Professional, efficient HVAC service. Our AC wasn't working, and they were super accomodating, gave helpful advice, and are very much customer-focused.

My gas heat went out on a weekend.  With Massachusetts February blizzards and frigid cold here, I needed someone to fix it ASAP.  128 Plumbing had a helpful service technician at my place within an hour or so after I called, and the part replaced, furnace tuned, and heat roaring in short order.

Matt was very knowledgeable, courteous, and had all the necessary parts and equipment in his truck.  Where the parts had warped and made replacement a little trickier, he had no problem doing the work.

Given this positive outcome, and compared with past negative experiences with other businesses, I'll definitely be using 128 Plumbing again.

We had a problem with our heating system and Mike was able to repair it quickly.  While at our house we asked him to do some other plumbing work (add a shutoff value on the washing machine and install a whole house water filter) which he gladly did for a reasonable price.

Since I like to understand how things work in my house, he took time to answer all my questions.  I highly recommend him!

need better customer service. i called to get my ac fixed operator lisa ann told me that nobody was available to help me that i could probly get someone first thing next day. told her my sick dad is staying with me could they get someone out here quicker. she said no not until tomorrow thats just too bad with a real attitude. gets someone who can talk to the customers nicer.  i called nicholson they came the night and fixed it

When my split ac/heat units weren't working, I called Gem. They did warn me of a $200 fee to come for service. I agreed. my system wasn't working.
They did no exploratory questioning. The service man arrived over an hour late. In TWO minutes he diagnosed problem as a simple wrong setting on the remote, and tagged an additional $200. So $400, for a 2 minute service that could and should have been handled on the phone. He admitted that he's called for this several times a week . A real racquet . Terrible so they pocket $400  a pop for a simple push of a button. If I wanted him to perform routine maintenance, it would have  been an additional $400. Outrageous! Two stars is generous.
