stay far far away! Hired him to remodel our bathroom. He has no idea what he is doing. We took out our tub and turned it into a stand-up shower. Now, when we take a shower our kitchen ceiling leaks. Turns out he installed our shower doors incorrectly. We also cannot open or close the glass doors without them scraping and falling off the tracks. I emailed Delta (who are amazing) they sent me all new parts and here is what they said
It appears that the glass panels are not sitting completely straight and need to be adjusted using the roller brackets. What i'll be doing is shipping a new set that the installer will need to use.
Also, the inner panel appears to be lower than it should be. It looks as if the glass is dragging on the bottom track or extremely close to doing so.
I'm going to send a new full track as well. The installer will need to use both new wall jambs, top and bottom tracks along with the new rollers.
After it all gets reinstalled, things should operate properly. Advise him not to trim the side pieces down but only the top and bottom should be trimmed for length. I also decided to go ahead and send new glass because it could be damaged since it was so close to scraping the bottom track.
He also took a chunk out of my brand new shower base, walked all over my carpet with boots on, caused dust ALL OVER(they didn't cover anything up), scraped my new floor while installing the vanity, and made my hallway their personal workshop for almost two weeks. It took them several tries of putting up my tile and taking it down because they couldn't figure out how to do
Save yourself the money and aggravation and get someone who knows what they are doing. This guy does not!!!

This clown was at my house twice for the same leak. $400 bucks later guess what?! It still leaks . The ( same) guy was sent twice and doesn't know his @ss from third base. Throwing your money out of the window has a better chance of fixing your problem then this incompetent company. They should be ashamed at their lack of knowledge for fixing one of the most basic plumbing problems. Learn from my mistake and call anyone else.
