The best plumber there is. The night before Thanksgiving, came right out within 15 Mins to clear a back up into my basement. Frank is very responsive and knowledgeable. Frank is honest, fair and reliable....which I'd rear these days. Can't find a better guy. Frank really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. I requested an estimate to demolish our old garage and build a new one. Hub came to our house and did a thorough evaluation. He even came back (the next day) with his concrete guy to look at the existing and crumbling concrete floor. Finally, he provided an written estimate for the total project cost. We haven't decided yet to do this project but I was impressed with Hub Chan. Professional and responsive.

I was really happy with overall service. The installer was very polite and professional. They installed new lines for my gas range and barbecue and while on site also cleaned and repaired my gas fireplace. We moved into a new house which had faulty plumbing. The technician quickly noticed the problem and repaired it properly to code. I highly recommend them and they will be returning in the summer to install our new gas pool heater. Great Job Metro West. Over the past 5 years, I have frequently used the services of Zirpoli Plumbing without a single disappointing incident.
I manage the repairs for more than 50 apartments scattered over 30 locations throughout the Buffalo, New York area and the tenants living in those apartments
make it necessary for me to call Zirpoli Plumbing more often than you can imagine.
Every time I call for service, it is usually an urgent situation and my needs are addressed within a very short period of time - immediately, if necessary.
It has reached a point where I don't even ask for an estimate anymore.
I simply call in the location and the tenant's telephone number and a brief description of the problem.
The problem is remedied and I receive an invoice in the mail a few days later.
Sometimes four or five invoices arrive all at once.
I forward the invoices to the respective property owners and they write the checks to Zirpoli Plumbing.
Zirpoli Plumbing is a full service plumbing company.
I have called them to replace faucets, toilets, bathtubs, vanities, sinks, water lines, sewer lines and on four separate occasions, I had them plumb completely gutted rehab houses which required everything associated with the water lines, the sewer lines, the gas lines and included complete kitchen and bathroom plumbing.

So glad I called Quality Plumbing! I was given a 2 1/2 hr range of time they would be here and they were. Did a great job of unclogging my kitchen drain (that had a long run to the other side of my house). They cleaned everything up, were very courteous and professional.

I've used The Plumber about 4 times since October 2019. The plumber himself is very good and professional and I've never had trouble getting them over to my home. So the first 3 visits were good experiences. This last visit in March 2020... not so good. My bathroom faucet broke. I made an appointment for the The Plumber to come over. I went to work. My son was home. The plumber couldn't repair the old faucet. A new one was needed. The cost was just over a $1000.00. For a bathroom faucet and installation. Later, I did a quick search online and found the exact bathroom sink faucet for under $200. Ridiculous mark up! I did give the go ahead to complete the work so that's on me. But with those prices, I can't use The Plumber again. Good Plumbers- but outrageous mark up prices on their parts. Legalized stealing.

I have been a loyal Reliance customer for several years.
When I needed your service's the most was on Sunday March 22 2020, at 1853 (6:53PM) when my water heater broke and started spewing hot water into my basement, building up to 2 inches in depth and damaging many items.
I called the Reliance 24/7/365 Emergency service number and was engaged with a very belittling female customer service person! As I was panicking and begging for help, this person kept saying things like: Michelle like I told you... Michelle there is nothing I can do to help... Michelle our system is down... Michelle you have to wait until tomorrow morning... Do you want me to schedule you in?... Michelle I can't do anything else to help you... Michelle you must know what is happening in the world, there is nothing I can do.
As you can imagine, this is very frustrating behavior. I am begging for help. I have a broken rental water heater, and the leak is not stopping. My basement is filling with water and I recalled the Reliance ads keep stating: Call on Reliance, we are here to help, 24/7, for you, for your peace of mind... -- well that is not true! --
I am very aggravated, and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, with how this was handled! An emergency call is put off.
I work in Emergency Response, and I tell you, If I were to not show up, I will lose my customer! And have my reputation destroyed!

Buyer beware! Anthony used the pandemic as an excuse to not perform pre-paid landscaping services and lied about fines he could face if he did. Anthony refused to mow my lawn--which I paid for in advance--and claimed that if he did he could face a $25,000 fine. Lawn maintenance was considered an essential service during the shutdown for pest control purposes, as evidenced by the fact that everyone else in my neighborhood was having their lawns mowed by professional landscapers. I requested my money back and hired a more reliable landscaper. Anthony agreed to pay me back in 3-4 weeks, and it's now been over 2 months and I haven't seen a dime. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and he hasn't responded. The next step is small claims court once it opens.
On another note, I hired Anthony for snow plow removal and was disappointed. The work was sloppy, unreliable, and he destroyed my lawn along the apron of the driveway. I would not hire this company.

I WOULD NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD.VERY BAD BUSINESS DEALING. This company was called out to my house to unclog a kitchen sink. We have a insurance through another company for indoor plumbing issues and this is the company they dispatched. Was charged $50.00. They ended up coming back 2 days later for the same problem. A week later we called another company because we had the same issue. We were told by this company that Ritter & Sentry's plumber was lazy and snaked it wrong. While snaking my drain they damaged the trap in my kitchen sink. I called that day and spoke to the owner and told him about the damage to my sink and what the other plumbing company told us about his plumber. He told me to call him back later in the day to discuss this issue and he does not hire lazy plumbers. I called him back 3 hrs. later and still have not heard back from him. Our insurance company has even called them and they have not called them back or has made any attempt to come fix the trap.
