I have used T-Flow in the past because they have excellent service and seem reasonable, so called them again when the gas company told me I had a small leak in a gas pipe and it needed to be replaced. When the snow storm made them unable to come on Monday, I got a phone call on Sunday to let me know. When Henry & his partner were on their way and knew they'd be late because of traffic they called to let me know. So great customer communication! When they arrived, they replaced the gas pipe pretty quickly, explained where they were each step of the way, and reviewed the bill with me at the end. I feel completely confident that the gas leak pipe was replaced correctly and Henry's partner took time to double check that the stove was working properly too. Another great experience using T-Flow! Called All Drain late Sunday night hopin to get someone to come out the next day to look at my non draining shower.  Pete cleared the drain and provided me with helpful information on what his thoughts were on how the problem may have happened.

Pete was very thorough and left the work area as clean as he found it.

Kumar is great!  He is responsive, flexible, hard working, professional and a super nice guy to boot. Based upon the excellent reviews here on yelp, I contacted him and asked him to come to my home to access some minor issues involving probable eventual fixture replacement.  He kept in contact with me until we could figure out a time to do an initial meet up.  Upon meeting Kumar, I knew absolutely that he is an honest and genuine person. When we did a walk through he immediately identified and EXPLAINED to me some very major issues regarding split and corroded waste water pipes that should be addressed as soon as practical. He also made sound suggestions regarding the fixtures.  He was very matter of fact and allowed me make the decisions as to what work should be done and when. Of course, we decided to take care of the pipes first. He sent me an estimate (which I felt was very reasonable especially given the scope of the job) within only a few hours and was available to do the (very extensive) work within 2 days of the initial walk through. He was prompt, professional, clean and efficient.  As expected with an old house with old plumbing,  he encountered some additional issues which he consulted me on, repaired and ultimately did not add to the original estimate. He and a partner had the work done within a mere 4 hours.  I am very impressed with everything and have already recommended him to a neighbor of mine. Thanks so much Kumar!

Called to receive a quote to install a gas line for a gas grill. After taking all of my information the receptionist asked for my credit card so that she could charge me the $99 fee to come out for the quote. I informed her that I didn't want to pay a fee to then turn around and pay for the install on top of that. She explained that was the protocol and hung up me. I felt that was a bit rude since many companies give free quotes.

Called them for help with two issues.  The first was a plumbing issue.  With that I was completely satisfied.  The plumber was pleasant, quick, on time, didn't make a mess and the job was completed in less than a half hour.  For plumbing I can recommend them.

The other issue was to get a quote for installing a new heating system.  I can not recommend them for heating.  The representative did show up and time and was pleasant.  However, he never sent me the quote.  I called back three times and never received any kind of response; not even an explanation that they can't do the job.

Due to their lack of response, and blatant disrespect shown by not responding, I suggest looking elsewhere for help with heating.
