Best Drain Installation in Buffalo NY
I was impressed with this service for several reasons:
1) Easy to get in touch with - responds immediately!
2) Knowledgeable - tells you what you need, and what you don't need.
3) Great worker - and great attitude about his work!
4) Timely - tells you approximate time frame and calls about 10 minutes before he arrives.
Synopsis of my problem - I had a leak that needed a quick repair and one piece of piping. Although, I do eventually need a new basin, new faucet and removal of old basin ($$$$), Larry told me what I needed to solve the problem today, which was what I could afford. Unlike other plumbers who dont offer other options, Larry was honest enough to solve it inexpensively. Refreshing!

Glad to have found Gideon and My Plumber via Yelp. Professional licensed and insured plumber, efficient, responsive and fair pricing. Gideon was easy to communicate with on text. Came out the next day after I called. He completed a new toilet install, added shut off valves for a new vanity and finishing for new shower plumbing. Took time to explain what he was doing so I could understand the potential issues better. I really appreciate that.
Overall, good value and end result was great. Gideon is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and cares to do the job right. This is why I'd call on him again if plumbing is needed at my house.

I was very surprised to read a negative review of this company. Being a single mom so often company's take advantage. I had a plumbing company I won't mention try to take me for a ride. When I called the owner for a hotel he was professional and o. Time. He assessed the situation and was half the price. Him and his son were clean, professional and courteous of my time and my house. I have recommended him to all my friends and they all say the same. His prices are fair and reasonable. It's nice to know there are honest contractors out there. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great, fast, and honest service. A down to earth group of guys that really pay attention to the details. They were right on time and pretty reasonably in their pricing.

I was in a real jam with frozen pipes at my old house that I rent out. I spoke with Gino Zirpoli on Saturday and he was at the house the next day ( a Sunday night). He was responsive and showed up on time.
He knew exactly what to do to solve the situation, as well as ideas to permanently solve the problem (including inexpensive fixes that he would not benefit from).
Gino seems very trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. He was fair and reasonably priced. It's hard to find a good, reliable contractor, so was relieved to work with Gino.

Russell has done a few different jobs for me and I've been nothing but satisfied! He's dependable and honest. I've recommended him to friends and they've been equally pleased with his work.

Combat plumbing came thru once again!! We woke up to a leak underneath my bathroom sink this morning. I was able to book an appointment with Combat plumbing immediately. The service was prompt, courteous, and thorough. This is the second time I have trusted Combat plumbing for my plumbing needs. They have done excellent work on both occasions! Thanks again Combat Plumbing!!

Vacinek installed a new furnace, top of the line, a new water tank and I had the ducts cleaned. My biggest complaint was for the duct work. I had called before the appointment to find out what it would entail. I was told they would call me back because she did not have an answer. On the day of, the men spent about 12 minutes upstairs with the vents but I a pretty sure that the ones that were nailed into the wall were never touched. Those that were open, had dust and other particles all over the floor and surroundings. I spent a lot of time vacuuming and cleaning up the mess. Just before they left, the men said that I did not have to clean up the dust bunnies, I kept my mouth shut because there is no way, they would have noticed the dust under my bed covers, inside my curtains, on my book shelf and I knew that I would be the only one to get it done the way it was before they started the cleaning. Had I been told that a mess was going to be made, I would have put plastic down.Towards the end of the day, I heard the machine in the basement for about 10 minutes.
I had done my research and even had friends show and explain to me what Vacinek had done in their house. I also had prices and for the $500 I paid, I feel I was ripped off. Friends paid $200 a year earlier and had the work done for more than 3 hrs. When I called to question, I was told that each house is different and in comparison to my house, mine is much smaller than my friends. The owner told me he would have one of the guys call me about the job. I did get a call and they said they spent at least 90 minutes cleaning the vents. There is no way, the machine they use is very loud. I was in the house, I would have known. I was also told they have a new way of cleaning that is much faster. Well if it is much faster, why so expensive? I was told they put a filter in and run it through the filter. Another question, did they use mine? because I am missing one.
There is no way I was going to win on this one and I feel I was taken advantage of. No deal was offered even though I bought their most expensive furnace and had the new water heater installed. Unlike the coupons they have for install ac and get a furnace for $1000
While I have no idea about how the furnace runs, I will have to wait and see.
I will say, that rust was left on my driveway, which I spent time, scrubbing and there was a mess left out on my porch and yard from concrete they had used.

Shawn Chamisky was an extremely prompt, polite and professional. He reviewed the work first and then explained everything that needed to be done throughly.
Hopefully I never need a plummer again but if I do I will contact them.

What a ripoff . $900 to install a Kitchen and bathroom faucet and we had the faucets. Should be ashamed to take advantage of elderly people.

We needed our bathtub drain replaced as the corroded drain pipe began to leak down into the basement. I gave Cellino Plumbing a try as I go by their place all the time. They sent a plumber the next morning and he was fast and professional. The job was done very well, very quickly. He replaced the tub drain, two short sections of drain pipe to the tub, the elbow, and the fittings needed to connect it all to the main drain. All in all it's about three feet of two-inch copper drain pipe and a plastic elbow we're talking about. He arrived at 9 and was gone by 11. The bill came to $768, about twice what I expected. That works out to about $300/hour plus materials. No wonder they only charge $30 for a house call. They do it by the book but that book sure is expensive!

The crew that came in to replace three exterior lights that we supplied and I must say they did an excellent job. It's the pricing we disagree with. They charged me $159.00 for each light to be installed, with taxes over 500.00. We just moved into this home a few months ago. At our last home our electrician would come in to do multiple jobs and give us a flat rate. I have looked into this and the job should have only cost no more than $300.00 plus taxes. When I called Reliance to complain I was told that they charge by the light and do give flat rates. That's fine we do not need use Reliance.

Stay far far away! Hired him to remodel our bathroom. He has no idea what he is doing. We took out our tub and turned it into a stand-up shower. Now, when we take a shower our kitchen ceiling leaks. Turns out he installed our shower doors incorrectly. We also cannot open or close the glass doors without them scraping and falling off the tracks. I emailed Delta (who are amazing) they sent me all new parts and here is what they said
It appears that the glass panels are not sitting completely straight and need to be adjusted using the roller brackets. What i'll be doing is shipping a new set that the installer will need to use.
Also, the inner panel appears to be lower than it should be. It looks as if the glass is dragging on the bottom track or extremely close to doing so.
I'm going to send a new full track as well. The installer will need to use both new wall jambs, top and bottom tracks along with the new rollers.
After it all gets reinstalled, things should operate properly. Advise him not to trim the side pieces down but only the top and bottom should be trimmed for length. I also decided to go ahead and send new glass because it could be damaged since it was so close to scraping the bottom track.
He also took a chunk out of my brand new shower base, walked all over my carpet with boots on, caused dust ALL OVER(they didn't cover anything up), scraped my new floor while installing the vanity, and made my hallway their personal workshop for almost two weeks. It took them several tries of putting up my tile and taking it down because they couldn't figure out how to do
Save yourself the money and aggravation and get someone who knows what they are doing. This guy does not!!!
